Needed to replace a 5 ton, 13 years unit with a high efficiency, high seer to save on electric cost. I knew these units are not cheap but got a great price. Aaron came for an estimate and sizing the work, did an excellent job explaining the work needed,costs and benefits. Scheduled with the office the install a few days later. Work was very clean.Small repairs was made yesterday. Overall great experience, highly recommended.

The service we received today was AMAZING! Our AC stopped working in the middle of this heat. We called the customer service line and the representative was kind and knowledgeable, he was able to send us an incredible technician to repair our AC. Big Thanks to Nathan White, he came to inspect our AC and automatically knew the issue. He provided us with lots of great information about our AC, the recommendations to ensure our AC is well maintained and then proceed to provide us with the cost breakdown. We are so grateful for their hard work and dedication to keeping us safe from this heat. Thank you Nathan for your support and we are looking forward to working with you all.

We had Goettl out yesterday due to a lack of heat. They sent a tech out to troubleshoot the unit. after checking everything found a few loose wires and reconnected them. We were very happy with the service. He said if it still did not work, to call and they would come out. Well, no heat this morning. When I called they were very apoligetic and said they had Elvin out today. He was very professional and ran a complete test of the system finding that the thermal coupler switch that was having an issue, intermittenly. There was no charge for this today. Highly recommend this company.

Our air scrubber bulb had gone out, which during cold, flu, and a pandemic... probably best to keep that thing running. The system was in need of a maintenance inspection anyway. I've always found Day&Night to be competent and I don't feel like I'm being wallet-flushed.

I first contacted Chris with Alien Air Conditioning and Heating at 6:05 a.m.on Thursday May 26, without expecting somebody to answer the phone. Chris answered the phone, was very polite listening to what I have to say. I'm out of State owner, he asked me to text him the address and promised me that his team will do the job to get the A/C working at least 75% same day. I was amazed that the job was done as Chris promised due to upcoming memorial day weekend. I am talking about the A/C that another company went to service barely 9 days through management company before I found Alien Air Conditioning and Heating. Chris never try to sell me something my house didn't need. Chris and his team went to my renting house and access what need to be done and see what was done a week before to the A/C. Chris sent me an estimate with pictures of what need to be done and say that he want to do what is necessary to lower the cost. Chris care about owner's compare to other company that has went to my house. Please if you are living out of State I advice you to use Alien Air Conditioning and Heating for A/C services. The company can be trusted 100% and if I have to give this company million stars I will do it. Alien Air Conditioning and Heating went above my expectation. The company is HONEST. Not too happy with ACE home services, they've cancelled my last 2 appointments. Stuart, however, has always taken care of our systems like they were his own. If you do use ACE, ask for Stuart as your technician.

The AC tech was very thorough in explaining what he did during his visit.

Comfort Experts did an excellent job for us. Ryan was the only AC salesperson able to solve our air filtration issue caused by the original home builder. They replaced both of my old systems with new high efficiency Carrier equipment. The install was professional and done on time. I’d definitely recommend Comfort Experts.
