I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

This company is terrible!! These people are thieves!! We had previously used them for a job a few years ago for which they received payment in a timely manner. Months after a payment was made to them by error due to many companies we use have the same similar name. Instead of returning the check they cashed back to our company that issued the payment, the owner TIM stated they simply applied that money to a job they never received payment on and asset that had nothing to do with our company. I stated the employee that made the error would be fired if the funds were not returned and he didnt care! My guess is that are doing so bad in their business stealing has become an option!!

I really can't say enough good things about Jake and Black Mountain. We operate a short term rental and had our septic tank filter clog and tank needing to be pumped. To make matters worse, we didn't know where the exact location of the tank or lids since the home was a fairly recent purchase for us. Jake located, dug everything up, installed risers, new filters, lid and cleared our blockage. All within a few hours of our call. We had a real sh*tty situation on our hands, but Jake took care of quickly, effectively, and a very reasonable rate. We now have a reminder to have them out for our annual inspection and cleaning here on out.

We hired Anthony’s plumbing after we noticed a leak. They got me on the schedule the same day, and Brandon was our Tech.

I never hired a plumber for a leak like I was seeing before so I didn’t know what to expect. I was beyond impressed with the service Brandon provided! Brandon finished up his previous apt early, so he called to see if it was ok to come by a little earlier than anticipated, very much appreciated. First appearance, Brandon curbed what you might joke about a plumber, pants falling dirty T-shirt and a mess. Brandon came in very professional, shirt tucked in and a clean uniform. He asked me to walk him through what was going on.

We walked through all the symptoms and I feared a slab leak. I think I might even of said it. After I finished explaining he said the good news is I don’t think it’s a slab leak - here’s why... The thoroughness in his explanation reflected the many years of experience.

I call for a plumber and I spoke with a very nice lady on the phone , and she sent Albert the Plumber in 20 minutes, and he was very polite and took his time to look at my issues. Albert text my landlord to permission to go on the roof and my landlord did not answer. Albert is a caring and understanding Plumber . when I buy my room, I would recommend this company and remember to ask for Albert very good customer service.

BEWARE - They hire UNLICENSED contractors to do their work. Our home warranty company, 2-10 sent Belsito plumbing out to check on a slab leak we had. They sent Charles, who was nice, and Charles brought his manager Shane Prince. Shane completed a lot of work but never finished, took off with our money, and wasn't licensed. He did all this work on the side, but wearing Belsito Plumbing uniforms (him and Charles). Belsito fired him a few months ago, but that doesn't make up for the fact that they were okay having someone do these jobs that's NOT LICENSED! Turns out his licenses have been revoked for years. Just be cautious on who you let do your work. In AZ, anything done over $1,000 in your house requires a license. Hope this helps someone avoid the expensive mistake we made working with this guy and this company.

On Saturday I tried to replace the hose in the yard when I suddenly broke the pipe. At that moment, worried and uncertain, we started our search for a 24x7 plumbing service in Google and found Reddi & Heroes. We want to give our great recognition to this company that gave us a 5 star service, in less than an hour we received the services to solve our problem that were given by Brent Sanderson in this case our hero, who did an incredible job in record time, considering that the pipe was split within an area of the structure of the house, it was necessary to open a hole in the wall to weld the pipe. When we have a problem like this is when we value the luck of having a service like the one received by Reddi. Great Service. Professional Team. Based on a neighbor's recommendation we hired septic medic to service our septic tank. Highest recommendation. Knowledgeable, on time and did a great & thorough job. Hosed the tank after draining and did an inspection. The access point required digging; which the tech did quickly putting the dirt & decorative gravel on a tarp. After completion, the refill area looked almost seamless. Use this company if you want the job done correctly without having to babysit anyone.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

I had Cooper drain my septic in my 5th wheel . He was there 15 minutes but didn't clean it completely. He said he did but didn't. Then three days latter same thing . Plus he said he didn't have change so I just have him 5 twenty . The receptionist was rude as hell and said if I wanted it done again it would be another 90 $. Never call them again .

Highly recommend this company. We started out with Justin making the deal, what a great guy and real people person. Then the next team came in to scope, clean our pipes, and line the pipes. These guys were real prompt, real polite and worked great as a team. Three days and done. You have an amazing young group of employees. Thank you!

I've had nightmares with plumbers in the past, and this is not one of them. Isaac Solis was the most professional plumber/maintenance person I have ever dealt with. We had an extremely bad situation going on with our pipes and he did not even bat and eye at fixing it. This guy works hard! I will be recommending Rooter Ranger Plumbing to anyone that I know who needs a plumber, and they're now my go to people when I need help. We’ve used Bumble Bee Plumbing twice now and Richard and Jeff who helped us were both fantastic. I was able to book the day before easily, and they had someone come out next day. The work was super quality and it was really convenient that they had their truck stocked to do everything on the spot. We even decided to have our water heater replaced randomly and they were prepared and did it same day! We’ve had our washer lines replaced, water heater replaced, garbage disposal replaced, and angle lines under the kitchen sink replaced by them. All quick, clean, and quality. Highly recommend!!!

Currently in the middle of replacing my pipes... So far this week they haven’t been on time but one time for the time slot that they gave me. I am currently without use of any drains and any toilets since yesterday afternoon. This was never supposed to be an issue but assured me it would be fixed this morning when they were supposed to be here. Currently past noon and still no one here... No respect for others time and needs. This has been a horrible experience to say the least

I was really impressed by the service I received with Rooter-Man. In the past the plumbers I've used weren't that friendly and seemed to try an overcharge for services I didn't need. That wasn't the case with Roy - he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great deal. I had called other businesses and they had the best prices. Would definitely use again.
