We just used Larson AC to upgrade our HVAC system to a brand new Bosch IDP Packaged Heat Pump and had a great experience. We were first introduced to Ish who came out for the initial consultation and were appreciative of both his knowledge and patience while answering all of our questions, and let me tell you, we had a ton of questions. Fast forward to install day and he came back out again to explain everything we discussed to the install team which we greatly appreciated because we knew all of our concerns would be addressed. The install team of Mike, Zach, and Brandon did a fantastic job. Not only did they get the job done in an efficient manner, they were extremely respectful of our home and space throughout the day. All three of them were professional and courteous and we felt like we were in good hands the entire day. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Larson and would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done.

I am in the process of interviewing duct/insulation businesses to audit our home for energy efficiency. I will analyze bids from three firms, Larson is one of those businesses, Sam and Evan, their reps, were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They were detailed with their assessment and proposal. I will make a decision by the end of this month.There was some confusion over the cost of the inspection. I was quoted one figure from the office when I set up the appointment and another from the tech during his review. I made a quick call to the office. The result was a satisfactory resolution.

From start to finish the Larson’s team was fantastic. After calling several other companies first, Larson’s was the only company able to get me scheduled for an after hours service call the same day. I was given an arrival window for a technician from 5-8pm and notified that if receiver a call 30 mins prior to their arrival. Lyle called me at 5:20 and was knocking on my door just a few minutes after 5:50. Lyle was able to diagnose my problem, provide a solution, implement the repair, and was cleaned up and walking out just before 6:30. Very impressed with the Larson team and will definitely call them again for any future service needs.

I absolutely loved the prompt and professional communication, from making the appointment, alerting me that the technician was on his way, and even sent a picture of the technician to ensure we stay safe and only open the door for the right person! Honest work, shared all of the details and pictures of the unit as well as the current performance. Highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough good things about how great our technician Lyle was. He showed up right on time for each appointment and worked hard to get everything done in a timely manner. He also went on his own and double checked a unit we didn’t think we had an issue with and found a gas leak that we didn’t know we had. He didn’t have to go the extra mile but he did. We will be using Larson AC as long as we live in AZ. Hopefully the company reads this because I need LYLE to get a day off for his hard work. Mike & Zack did a wonderful job installing a new a/c unit. They were on time and absolutely ready for the job. The rest of the crew (crane and cleanup) were on time and finished quickly. The new Trane unit works great! Quiet and efficient. We are totally pleased and would highly recommend Larson Heating and A/C.

I had a great experience with Jon who replaced my capacitor. He arrived on time, properly diagnosed the issue, and gave me an overview of how everything else is performing as well. He also took the time to help me with a separate issue with the heating which he didn't have to do, but did anyway and I really appreciated it! Only downside (and this has nothing to do with Jon) is that the prices are a bit steep, including the service/diagnostic fee.

A trio of wonderful humans came to replace an HVAC unit, and in the process, I got to know some really spectacular folks who not only did a magnificent job but were truly effective and efficient in doing so.Mike, Zack, and Branden showed up a few minutes early and were ready to get the process going. They were thorough in their work, attentive to the surroundings, communicative, polite without a facade, hard-working, and very obviously exceptionally skilled in their craft.I think the best part of meeting these fine folks was in getting to know these fine folks. Such a splendid experience that I was hardly able to contain the joy I felt at finally having heat (and AC, of course) since my 20yo heat pump gave out in October of 2022 (it's the end of February of 2023 when this work occurred).Mike, Zack, and Branden were fantastic but possibly overshadowed by their Project Manager, Claude. He, and he alone, is the reason I chose to give my business to Larson Air Conditioning. When I met Claude, we went over the issues and problems that I was having, and he methodically compiled the data necessary to design a system that best suited my needs. In this process, I got a chance to have a series of amazing conversations with Claude, getting to know somebody and the sheer quality of another human along the way.We all know there are hundreds of shops out there here in Phoenix that do this line of work, but only Larson Air Conditioning has Claude, Mike, Zack, and Branden.In fact, the entire team there at Larson AC is spectacular. From the front office to the PMs, from the installation techs and QA Manager, these folks were professional, giving, and extremely dedicated to doing the right thing (aka what's best for business). Octavio took photos of the amperage measurements and shared them with me, explaining what they indicate. He also showed me photos of the interior and exterior coils, providing explanations. He reviewed coverages and pricing. I am pleased with his service.

I subscribe to the maintenance program. Larson does a great job reminding me when I need to schedule. Today Sam came out to do the maintenance check. He was excellent, very thorough and explained everything!

Outstanding experience from beginning to end. We had 3 local hvac companies make a proposal for a new ac unit/heatpump. Larson was an easy choice. Ish sat down with us, explained the options, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and followed through on every detail. The price was right and we got the unit that best fit our needs.

I’ve used Larson Air for a few years and have an annual service agreement with them. This company is really wonderful. The employees in the office follow up, are kind and Octavio is fantastic. He knows my systems well, he’s always on time, and it’s very easy to tell that he enjoys his job.

I have an older and odd setup in a Scottsdale condo, where they use hot water from the water heater to the air handler for heat, and of course require a lot of cooling. I've had multiple leaks in the past and attempts from other HVAC providers have all failed. I had Larson out to assess and to provide options for fix and replace, they were great. Opted to repair with drain pan fix, condensate pump and transformer additions, coil cleaning and refrigerant added, and more. The service (and sales) team is awesome, I will keep using them 100% including their annual 'cool club' plan for maintenance visits and future discounts. Very happy to find a smart and responsive HVAC experts like Larson, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We just had our maintenance check up after having our new AC unit installed this past fall and Evan did a great job with the check up. We got such a detailed report afterwards with pictures and comments on the unit very impressed with the follow up from Larson.

Tylan did the post install service today for my Bosch packaged heat pump and was excellent. He was very detail oriented and helpful, and ensured that all the duct sealing required was properly completed

Larson Air has been great from start to finish. Ish was very professional and provided us with a detailed quote, he called to follow up to see if we had any questions. He responded quickly to all of our questions. We got multiple quotes, Larson was neither the lowest or the highest but I felt they represented the best value based on the equipment provided and customer service. It took 2 days to install our 2 units and Michael and team were professional and did a great job. They didn't leave until they had finished cleaning up and making sure everything was done correctly.

Richard was fantastic to work with! He communicated well prior to arriving, was knowledgeable and willing to take time to explain the services being provided, and was able to get our new thermostat setup quickly. My experience started two weeks ago with Ish coming out to quote my new unit. He took to my dogs right away so I knew it would be a good experience from the start. He was meticulous in his review of my options and was very knowledgeable, allowing me to pick the best unit at the best price. Fast forward to today for the install: Zack and Mike were top notch. Zack was a bit taller so I had to put his name first but they were equal in skill and friendliness. They went above and beyond installing my unit and even shifted the drain pipe so that it wasn’t dripping outside my bedroom window anymore. I’ll sleep better knowing these two completed my install. 12/10 would recommend although I hope I don’t need to see them again for another 15+ Years!

