Robert is super friendly, responsive and dedicated to his work. He drove out to my rental property the same day my tenant discovered a leak in the ceiling and began setting up his equipment right away before the problem could get worse. Three days later he showed up on a holiday to inspect the ceiling and make sure no mold had grown. I can't recommend Robert and Phoenix Water Damage Services enough!

The difference between a good, great and amazing company is not just the quality of the finished product, but also how the company interacts with their clients and addresses any issues that may arise. That is what makes ASAP an amazing company! We were displaced from our home for 5 1/2 months due to water damage caused by a plumber installing a water softener. We called ASAP to complete the reconstruction on recommendation of a friend as we were not happy with the ethics of the remedial company the plumbing company had called in. From the very beginning ASAP was by our side. A few bumps in the road were handled quickly and efficiently, and it was quite evident that this is a company that cares about the quality of their work and the client relationships that they build. A very special thanks to Tony for taking the time out of a very busy schedule to meet with us to address some minor concerns; Doug - a huge thank you! Your personal attention to our situation and helping walk us through the muddy waters of dealing with a 3rd party claim was amazing! Couldn't have kept my sanity without your help. We had a small attic pipe leak for several days that resulted in drywall and baseboard damage involving 2 bedrooms and a closet in a 1958 block ranch. After some research and checking BBB I called Ryan Riedy owner of Square One Restoration to check it out. He arrived quicker than I would have guessed with a case of fancy cameras and other gear that can see the water content in the walls to see the extent of the damage without ever pulling out a hammer or wrecking bar. He took hundreds of photos to send the insurance company throughout the process. The removal of wet materials and clean up was done in total isolation from the rest of the house and rooms so there was zero dust. Floors were protected all the way to the front door. Care and attention to details at every step including excellent Covid protection by Ryan and all the professional crews. His drywall guy Shane is a real wizard with the repairs and blending the texture and color so we cannot tell we ever had damage. The walls came out great but the closet really came out even better than before the damage. You don't often get the owner of a company take such a personal interest in the project and Ryan really works hard to insure you are happy with the result and you will be even at his expense.
If you need damage restoration or remodeling you can absolutely rely on Square One Restoration to do a professional job you will be thrilled with as we are. Thanks Ryan!
