J. Miranda was so helpful and replied to our request right away! Called other places for emergency repair on our AC and they wouldn't be able to send someone for 3 days! Anyone who lives in AZ knows waiting that long is not an option especially during the summer! J. Miranda was friendly and took the time to explain what needed fixing. Will recommend! North Valley Mechanical came out and identified the issue immediately. The technician provided some tips on maintenance and care of our AC which I appreciated. I was pressed for time and stressed out because we had contractors arriving the next day to work inside the house. Thank you NVM!

Alien Air is the only ac company I fully trust. I have been exclusively using this company for years. I am always pleased with their professional service. I have recommended Alien Air to many people who were all extremely pleased with their work quality and customer service. Alien Air does not try to upsell you or sell you anything that you don't need. Alien Air shows up when other's company's won't. Their techs are neat and knowledgeable.

I’ve found Ace to be responsive and able to work with my schedule for maintenance. I have not needed to rely on them for emergencies yet but I’d bet they would be dependable then too. Have them take care of your equipment before problems turn up!

Wow! Baikal Mechanical’s AHU is even better than I expected. It does everything I need it to do and more. My tenants are certainly happy it was installed. Five stars all the way!

Dennis arrived, gave a comprehensive estimate, walked me through the service, and had our leaky water heater replaced before lunch.The appointment setup and confirmation process was easy, with great communication.Glad to have found our service tech for the upcoming home improvements we have planned.