Had a new system installed. Larson was great. Not the cheapest bid but I felt great about the customer service and quality of workmanship. They came back a week later to optimize the system and were honest about everything and fixed a little mistake that was made. I really liked their honesty and their commitment to doing things right while providing fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend.

Ish did an awesome job providing an estimate, he went over the details, examined our system and explained everything in detail. Mike and Zack then installed our system and they were fantastic. This was an extensive job that required a lot of time in our attic installing the new duct work, air handlers and new furnaces.I was amazed at how quickly they were able to install the units outside and all of the equipment in the attic. The installation took two days, they explained exactly what they would be doing, and they were absolutely professional in every detail. These guys know what they are doing! The new systems work great and we are very happy with the results. They were also very respectful of our home and cleaned everything up perfectly.I highly recommend Larsen Air and again, Ish, Mike and Zack were great to work with!

Claude have an estimate for HVAC upgrade. He was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly. He knew his stuff and we were impressed.

Have a maintenance contract. Gives me peace of mind that my elderly unit still has life in it and is efficient enough to last another season. All service men have been professional and very polite. They take pictures and document each visit, send appt reminders and show up on time.

Larson Technician Richard came out to work on my unit after another AC company told me it needed a bunch of work so I got a second opinion. The technician did a complete diagnostic on my system which needed minimal maintenance. I was so happy with my service I canceled my maintenance plan with the other company and signed up for one with Larson

Have use Larson for installation and preventative maintenance and they are absolutely the best out we have ever used. Very pleasant, organized, take time to explain, gives the customer options and arrive precisely on time or keep you apprised of what is going on. Very reliable. No surprises.

Lyle came out, on-time, professional, and actually listened and was concerned about my high humidity issue. After doing a very thorough inspection of my two units he found a couple minor issues but was not 100% sure that would solve my humidity problems. He called the owner (Jim, I believe) and together, with me included we walked through so additional steps and thermostats settings. I’m not sure the problem is solved but I feel confident they went above and beyond to eliminate some (or the) of the problems. Thanks guys. The QC follow up is awesome. Not only did Larson do a great job installing, they came back out 2 weeks later to check out the install, make minor adjustments and make sure i didn't have any issues or questions. I highly recommend Larson!

We had a bad sewer smell in our condo and had someone else fix the problem but it didn’t take care of of the dangerous . I called Larson Air, I met Richard from Larson Air, he said it’s sewer gas, you have a drain open, I told him I ran water through all of them, he said there is still one open. He found it and now the problem is fixed. Thanks Larson for tending to my problems in short order. You office seems efficient and friendly. Mike and Zac came to install a dual zone mini split for both of our garages, which was a very difficult project for our house because of where the garages are located from each other. They were even down one person but that didn’t stop them from doing a great job and staying very late to make sure everything was done well. Both of our garages now have AC and the units look great and the installation was done very well with obvious care given to aesthetics. Thank you Mike and Zac!

This appears to be a family owned and operated business, they offer excellent value, and are fanatical about supporting their customers. They are also extremely professional and show excellent AC service expertise.More details:Sam (Larson technician) appeared on time in a professional manner for yearly AC service. My AC has been acting up, and in the desert, this can be deadly. Sam executed routine maintenance and explained how one of the compressors of my 2 phase AC was not executing to specifications. Sam started troubleshooting.A few hours in, an additional technician, Victor, arrived to help in the troubleshooting. Leaving out a bunch of technical stuff that I barely understand (and I'm an engineer), Victor and Sam fixed my AC professionally. Further, there was no high pressure pitch on replacement as many AC firms do. I know I need a replacement in the future, but not now. They were honest about the options for repair, and offered a great value on my Trane AC repair.What really blew my mind, and this is just one detail of many that was super impressive:Both Sam and Victor asked for permission to use my hose. Typically firms just use my hose and leave a mess with the hose afterwards. This is just one mark of a professional, of the many attributes these two PROs showed.

Brandon did an amazing job with our install. It was an extremely long day yet he was kind and thorough and never stopped working!Claude did a great job with the quote and making sure everything was ready for install.Very professional employees and amazing customer service!

Used Larson to install a new AC/heat pump unit in August 2020 and they scheduled us for a maintenance check up for the heat pump in November 2021. Larson is excellent with communication - gives you text & email reminders and gives you a call in addition to a text & email to let you know they are on their way. Orlando & Mark were professional, polite & friendly - something sorely lacking in customer service nowadays. Would not hesitate to use Larson’s services again.

Michael and his crew were awesome with our install. They were not only knowledgeable but very respectful to our home. This is our second HVAC install using Larson’s, with the 1st install in 2018 for our downstairs system. Larson’s is customer service oriented and practice Zero Risk, meaning if something is not satisfactory, they find a way to make it satisfactory! We highly recommend Larson’s!

Two gentlemen installed a mini-split in my bedroom. Kevin and Cody came to do a routine AC tune up and found that the lines in the AC were frozen! They offered us options, advice, explanations, and set up an appointment to come back after we dethaw. They were professional, pleasant, and very informative. I have confidence in this company and these employees. Outstanding service.

After years of debating/praying that our air conditioners would last another summer, we knew this year we would have to bite the bullet and get it done. We had Larson come give us a quote and found them to be very reasonable. They were able to get the specific units we wanted and schedule the install for the next week. Jeremiah and another man (sorry I forget his name) were our techs. They were punctual and took care of everything we needed. They moved a few things in the back yard and even had to take down a bookshelf in one of the rooms to access the attic but when they were done you would never know they were there! They even kept working despite finding a SNAKE in our attic- and volunteered to remove it if they found it again. It was anticipated that some drywall would have to be cut to fit the new units in- but they were able to get it done without cutting, saving us a lot of money and mess!We are very happy with the work they did, our units keep the house cool all day long at half the run time of our old units. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new ac.

We called Larson air today for help with our master unit. They were able to come the same day! Johnny was our tech and he was a class act! He was so kind and really knowledgeable. Larson came highly recommended and they lived up to every expectation. We had our AC go out on a Thursday evening and contacted our home warranty who could not send someone out until the weekend. With it being the middle of July you can imagine how quickly our home heated up. Luckily Larson squeezed us in last minute on a Friday evening & were able to come back out the next day on a Saturday to make our repair. Victor came out & provided cooling and was very prompt & detailed. He schooled us on our AC system because when we purchased the home 1 year ago we were told the AC was less than 5 years old turns out it was 2003 and had no warranty. With this information we decided to replace our AC. We thought about getting other quotes but after the speedy response from Larson we wanted to ensure we had that service for the years to come as well. Victor & Larson got our proposal to us no later than Monday and we were ready to install that following week. We were in no rush since we had temp cooling and knew others were without. The day came for our install and all the guys from Bruno to Sam & Lyle were AMAZING! Very polite, clean & did a great job! We have no worries when it comes to our AC, Insulation & Duct System for at least the next 10 years and know we made the best choice. Thank You Team Larson! =)

Will only use this company for AC needs. No games and most importantly they don’t leave you with that little voice in your head wondering if you just got worked over.

