Best Heater Inspection ? in Phoenix AZ

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to for this company. Had a water heater leak in garage so I called the plumber and they referred me to Rocky Mountain. They came pretty quick I was kind of surprised. Patrick the project manager was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns and the work was done flawlessly. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Great service! Keeps in communication telling how the progress is and walking you thru showing you progress. 100% recommend!

We recently did a major remodel in our office space and they were extremely easy to work with. They met with us and laid out a reasonable schedule to allow us to continue using our office during the remodel. They moved walls which included relocating electrical switches/outlets, ceiling tiles, doorways, drywall repairs, doors and flooring. Everything was done on schedule and within our budget. They did a great job for us and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional, quality contractor. Andy was a delight to work with.?

Had a sewage line Collapse causing major damage. QR came in cleaned up the damage. Kyle came in from QR and worked with my insurance company and got the work approved. His crew started the remodel, they were friendly, on time and help me with my Concerns.

Unreliable company. Called 3 weeks ago and after speaking to the lady, she said someone would call to set the appt. Well, Robert called the next day and I tried to reach him 3 times during the day. Now 3 weeks later Robert hasn't called back and when I called EHS last week, the lady said someone will call me that day. Well, still have NOT received a call. It's good know how these companies work for future considerations. I will be posting this review in the subdivision monthly bulletin which reaches almost 1000 homes. There is nothing they can say, gave them 2 opportunities and EHS lilitary did nothing to contact me. Very disappointed.

While the employees were decent the damage left behind was worse than from the flooding. If not for the insurance company making payment without my authorization I would have had some recourse. There was a considerable amount of damage to the closet and room doors caused by the machinery that was used for extraction. South Ridge in Mesa, I will a picture of the damage.

Everyone we felt with was friendly and courteous. Lee was out this morning to collect the fans and other equipment, and he was very nice and efficient, and kept us informed of the next steps.
