Best Leak Inspection in Phoenix AZ

Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

We have had issues with our sink not draining properly for several months. It finally reached that point where the drain completely stopped up. With a recommendation from a friend we called Anthony's. Mark showed up and did a great job. he was friendly and knowledgeable answering all my questions. I would highly recommend Anthony's to anyone that has a plumping issue.

I called Cave Creek Septic a couple of days before Christmas about an ongoing issue we were experiencing with our septic system backing up and they got back to me very quickly considering it was the holidays.

I was battling at cold and my voice was shot, so they happily accommodated me by texting me to help diagnose the issue we were experiencing. Whoever it was that was texting me was clearly very knowledgeable as they were able to quickly diagnose the problem sight unseen. When they came out, they were very professional and got to work right away. The problem they thought it was ended up being accurate (filter cleaning) and they resolved it quickly.

What I really liked about the service is the technician was very helpful in answering all my questions. He even showed me how to service the filter in the future which will save me from having to pay someone to come out regularly. When it comes to pumping, they'll be who I have come out time and time again.

Cave Creek Septic truly is an asset to the community up here in the New River and Cave Creek area.

We have used Wally for septic pumping for many years. As a Realtor we need them on any sale where there is a septic. We are very pleased with them. He always does the job promptly and perfectly. He has spent so much extra time with me explaining septic system in and outs to me over the years, always patiently and never once charged me for his time. So refreshing to have an honest plumber! Stevan was early to the appointment. He was extremely articulate and explained everything . After scoping the line with camera explained there was no issues with line and showed us the video. Other plumbers told us that the line was all deteriorated and needed replacement and told us it was all original cast iron when in reality it was 90% new ABS. Thank you, Stevan! Restored our faith that honest tradesmen do still exist!

Rooter Rangers are fantastic! They came out late on a Sunday night within 30 minutes of our call for help. They were prompt, polite, and professional throughout the whole job. They found and fixed the problem and after the work was completed, even after the digging, it looked like as if nothing had been disturbed. Top service at a reasonable price! After callimg 2 companiea that could not help with an emergency, I called Septic Technologies. The lady on the phone asked a lot of questions to ensure we got the best service, then had someone out within the hour. Gilbert was our tech and he was amazing. Our tank is 4 feet down and he did the job with a smile on his face. He was very informative, pleasant and cordial. I will continue to use them going forward. THANK YOU Gilbert!

I was considering using Option One Plumbing for the total replumb of my manufactured home. I was scheduled for an estimate but when the day came, no one showed. I called after my estimate time came and went and they said they would get back to me and then hours later rescheduled me.The day comes of the rescheduling and as I am waiting for them to arrive, the estimator calls and tells me he won't be in today and wants to reschedule. I call Option One and they told me they didn't even know he wasn't coming in today yet...Finally, I am rescheduled AGAIN. (Not even for the next day because they wanted me to pay $150 for them to come out on a Sunday even after this is the SECOND time I was rescheduled)The day of the reschedule, they send out a text when the estimator is on the way approximately 30 minutes before with their picture and name. Only for a completely different plumber to show up which initially took me aback as I was a female home alone until I noticed he was driving an Option One plumbing van. But why have that feature if it isn't correct? . I was also supposed to receive a call from a supervisor the morning of this second rescheduled estimate appointment but never received a call.Anyway, I am then quoted OVER DOUBLE of what another plumbing company quoted me while I was waiting to see if Option One would ever end up coming out.Overall a terribly unprofessional and disappointing experience with Option One Plumbing.

Update: Excellent annual checkup by Jeff, he was friendly and honest. Talked me through each step of my repair and was extremely courteous, taking the time to move things back around in my bathroom.Timely and friendly service by Adrian and Victor. Very informative about the process of installation before, during, and after. Definitely recommend the value and quality of BumbleBee Plumbing.

Called numerous other companies regarding our drains backing into shower and bathtub. Many didn’t do sewer repair, several were no shows after setting appointments, some were a week out to get an appointment and a couple came charged me but didn’t know what they were doing. After a recommendation called Mr Rooter and they came out that day, diagnosed the problem and begin work the next day. All workers were courteous and polite and knew what they were doing. Although the problem was extensive they worked diligently to resolve the issue and repair the damage. Chris was especially great. He answered all our questions and concerns and made us feel like he cared. A job well done. Thanks everyone for a great job.