Larson Air Conditioning sent tech Sam out to fix my A/C. Sam came dressed professionally on a warm Sunday and with a good attitude. I have an old unit but Sam brought it back to life just in time for a harsh summer. He kept things tidy and clean and left things in arguably better shape than he found them. He maintained COVID-19 precautions and was very respectful. A good idea of what to expect from the company. I would surely use their services again.

Solved problem in short order,explained what he had done ( on the roof and in the dark) and I had heat! Also did that in the dark and cold weather and was still pleasant !!!

I highly recommend Larson Air Conditioning. They are very informative over the phone, they emailed me the information I asked for right away. Today when the technician Ryan came out to service our unit he was very professional and friendly. He took before and after photos of everything he did (which is great because I have no desire to get on the roof). He did recommend we have one more part cleaned/ not replaced just cleaned. He did show me pictures and I totally agree with him. The price is very reasonable ex specially since I know what just the part alone would cost us not including labor. I love that the first thing he said is i recommend having it cleaned/ Not you need to replace it or should replace it. Like most companies will do. The young lady who answered the phone was very polite and took care of our issue and got the technician to come right out to fix are air conditioner. I will definitely let my friends and family know about this company. Also I will now have this company do my maintenance on my air conditioner and heating.

This is the best company I've ever worked with for any service at my home. My air went out on a day the high was over 120. I called and told Jamie that I didn't know if I needs a new system or a repair. She sent Jason who was awesome. He knows the repair and installation side of things. He brought parts and a temporary unit to cool the house until they could get back to do the install of the new system. Jason and Victor have been out several times to make sure everything was perfect throughout the house. A drywall company was lined up as well to fix the attic entrance. Larson Air was always a step ahead. Jamie and Jason were efficient and coordinated things the way they'd want it done at their own homes. Because of the stellar reviews online I waited to call Larson Air during their hours vs calling an emergency company during the night. I'm glad I did! I didn't comparison shop, I feel like their pricing is average, but the service can't be beat. I'll pay for service every time. Thank you all so much! I've passed your info along to my realtor friends and neighbors in the area.UPDATE:A year and a half later, still AMAZING! I called because I have been so cold downstairs at home. They scheduled someone to come out the same day. He was running early and I was not home yet. I spoke with Jamie several times that day and she was so accommodating with her schedule. She told me not to worry and to just give her a call when I was on my way home, because I was running late by that point. They're great and it was an easy fix.

Lyle from Larson Air was awesome! Great service and expertise. I never leave reviews but he was so professional and good at his job I just had to! He was so clear, understanding, honest and thorough. He was always on time and finished up so quickly. He never left a mess. The A/C in our over 4,200 sq ft house is working so much better now! He sealed some leaks that he discovered when he came out the first time and he added freon. Also, the master bathroom Has never felt cool since we moved in. We are the original owners and have lived in this house for about 10 years. Even the builder had no solutions when we mentioned it during a walk through 10 years ago. Lyle had a great idea to add an A/C duct to the master bathroom with a direct shot from the a/c unit to the master bath. It was such a great solution and that room finally feels like it’s getting A/C! I think we will be seeing a huge savings on our electric bill too because we won’t have to crank down the air anymore to feel like it’s working. Great job Lyle! Highly recommend Larson! Ask for Lyle! It’s been two years since we got an air conditioner, throughout it all the one consistent thing is that Larson air conditioning provides excellent customer service.We had several problems during installation. Our unit for some reason had some defects, the electricity had to have some rewiring. Our air conditioning had to be repaired after about a week. I don’t blame them for most of these problems since it was mostly the company that produced the units fault. Each time they came out though and fixed the problem.They have come in twice for tuneups all provides for free with the warranty. We just sold our house and the buyer asked for some small changes to the air conditioner. They came out and fixed it for free since it was still under warranty.I write this two years out from getting an air conditioner, so I know they are reliable. If you want the comfort of knowing you’ll have a working unit while under warranty, there’s is good unlike other conditional warranties out there. It wasn’t the smoothest ride at the beginning for us, but I value consistency and give people the benefit of the doubt that they will fix their errors. Larson will do that.

~Terrible Experience~1. Installers WENT THROUGH my UNDERGARMENTS; (9.7.21) I notified the project manager same day. I never received a call from the owner for an apology for the inappropriate behavior, but did receive an apology from an install manager.2. DAMAGED STAIRWELL during installation. (9.7.21) I was told by the project manager that I would be contacted by the company they use for repairs. I hadn't heard from this company in the timeframe I was told, so days later, I asked the install manager when the repairs would be scheduled. He said they would call me to set up a time. I never heard from them until after I called Larson Air to follow up regarding the third issue.3. DAMAGED ROOF during installation. (9.27.21) A few weeks after the install, a rainstorm came and there was a leak in my ceiling. I requested the company to do a quality control check(which I was told would be done a week after the initial install then later told they were extremely behind and would complete the quality control check when they had availability). A tech was sent same day, he identified and photographed several large saw cuts on the roof next to my AC unit which he believed were made during the installation. He said it was an unprofessional job and couldn't believe the quality of the work done. He also examined the ceiling leak inside my home, and said it appeared to be a direct result from the saw marks. He also shared he did not know what the next steps were in resolving these issues because he typically isn't involved in these matters. He assumed the company would be covering all costs and would be following up with me the next day. Unfortunately there was no follow up from the company. I have been the one to follow up every time.I've been trying to simply get answers regarding the reimbursement process for these damages. NO ONE from the company has been able to explain how the reimbursement works for this situation. I've been trying for 2 whole days to get answers. I'm sure if this situation was experienced by their wives, daughters, or mothers, they would be prioritizing my concerns. It appears the owner only is prioritizing the positive google review responses, and not addressing the difficult situations a true leader would confront head on and in a timely manner.I need to talk to either the owner or someone who actually can resolve these issues. PLEASE CALL ME. It is a shame I have to leave a review in order to get the bare minimum service from Larson Air.***Anyone reading this review, make note that I've waited weeks before posting a negative review because I was giving this company an opportunity to right their wrongs.***

I asked for an estimate on a new unit, as mine has quit working. Ish arrived on time. He was able to turn the motor and got the unit to run again. I know it's a temporary fix, but it's 95° in my house, so any fix is better than roasting.Ish was very knowledgeable, professional, explained everything, gave me options and suggestions for a new unit. He has been in the business 35 years. He told me about a rebate program with APS, that will help with the cost of the new unit. I would definitely recommend Larson. Ask for Ish!

New client first time - Well it all started with Olivia. She is anExceptional receptionist /customer service person that has superior phone skills. Olivia's excellent demeanor, knowledge and ability to understand landed me as a client . She assisted me with excellent service plan email options explaining the various choices I had to choose from for my AC/Heating systems. Olivia is a tremendous asset for Larson and this definitely reflects ones impressions that customer service is first and foremost at Larson AC.Technician Ryan arrived on time with his shoe covers on. l had previously received a text with his picture announcing his approximate arrival time. Ryan spent a sufficient amount of time with both systems inside and outside cleaning and servicing each unit. All the service work was explained thoroughly by Ryan. It was easy to decipher he has tremendous pride and excellent knowledge about the AC/heating units. Ryan also exemplified Larson's customer service philosophy.For me reputation, customer service, response time and excellent workmanship are first and foremost when I choose a new supplier.I am very satisfied with Larson. I recommend them highly.

