Best Leak Inspection in Phoenix AZ

Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

Javier showed up on time - Anthony’s gave me a heads up including a picture and short bio. Javier was friendly, courteous wore booties and a mask, took a look at my issues then worked out a plan of attack and pricing before started. I cannot say enough good things about Cave Creek Septic Service! I called with a question regarding an above ground, broken PVC pipe. It would have been easy for Ed to come out but he told us it was a simple fix, something we could do ourselves and actually walked us through the steps. He also told us to make sure we maintained our filter and even took the time to pull up the property plans for our home to help us determine where it would be located.

It’s hard to find a company that is willing to put the customer first and not just worry about making a sale. Especially in the midst of this pandemic, the time Ed put in today was invaluable and beyond appreciated. I have already recommended Cave Creek Septic to several others after my experience today and plan on using them in the future when needed.

I called last evening to have someone come to check out our problem. At 8:00am the next morning we had John ( the foreman) and Kerry come to our home to check It out. After a sewer scope the previous day from another company, we found our line to be in bad shape and needed to be fixed.

I can’t say enough good things about these 2 gentlemen, prompt, courteous and very professional. They explained everything to us in terms we (non plumbers) could understand, and not only that, they started the 3 day job right away. Don’t hesitate to call this company. You won’t be disappointed.

Brent Sanderson did an excellent job of resolving a couple of plumbing problems that we had. In addition, he was proactive regarding other plumbing issues (or potential issues). They presented a lower charge over the phone which made my decision to go with them. And once they arrived at the property the driver/operator tried to convince me several times that our septic tank is larger than it is in order to attempt to charge us more. The service provided was rushed, incomplete, rude and unprofessional. Even though I have proof with previous service receipts from 3 different Septic Pumping Companies reflecting the size of our tank this Co. did not want even consider that information but instead eyeballed the size of the tank and charged and processed the order accordingly. What's more unbelievable and another example of extremely poor customer service the driver advised me that next time we need a septic pumping service that we should contact another Septic Pumping Company vs them. Will not recommend them to anyone but rather go out of my way to advise my neighbors not to use this Company.

Last week Belsito diagnosed a broken pipe below ground in our newly remodeled kitchen. I was worried the work would demolish a lot of our remodeled flooring, etc. Jacob, Nick, Michael, Jacob's brother (do not recall his name) and the locator man were all so courteous, professional and careful to do as little harm as possible, even though it made their work more difficult. Especially Jacob and Michael really worked their tails off while nicely answering my many questions. They did a great job and I highly recommend Belsito. They were on time, honest and really worked hard for us. Thanks, guys!

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

Toilets backed up. Called RR first. Temporarily cleared line for $220. Only opened one lid for liquids. Told us pipes were crushed and gave us a $7200 estimate to fix! Got a second opinion and learned there was another lid for solids 6 feet away. Dug it up. Baffle blocked. Cleared and drained system. No crushed pipes. Cost? $700. Live and learn and ALWAYS get another opinion.

After callimg 2 companiea that could not help with an emergency, I called Septic Technologies. The lady on the phone asked a lot of questions to ensure we got the best service, then had someone out within the hour. Gilbert was our tech and he was amazing. Our tank is 4 feet down and he did the job with a smile on his face. He was very informative, pleasant and cordial. I will continue to use them going forward. THANK YOU Gilbert!

CAUTION, STAY AWAY!In January 2012, these guys, techs Tim & Rob, beat me out of $485 and destroyed 24 ft of underground sewer line that I had to replace. They ran a camera in my line and told me my piping was clay and recommended “jetting”. They ran the camera after “jetting” and told me all was well. 4 days later the line backed up again. They sent a different tech out who told me there was nothing he could do; my line was filled with mud which meant there were holes in the pipe. I was quoted a ballpark of $2,200 to repair the 24’ line. I got a couple of laborers and we dug it up ourselves, turns out the pipe wasn’t clay, but a material called “Orangeburg” which cannot stand up to the high pressure of jetting. Tends to blow big holes in the pipe; I know this because Tim and Rob told me.I called them to come inspect the pipe once it was uncovered, but they ignored me.I replace the line myself with new ABS and kept the old pipes (smelly, disgusting, health hazard) for 2 weeks for inspection, but I couldn’t get a response. I did get one call back from a woman named Amy who asked me to fax over all invoices and info and said they would get right back to me. I was asking for my $485 back and an additional $250 toward labor cost, which I thought was reasonable. I never heard from anyone again.Certified mail is returned unsigned; I filed a small claims suit but can’t get anyone served due to bogus address on ROC and ACC websites. A complaint filed with the Registrar of Contractors has also been ignored. These guys are really slippery, but I will continue to pursue them any way I can until they make this right.Read the terms and conditions on the back of the invoice they have you sign. It says disputes must be litigated in Pinal County. Nice, huh? I cannot locate the person in Pinal listed with the state as the Statutory Agent, like I said, really slippery.

Please Read: 5 Stars to the technician. 3 Stars for the company. The company came out for a service call to remove a hose that was rusted/stuck on an outside faucet. Was quoted about $300 as the outside faucet would need to be cutoff, a new one installed, etc. and it would take an hour or two. It took 10 minutes (with the installation of a new faucet). I certainly think payment for a service call is justified and payment for work is justified, however due to the extreme ease of the project and 10 min completion time, perhaps some consideration towards the total bill might have been considered.I need to have replaced 6 bathroom faucets and two sets of shower hardware. I've had both George Brazil and Parker and Sons come out and give me a quote..both came in between $5000-$5500 if I also bought a $800 service plan from them. Both of those companies seemed to be mostly interested in a initial strong upsell on anything you might want, so when I saw a Bumblebee Truck in the neighborhood I called them. I don't mind paying a fair and professional price for quality work, as a matter of fact I would prefer to, its just hard to find companies you can trust so that during an installation period if something comes up that the contractor didn't realize... and it will cost an additional $$$ you need to feel trust and confidence that your being fairly described the situation, and the opposite is also true.. if the job called for 8 hours and its gets done in 2 due to something being better than expected, then the repair cost should be lowered also.

We had initially had Mr. Rooter out to clear a kitchen sink drain. They informed us that someone else would be by with a camera to double check that the clog was cleared. No one called us to say when the camera guy would be by, he just showed up the next morning. When he showed up, he told us that he wasn't there to just check the drain but that we had a major issue with our sewer lines. No one told us this the day before or even alluded to such a major issue. They told us that they would work with insurance to get things covered but would need to start some work that day. They didn't give us time to clear our stuff out, so since they were jack hammering the majority of the floors, our things are now covered in dust. Once work started, the communication diminished. They told us that it would take 5-7 days to complete the repairs. The workers were starting on a Wednesday. They informed us that no one would be there Friday and the workers would be back Saturday. No one showed up on Saturday. Monday morning rolls around and no one shows up. We had to call the office to find out what was even going on. After that occurred, the communication improved. Once the work was complete, they refused to wait for the insurance to provide payment. They wouldn't share pictures or a breakdown of the invoice until everything was paid. The pictures didn't even include any of where the alleged cracked pipes were. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend them for major plumbing repairs.
