They showed up later than expected but they kept me in the loop the entire time so no big deal. The tech was quick and professional and solved the problem that the previous company could not. I will definitely use them again in the future

The ac maintenance people seems decent, but I do not trust the business. They have a one year maintenance plan, and they did not do any maintenance for me such as cleaning. Instead, they pulled opened part of my roofing to shows that it wasn't sealed very good. Pointing it out is sufficient, why physically damage it more to show me? Also, the sales person was dishonest with the pricing. Charging more is up to them and it is understandable, but being dishonest is not. Also, I called to cancel my annual service and I was okay with paying for the full year, but they refused my request and stated that I must call back within 30 days of the ending period. This is absolutely unheard of.

They got to be kidding me, the repair man came in not prepared, all he did was talk, he did not want to do anything I had to chase him out the door. Do not and repeat my self do not call this company. Wow what a mess, no experience at all sad to say my drain is still leaking had to call anther company to finish the job.

In June 2022, I had Goettl install a 4 ton A/C unit on my home roof. All my dealings with them up to and including the install, were pleasant and professional. I let my 180 day window for an inspection run down to the wire and the City of Phoenix did their inspection last week. The inspector noted a couple of minor adjustments needed, confirmation of amperage used and a correction that involved the electric panel. After calling Goettl, I was connected with Tim who was part of the original crew that did my install, he attentively took the information and asked me the best time to send a couple guys out to make the necessary changes/adjustments needed. Manuel & JJ arrived as promised today 12/07/22. They were both professional, respectful and made sure I understood what they had done, shared with me the pictures of changes made and even though minor fixes, these guys were very thorough with the explanation. They even gave me a a care package of sorts, filled with thank you gifts for being their customer! From the person who answers the phone, to the sales person to the installation crew to Manuel & JJ today, the customer service skills of Goettl's employees are stellar. I do believe I am appreciated for being your customer! I would recommend you to my friends and family. Thank you! Jackie B

Great company and people! Very knowledgeable and informative. They worked hard to get my new heat pump installed without the extra expense of a hiring a carpenter like another company told I would have to do to get the new unit in. They know their business and do it well! They may not be the cheapest company you can find but when I have something as important as new air conditioning installed I am happy to know that it is done right and backed up by a company that will be around if something should go wrong.