I can’t say enough good things about Lyle and Mike! We had a new ac unit installed (to replace one that was 40 years old) as well as new insulation and a host of other energy saving measures. They were prompt each morning (plus you get a call when they are 30 minutes out and an email with a photo of who to expect). They were courteous and professional, but also really kept their work spaces clean with minimal disruption while we were home. Claude, our sales rep gave us some great options and ideas to help maximize the benefits of what we were buying. I chose Larson based on their good reviews online and now I know why they get them. Not satisfied with a prior air conditioning repair company I searched online for a new one. I contacted Larson air conditioning because of the great reviews on Google and Yelp and also because we like to support family run companies. I was not disappointed. Lyle came out yesterday since I was concerned about my mother’s air conditioner. He could have made up any problem and I would not have been any the wiser but instead, after a thorough review let me know the system had no problems. He took the time to explain why it was operating the way it was, using language I understood (and showing me as well). He was professional, courteous, and had appropriate Covid 19 protection on to keep my mother (and me) safe. He wore booties inside at all times to keep house clean, and in general made me feel we were in good hands. He offered suggestions for improvement but used no hard sell tactics whatsoever. Larson (and Lyle if possible) will definitely be both my mom’s and our go to company from now on. Thanks!

Sam Nunez from Larson, came to my home for routine maintenance check of my Air Conditioning units to ready them for summer. I recently purchased this home and he walked me through each of the units and the different zones that each unit attends. First time using this company. Setting up the appointment was easy and everything was explained with knowledge and patience. Ryan came out and checked 3 rooftop units He was very professional and did not rush even though it was about 110 degrees today. He showed me pics and explained what he checked on each of the units. Based on the professionalism in the office and from Ryan I signed up for for an annual maintenance program with this company. I have had many different service companies here over the past 20 years and I am sure that we will be working with Larson for a long time.

My husband and I had shopped around for a business who could fix our air flow issues in our house. Larson Air Conditioning responded immediately and had someone out the next day for a quote. The quote was very reasonable and they were sure we understood our options. We decided to book our service and they were out the next day with two teams to get the job done. They were timely and efficient, they completed what normally sounded like a two day job in just over three hours. Bruno was sure to walk us through each step and answer any questions we had. We are extremely impressed with Larson AC. They know how to run a company! We recently decided to replace both AC units in our home. We contacted several highly recommended companies with stellar reviews for proposals to complete the work. It was obvious, after meeting Claude, that we would be selecting Larson. Claude evaluated our system, took all the measurements needed calculated heat loads and provided several options for new equipment. He explained of the cost/benefit of each and took the time to answer all our questions, and we had a lot of them. He was genuine, friendly, and very knowledgeable. On the day of installation. Claude was even onsite to review the project with the installation team. From there, our experience got even better. The installation team, Caleb and Kyle were amazing. They were prompt each morning. We received a text message when they were on the way and an email with their photo. They worked hard for two days installing the units, disposing of the old ones, rewiring our Nest thermostats, and explaining everything they were doing. They were courteous, professional, and extremely neat. We barely noticed all the work they were doing which is impressive given the size of the job. Our dog even liked them, and she is an excellent judge of character. From start to finish, our experience with Larson AC was excellent and we would strongly recommend them!

Saved a bunch of money; Hired them to install additional supply duct to a hot spot in the home; upon inspection the Larson technician found an effective way to adjust the dampers to remove the hot spot. Instead of paying hundreds of dollars for a new supply duct, I was happy to pay for the service visit cost. Very professional and courteous.

I couldn't be happier I chose Larson Air. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and courteous. It is very apparent the owners and employees care about their customers and providing excellent service while also remaining reasonably priced and straight forward. The process of replacing my unit was very smooth there were no issues and they were somehow very quiet while doing so, it was not as nearly as loud as I expected. They finished quicker then quoted and they triple check their work making sure everything is working perfectly that day as well as coming back a few days later. I couldn't be more pleased. They came in CLEAN and left DIRTY! The path they used indoor all covered including the closet, aisles, stairwells, and our clothes. They cleaned up afterwards and there’s just too much to say. Larson Air Conditioning was professional and friendly from start to finish. Making an appointment was a breeze (no pun intended) and there was confirmation when the technicians were on their way. They were honest with me about the issue (noisy A/C) and the few possible solutions that existed- in the end we agreed that it was fine as is. They checked out the cooling system inside the house as well, and told me all was in good shape. I appreciated the honest and friendly service.

Caleb was sent out Tuesday afternoon after discovering my ac was off and wouldn't come back on. It was determined the storms shorted out the main board and the board for the thermostat. Larson worked endlessly to get the part and my ac was fixed and working Thursday morning. I will definitely keep using Larson and recommend you do as well.

This review is long overdue, I've starting using Larson Air Conditioning back in Sep 2018 when another energy company messed up my insulation, attic seal, and duct repair, the first consultation was with Victor, and trust me, this man knows what he is doing. He pointed out the duct repair that was clearly messed up, insulation was smelly, and attic seal wasn't completely seal. After Larson Air Conditioning came out, they removed the smelly insulation, seal up the attic, repair all ducts, and added new fiberglass insulation, my house has felt so nice and cool during the summer heat.Every since then, I've continued to used them for my 24-point tune up on my AC and Victor continued to come out and perform the maintenance needed and pointed out things that may need replacement or how to improve my AC unit.Credits goes out to Victor, Sam, Axel, and Ryan, along with the owner, Jamie, they have been all great throughout the years since I started using them in September 2018, and believe me, I'll continue using them for all AC needs. They are worth every penny.

I reviewed on google and yelp three A/C companies that Trane gave me. Larson Air Conditioning had the highest ratings and great reviews. I called Larson and talked to Olivia, she was nice and professional. Olivia listened to my A/C issue and sent Ryan out the next day. I received a text with Ryan's picture on it (so I knew who he was when he came to my door) and his estimated time of arrival. Ryan arrived on time, he was polite and professional. Ryan asked me questions about my A/C unit and took notes of my answers. Ryan inspected my equipment and took a lot of pictures of the equipment for his fills. Ryan resolved the issue. I was very pleased with Larson I signed them up for a summer clean and check inspection and a winter clean and check inspection. From start to finish, the experience with Larson AC has been excellent! Looking to replace 2 units that were approximately 15 years old, Claude provided several options and explanation of the benefits/drawbacks of each. He took as much time as we needed to answer our questions and found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful! We were also able to move up our installation date to help us with timelines on other projects, which was a tremendous help.On installation day, the team was able to get started early and again Claude was onsite to oversee the initial phase of the installation. Caleb and Kyle worked hard all day to install the units, including the Nest Learning thermostats. They cleaned up thoroughly, showed us how to program the thermostats and were willing and able to answer our questions.We are very happy and highly recommend Larson A/C to anyone!

We have used Larson for maintenance and install for the past few years. Their service has always been top notch A+. We started using them for our 10+yr home to do diagnostics and clean up which held up but I knew in the back of my mind that it was just time to replace the ac unit.During the replacement/installation process they were very detailed and professional throughout. What I liked best was they gave options! They provided a Good, Better, Best, and Premium so you can pick the one that is best for your situation. Install took 1 business day and super seamless. They also email/text you appointment info pre, day off, and post ....how awesome is that?! To sum up, if you're looking for great service, honest upfront and detailed prices, and from what I get ...a company that cares about their customers....look no further! Another great experience with Larson and technician Sam. They are great with communication and real experts. One of my heaters was out, and when they had a cancellation they were able to accommodate me and arrive a day early. Fairly priced, excellent value!

My initial call to set up service was handled in a friendly and professional manner. The were able to send a technician out the same day.Lyle was my technician, he called about 30 minutes prior to his arrival to let me.know he was on his way and about how long it would take him. I really appreciate this kind of service. I also like that the company texted me his picture. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He completed the work quickly. I was very happy with Lyle.This would be a 5 star review but I was disappointed that the $79 diagnostic fee is not waived or taken off the cost of service if you choose to have them make the repair. This was disclosed up front I was not surprised by this. The repair its self I believe was fairly priced but because I had to pay the diagnostic fee the repair turned out to be a little overpriced but they were the only company with good reviews I could get out today. They do wave the diagnostic fee if you have their service contract.

After a big storm hit our area last evening, one of our AC units went out. Larson Air was available the same day we called, Leo (our service tech), was on time, considerate and communicated with us throughout the entire time he was here. Our AC is fixed and we couldn’t be happier! Definitely would recommend Larson to anyone.

We just had a new unit installed. The entire team was great to work with from the time we got the quote to the installation. The techs, Anthony and Lyle, were prompt, very thorough and did a great job explaining everything. They came out today for my annual service check up.Sam called when he was 20 minutes out, just to let me know he was on his way.He showed up right on time on the early side of the window they gave me.He was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable.He explained what he was going to do, and after he was done explain exactly what he found and had to keep my system running in Tip-Top condition.I will most definitely be a return customer.

After being jacked around by 3 other of the larger competitors in the valley, I called Larson Air. Despite taking my frustrations out on the young lady who answered my call, every one of the team members I interacted with were very professional, knowledgeable, PROMPT!, and thorough in their explanations. Their prices are very fair and quality of work was very good. They even text a picture of the tech who will be showing up so you know who's supposed to be there! Love these folks, highly recommend, and will most definitely use them again and again!!

What a great experience! We previously had 4 different companies come out to figure out the kinks in our a/c system with no success. Ryan came out to do our tune up and immediately knew what was going on and is preparing a plan to remedy it. He was pleasant, on time, and answered all my questions. SO glad I went with Larson A/C. They send a picture ahead of time so you know who to expect. I needed a new AC setup in North Scottsdale and couldn’t wait. I saw the reviews on google and I can say they are spot on. Larson really is a 5 star outfit. They are responsive, honest, straight forward and very easy to deal with.I had Ish Kissinger as my initial technician who inspected my house and sold me my new unit. He was able to identify multiple issues with the venting in my house as well other electrical issues and poor mounting of my old AC unit. He went above and beyond explaining my options and cost differences and tailored them to whatever I needed. Day of install I had Michael House who worked super hard nearly non stop all day redoing all the venting and installing the new AC unit. They work hard, all of them. They are great ar what they do. I highly recommend them.

From the first phone call, all the way through the service call, I was impressed! It's never a comforting feeling when your AC needs attention. You expect the worst, hope for the best and pray that you don't get screwed in the process. Lyle is a soft spoken professional who explained everything he was doing during the entire 4 hour visit. Even through the diagnostics, he never once seemed bothered by the elusiveness of the problem. His quiet approach kept at it until the culprit was discovered. Not once did I feel like he had no idea what he was doing. In fact, it was the total opposite. I felt he was very thorough, knowledgeable and competent. Glad we called these guys - and glad we got to meet Lyle!

From first contact with Ish for quote to Mike And Bruno doing the work was an excellent experience. They were spot on time, professional, courteous and did a great cleanup job when they were done. My A/C unit stopped working in the the early morning hours and called Larson Air Conditioning as soon as they opened - 8 a.m. They were able to schedule me for service that same day! Stuart M. came and was polite, honest and really hard working - he made sure he figured out what was faulty. Plus, gave me different cost scenarios based on what he thought could be wrong. Once, he figured it out, I already knew the cost and he fixed it right away. I have a hard to reach A/C unit since I live in a town home and service men have to go through a roof access latch in this hot weather! So I appreciate his hard work and the company's timely help to get my A/C back and running again.

Leo was my service person. He's super nice, and spent an extra 90 minutes, for no charge, to make extra sure that the initial diagnosis was correct of a tricky situation. I highly recommend this great business! Office Staff is amazing, too. Super friendly and helpful.

Our heating went out. The next day I was able to get a crew out to check the system. Since the compressor was shot and it would cost nearly $3,000 to repair a 15 year old system I opted to buy a new one. I met with the rep the next day who went over all the options. The day after that the crew arrived and replaced the old unit. They were friendly, thorough & efficient. So after only two days I have a new system. No complaints.

After our two Trane heat pumps finally gave out after 32 years :-), I started shopping around for companies to give me bids. I got apples to apples comparisons on new Trane units and Larson came in $1,500 below their competitor's. In addition to being the lowest bid, I felt confident that they would do the best job on the installation due to the thoroughness of their sales manager, Ish Kissinger. The installers were great as well-on time, courteous, and thorough. Their customer service after the installation has also been outstanding-Ish even came over on a Saturday to bring a washable air filter for one of our new air handlers.

Very good service. Ish Kissinger provided a detailed estimate, no pressure put on me. Didn’t try to sell me stuff I don’t need. Gave me options. Caleb and the crew did an excellent job and finished the job earlier than expected. Very satisfied with the installation and will definitely recommend. Very professional crew and the work was great as well.

Kyle, Zack, and Michael were a great team. Installed two new HVAC systems and repaired existing ductwork. They arrived early each day and cleaned up afterwards. They were friendly, professional, and answered all our questions. A job very well done.

Had an AC Unit blowing hot air, Larson’s got me on the schedule quickly and Victor Ramirez diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. No games or hidden sales motives! The following week I had them out to provide maintenance service on the other units. Lyle Flynn showed up right on schedule and again the upmost professional, efficient and courteous service I have experienced. Lyle was good to walk me through everything he observed and recommended for getting the highest level of efficiency out of my systems all without pressure sales but information and data. This is exactly all anyone should ever hope for! Larson’s does a fantastic job communicating who is coming, when and with appropriate reminders. Glad to have found our HVAC company!

Moved into the area a year ago, and had some A/C repairs done by Ryan of Larson A/C, as well as a system maintenance inspection. Today, Ryan returned for our annual system check. Everything was up to par and no work was required. Ryan is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and arrives on time. Larson also offers maintenance plans that are efficient and cost friendly. I recommend them without reservation; good folks!!

Victor and Anthony did a fantastic job installing our new AC unit. They were extremely proffesional and curtious. I could not be happier with the service that they provided.I am not sure if you can request staff members by name when using Larson, but if you can ask for these two.

These guys are the real deal! We’ve been using Larson to help maintain our home’s AC units so I already knew what they were capable of. We wanted more airflow in our master so we opted to add a mini split system rather than re-doing our ductwork. Claude was our project manager and great to work with. He told us our options and answered our questions in great detail. He even tried to obtain pricing for a unit they normally don’t carry to save us some extra money. In the end, I decided to go with what they carried, a top of the line Mitsubishi/Trane unit. There’s a reason why they don’t carry other ones and it’s because these are the best of the best out there. Claude was still able to help me cut costs in other ways and although I had a bit of sticker shock initially, you get what you are paying for... a premium product backed by a premium company! Caleb and his crew were our installers and were wonderful on the day of installation. They were meticulous and made sure to keep our place nice and tidy throughout the whole process. They were very respectful in trying to minimize noise and interruptions. Claude even stopped by on the installation day to make sure all was running smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from them and know that myself and our new mini split unit are in good hands! 5 stars well deserved Larson HVAC!

Love getting the emails and texts sending me a picture of the tech who’s coming and when to expect them. Stuart was my tech today and he was great. I have used Larson twice now since I have two HVAC units to cover my home. They are professional, ethical, reasonably priced, and punctual. They send you reminders via email and text which I find helpful. They even send a picture of the technician who sill be showing up at your door so there are no surprises. All of their technicians (Victor, Lyle, etc.) do an excellent job. They go over pricing before they start the job so you know exactly what you are paying for. They even send you a handwritten thank you note in the mail! Who does that anymore? I highly recommend Larson.

About a month ago we decided to get an SRP home energy audit done. After the audit we were given options on ways to energy efficient our home and maximize the use of our ac unit along with reducing our SRP electric bill. The team at Larson Air went above and beyond assisting us with everything during the entire process. They were on time for every single service calls, they educated us on everything they were doing and why, they kept us informed of everything that needed to do that day and also the few days to come updating us when they got there in the mornings and also before they left at the end of the day. The entire Larson Team worked amazingly hard and did a phenomenal job on installing our new AC unit and Duct work in the Arizona heat. I must say this company does CARE and that is very rare and hard to find. It was a pleasure working with the entire team and I must add I was very pleased with the customer service we received from every single person on their team. Lyle came out to give us a 6 month AC check up. He called me 20 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way and he was prompt in his arrival. This is our second time using the company and they’ve always been very professional. Not only was Lyle nice but I also felt very comfortable around him, which is huge in general when a stranger is entering your home. He was very thorough in his explanations of our AC units condition and even provided some additional recommendations for upkeep that I could get from Home Depot. Never once did I feel like he was trying to up sell me on anything I didn’t need which was very nice.As an additional little tidbit of info I always appreciate them wearing the blue slip covers over their shoes when entering the home. I personally hate shoes in the house so it’s a nice touch.

We recently purchased 2 units from Larson. Came home tonight and the upstairs unit was reporting an issue and appeared not to be cooling. Called Larson after hours and left a message. Heard back almost immediately and Lyle was here within the hour. He was great! Did a detailed inspection and found the problem and resolved the issue.

Larsons was incredible. They were responsive, professional and helpful. Lyle was our technician and he took so much time working on our unit. I couldn’t recommend this company more.

We received great service today from Sam. We called on a Monday morning and Sam came by the end of the day He was great at recommending the best services for us. He did an amazing job and we had air conditioner by the end of the day. Our units is over 25 years old and he never tried to sell us a new one (all contractors tried before).

Sam is amazing! He was patient, knowledgeable, offered suggestions and even alerted me to a small leak he found while doing the repairs. Highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Larson Air Conditioning. We had a 5 star experience with them in every aspect of the business. There customer service is incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive, their salesperson, Leo was knowledgeable, honest and went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. They went out of their way to give us the best price for the top of the line Lennox Air Conditioning unit, and the installation was perfect. They actually sent the same two people who came to give the estimate to do the installation so there was no miscommunication as to exactly what was needed to do the job. We are so happy with our new system (Dave Lennox Signature). It is so much more efficient and even in its cooling than our old builders special unit. We actually saved $100 a month on our electric bill compared the the same months last year! After the installation they continued to check in with us to make sure everything was working well and we were happy. I truly wish every service company experience could be as good as the one I have had with Larson. I will only use them for service in the future.

I can't say enough great things about this company. I've already written a review on yelp but had to come here and do the same for their Google reviews. They have well beyond 5 stars as their customer service can't be beat. I feel like I've been more annoying than anything but not once did they make me feel that way, they simply want to help and make sure I'm taken care of which is amazing! As I said in Yelp I've found my go to HVAC company and I highly recommend you look no further. Their sales process was simple, they had everything setup and installed in less than a day, and again their follow up and communication is just amazing.Larson Air thank you again for everything you have done and continue to do for me as your customer. 5/6/19: The best experience from start to finish! I started this whole process several months ago by getting quotes from several AC companies in the valley that were SRP approved (for applicable rebates) and had positive reviews from other individuals.Jeff was the project manager that conducted the evaluation for my house. He was thorough, friendly, and detailed in his quote. In the end I decided to go with Jeff and Larson Air Conditioning!After being scheduled and paying the 50% down the time finally came for the install. Enter Anthony and Eli - these guys arrived on time the morning of and worked diligently all day ... even through some admin mixups with the crane and some of the registers being installed. Both remained professional and were giving me frequent updates on the statuses of the project. The following day for the second half of the install the guys were again prompt and diligent with clean up and all the final checks once the project was completed.Larson installed a new 3-ton unit, ductwork sealing, air sealing in the attic, and finally insulation to the current recommended standard (R-38). My family and I are very happy with our new equipment and look forward to experiencing more of Larson’s great customer service for follow up on how the new unit is working out - which should be conducted in a couple weeks!Updated 5/15/19: After resuming normal life in my house I started noticing issues with the attention to detail for the install - the foam insulation used to air seal the attic seeped through on a couple of my pot lights and the ceiling fan, there was plaster bits in the master bathroom that were not cleaned, and footprints tracking insulation through the house when the guys would use the restroom. Additionally, I have no idea how much insulation was actually placed in the attic - as I was not provided an “after” picture with a ruler showing the appropriate level of insulation; and I was not given any documentation for the brand new AC unit or it’s accompanying warranty info. For this I cannot give Larson a perfect star rating.My project manager, Jeff, just visited to do the follow up for the install. I pointed out the concerns I had from the install and he said he will have them addressed during the final evaluation visit - which usually happens about 2 weeks after install. Jeff is always professional, friendly, and detailed - I really appreciate having him as my project manager to ensure that all facets of customer service are accounted for and present with every action Larson Air Conditioning performs. Over the past 3 years we have done several major and minor renovations to our home. During that time our little girls now 3 and 6 have always referred to the workers that came to our house as “Guys.” With each crew that came to our house the question from my 6 year old was “Who is you favorite Guy, Daddy?” There were always one or two that were better than the rest.When Sam from Larson Air showed up he was just another “Guy.” But that quickly changed. Larson was the third company we called to get help with a faulty HVAC system. The previous two both spent less that 30 minutes trying to figure out the issue. They gave quick “fixes” that never resolved the problem. We were frustrated with our system, but it barely worked and we decided it couldn’t be fixed without a major overhaul.The first cold night this year both our girls came to get in bed with us because it was “too cold.”We called Larson the next morning.Sam showed up with a smile, greeted us, and got to work. After almost 3 hours, 20 shoe cover changes, and 5 or 6 calls to the other workers at Larson, Sam gave us his diagnosis and plan.Today, a week later, our girls are warm and our system runs perfectly. Sam came over and fixed the faulty part. Again we were greeted with a smile and total professionalism. Sam is the man. He’s definitely our favorite “Guy.”

Hands down, best HVAC provider in the valley! I had a 14 year old AC system that was leaking refrigerant and decided it was time for a new one. Ish, one of their project managers performed a load calculation and found my system was actually oversized by a ton! Explains why my doors would slam shut and the short cycling of the system. The install was completed the same day and was done so VERY perfessionally by Mike and two other installers (forgive me I forgot their names). They left my home cleaner than it was prior to the start of the project and treated my home as if it was theirs! Again, hands down choosing Larson for my HVAC needs was a no brainer!

It's been a nightmare at times dealing with other contractors, however all I can say about Larson Air is that I love them! Their customer service rocks. I wish I could give them more stars.I love this company. They have a two hour window for service! Not the usual wrap like We'll get there when we get there.They installed a new AC system in my house a few years ago. The price was reasonable and the technicians were total professionals. Ive had zero issues with the new system since.The technicians kept me informed every step of the process.They even wear shoe covers to keep your floors clean .Today I had my AC system serviced by their technician Adnan; Who called and texted me his photo before he arrived. Very nice...Adnan showed up on time, serviced my AC system in a timely manner. Adnan had all the paperwork in a digital format including payment on a portable tablet. A very pleasant, easy, experience. By the way, I used to work for an HVAC company so I know outstanding service when I see it.

I’ve done my homework when our A/C went out, so now you don’t have to! Starting with their prices, product knowledge and efficient and meticulous technicians to their unbeatable top notch level of service. They had constant communication and follow up through the entire process. Their Yelp perfect 5 star rating is well deserved. If you need A/C repair, I obviously highly recommend them. Ish was very nice and always on time to get our new hvac installed in a timely manner. Michael did a great job with the installation of our new hvac system and kept me updated through out the installation with the time frame. Would highly recommend.

I used Larson last summer to replace an old unit at my house in Scottsdale, and while I found them to be just a bit pricey, I was very happy with the service. So, when I needed work on another unit (I have 3 units for my house), I called them again. This time, I am not quite as happy. Making the appointment was very easy, as before, and the technician called ahead of time when he was on his away, and arrived on time, which was great. However, he seemed a bit junior, and apparently has only been working for Larson for about a week. He first diagnosed that the unit was low on refrigerant, which was causing the unit to shut off automatically. However, after he added more refrigerant, the unit was still not working. Then, he diagnosed that it needed a new board. However (to his credit), he called his supervisor to be sure, and then after following his supervisor's suggestion, he did more checking, and changed his diagnosis to a faulty valve. I was not billed for the refrigerant re-charging, which was great. He came back a few days later, arrived again as scheduled, and replaced the valve, and all is good now. Besides the multiple iterations to get the diagnosis correct - which is ok, I'm glad he finally got it correct, no harm - my main issue is with the cost.First, the charge for the R-22 refrigerant was $99 per pound, whereas a quick Google search shows that the wholesale price is more like $10-$12 per pound, which means a mark-up of at least 700%, and a profit of over $700 just on the refrigerant for my unit. This is more of a complaint with the industry in general; apparently all A/C companies mark up at least this amount, if not more; I'm sure that the $99 per pound price is less than many of Larson's competitors in the area, but it is still outrageous. (I've actually been told by a previous A/C repair man yes we charge a lot, but not as much as everyone else. Not a great message.) I understand that in the service/repair business, companies generally apply a mark-up for parts/materials they purchase for a job, but I don't know of any other industry that applies a mark-up nearly this much. (I am a pricing expert, I have spent almost 20 years doing consulting and working for pricing software companies, so I have a lot of experience in this area.)Second, the charge for the replacement valve was $878, while another quick Google search yields a cost less than $200. Once again, a very large mark-up.Even if the refrigerant and valve charges include the labor, this still seems like quite a lot. Overall the total bill was $1800, for maybe $300 in materials cost, so that leaves $1500 to cover labor (approx 5 hours at most I believe; I wasn't home for the 2nd visit) and profit. Just a bit much, in my opinion.Overall, the service was great. Especially compared to other companies in my area that I have used in the past - I have horror stories - Larson seems to be more reputable, and overall I would recommend.

As positive an experience as possible. They scheduled for same day and later called that he could be earlier than expected. Ryan was so professional and so nice. He diagnosed and fixed the problem and got the house cooling by several degrees before he left. Very reasonable charges, and just an all around good experience. Thank you Ryan and Larson Air.

I was initially disappointed with the post-installation support I received from Larson. They had done a fantastic job of helping me pick out a new AC unit and then installing it. However, the installation caused a very disruptive strobe light reflection to go through a significant portion of my home. Luckily, Jamie was relentless in helping me find a solution for this problem and I truly thank the Larson team for their creativity and dedication to helping me resolve my issue. Thank you!

Customer Service and responsiveness is excellent. The tech that came was exceedingly professional and a welcomed change from what I have been accustom to dealing with. I felt like it was a pretty honest exchange. However, the pricing does seem pretty high, but I don't have much of a frame of reference on the cost of A/C service and repair. I spent $700 to have one units capacitor replaced and both units have preventative maintenance which includes refrigerant and thorough cleaning of coils, housing, evaporator, and blower. Other than the cost i'm pretty happy with the service provided.

While I’ve had some issues with my mini split AC unit, my service tech Lyle has been vey professional and easy to work with.

Not sure where Larson gets its service techicians but they are GREAT. Very knowledgeable, very patient and very polite. We ordered a new AC unit in March with new ductwork, insulation and sealing. Our electric bill this summer was 1/2 of previous summers and our home was much much cooler. No more hot rooms. Special thank you to Victor and Adnan! They are top noch technicians! I have used Larson Air in the past and had a great experience with them. I have purchased two Trane air conditioners and a Trane heating system from them. This time I unfortunately had a very negative experience. I was given a quote from Art Schieffer one of their salespeople to install an air conditioning unit at a price of $4,477. After signing the quote and after Art said he would call me in the morning with the install date, Art called me back to gouge me for more money. He said that he wanted 500-600 more dollars to complete the install or it wouldn't be done. I told him that this was unethical business practices to ask for more money after I had already signed his paper and he started yelling at me over the phone. I promptly told him to have the owner of the company call me and hung up. In addition to Art's disrespectful attitude, the owner of Larson Air told me that he would not be bullied into a decision. I hardly believe that reporting unethical business practices in the proper place to be bullying behavior. The owner refused to honor his signed paper.

They quoted me $1775 for a blower motor for my air conditioning unit. I thought that was too expensive so I started calling other companies with the part number that I needed. I found two different companies that would do it for a lot less. One for $750 and one for $650 (both 5 star rated companies on yelp). I told Larson air this over the phone and she said it was because they have a warranty on their part. I told her having a warranty on your part and labor for something that would take 1-2 hours to put in costs $1000. She didn't really want to talk to me anymore and gave me the serial # of my unit that I asked for. They told me over the phone when I first hired them but they have a great reputation and never try to rip anybody off that's why they charge an $80 service fee that they don't take out if you actually get your air conditioner fixed. So I decided to go with them because they have such great reviews on yelp. I will never use this company again they tried to rip me off. Find someone else.You are correct. I did need a specific blower for my unit. However when I looked up the specific blower motor up online it was only $250 for that motor that you're talking about ( i matched it with the specific blower motor part number that u gave me). So still that does not justify a $1500 labor charge for something that will take 1 hour to replace. You over charged me and maybe you should just accept the fact that you tried to get me for $1500 labor charge. Interestingly when you posted your reply you never mention how much does the specific motor blower that you wanted to put on actually cost you or me! You never mentioned how much labor you were going to charge to put that motor in. You just stated that I needed a specific blower motor. There was no price breakdown in your reply. Something fishy there.

Good experience from the time I made the call for AC service to Larsons until service was restored. Receptionist taking my call was very good, technician (Arron) was exceptional. Service was quick, thorough, and good. I will recommend Larson AC to friends and family.

Several months ago I purchased two new Trane HVAC systems to replace the existing Trane systems installed over twenty yeara ago at my residence.Larson did an excellent job and I just completed my first service check up with them today.Lyle Flynn was the technician and he did an excellent job of checking everything and ensuring the units were functioning correctly. I had lots of questions about the units and he aswered all of them with the best of attitude and a patience for my curiosity.Lyle aso took the time to ask me questions about the performance of the systems from my perspective. Our conversation resulted in a suggestion to fine tune the amount of air flowing through several ducts for better uniform ac efficiency throught the house. I highly recommend this company. I needed to put more insulation in my attic. I had called APS in hopes that they could recommend a company that gave great service. I was given a list of 20 or so companies to try. I actually looked them up on the web and Larson certainly stood out as the only company that I felt comfortable.1st An inspector came out to evaluate my situation; he took many picture of the shape of my attic and locations inside the house that were letting outside air come in.2nd A representative of Larson Air came out and discussed the best plan for me with the picture documentation in hand. Absolutely no pressure.3rd my next step was to move ahead sign a contract and have the insulation put in my attic. The Larson people did an amazing job. They were very polite and they cleaned up after themselves, even in my closet which was the entrance to the attic.4th The original inspector came back to evaluate the work that had been done and to make sure all the areas were done per the contact. This was a surprise to me that they would send a inspector back for review at no cost to me.A happy customer!

My A/C went out over the weekend and they responded and had a technician at my home within the hour! Very professional and honest technician. Even with a weekend charge it was affordable.

I had used Larson Air Conditioning to check my A/C units about 2 months earlier. With the outside temp close to 110, one of my thermostats broke and that A/C unit stopped working. I called Larson AC and they had closed for the day. I got online and scheduled an appointment; they contacted me shortly thereafter, answering my many questions. The next morning, Victor arrived at my house around 7:30 and got my A/C working again. He also installed two Nest thermostats and helped me program them with my Google Home. Victor and Larson Air Conditioning were great. I highly recommend them.

Very professional. He was respectful and explained what he was doing and what his diagnosis and plan was. Took time to cover his shoes with booties no matter how frequent and how short his trips were in and out of the house.He also showed pictures and explanation of the work involved. Paid them close to $900 to fix one of my units, to rebuild the motor and it worked fine for about 9 months, we started having the same problem. They only warrantee their work for 90 days, but they will sell you one year warranty if you want.. what does that tell you? Very disappointed

Excellent work. J really solved our problem with the thermostat. Of course it was not a Larson supplied thermostat that was fai ling to work properly. The Larson supplied thermostat that Jay installed appears to be working very well.

Dennis Penterman went over and beyond good customer service. He took pictures to document (and demonstrate) every area of concern. Most important was his specialized expertise in energy audits and repair. I couldn’t ask for or want a better service tech.

I have not used this company, but I now never will. Driving South down I-17 trying to exit at Thunderbird and one of your drivers was being rude and not letting us over, kept speeding up to not allow us to get over. We speed up, get over and he flashes his lights at us multiple times and then leaves his brights on. As we stop at the red light to turn right on thunderbird, he speeds through a full blown red light to turn left. The time was 8:00PM Tonight, 8-1-17. I would suggest to find out who this driver was and have him reprimanded and go through training again. He was very aggressive in his driving and if I saw this driver pull up to my house, I would turn him away. Rest assured, friends and neighbors will know and they in turn, will not use this company either.

Scheduling was simple and timely. The technician, Lyle, was knowledgeable and professional. He kept the floors clean by wearing shoe covers. AC tune up was a breeze. Would recommend this company.

Well this will be one of the few negative reviews on Larson. I recently moved into a new home with a gas furnace and wanted an inspection prior to using. I called Larson based on the reviews and they quoted $65 to come out for an inspection. No problem scheduling and they were prompt. The tech performed the inspection and right away noticed the flue pipe had separated at the unit, probably from the roof being recently replaced, which obviously needed repair. He struggled a bit and stated he’d rather replace the elbow connection because the remaining pipe was pushing up on the roof tiles. He verbally told me it would be ~$270 which I approved. There was one issue with a zip tie on a door interlock, which he cut off, and some insulation had fallen, which he reattached with adhesive.Total bill was $712.35. Inspection was $65.95, Insulation reattachment $60.65 (seems high for a can of glue and 5 min but whatever), and the ~1.5’ of flue pipe was $585.75! I figured I would wait to see the full invoice before questioning because the tech did not have an iPad or anything you could view it on. The next day after I received the invoice and called to question the charges, the customer service rep ends up arguing with me stating he “believes” this is a fair price because the issue could lead to a significant safety hazard with carbon monoxide. When I asked if they should charge more for that he says “not necessarily”. Seems like a gouging to me since these simple repairs were probably 1/5th of the cost to get a whole new furnace. Be sure to get a clear estimate with this place prior to approving work.Update: The company ended up honoring their original estimate and I appreciate them taking care of this.

I had a yearly check up performed which went great, the next day i noticed a funny noise from the A/C when I was outside and another tech came out to investigate whom discovered it was just a loose cap on top of the A/C. Thank you for responding to my concerns in such a timely manner! I will continue to get service with Larson Air.
