Tried to charge me $6k to repair my AC for a $1,200 repair. Asked how much for a new unit and they quoted me $18k for my small house. Sales guy tried over complicating the explanation when he saw no man around and I felt they tried to take advantage. Called someone else and had a much better experience where they didn’t try to rip me off.

Johnny was awesome! We had, what I thought, was an emergency. I was told 7 pm or earlier. Johnny showed up at 5:15. Very knowledgeable, courteous and went right to work. Great fix and was done by 6:45. Explained everything and even found me and applied a discount coupon.

Bought a new home and Chas Roberts was the contractor for the HVAC system. Several reviews speak of the exact same issues I'm having. System is not balanced and techs all tell me different things. They do not come on time and will show up after 9pm well after appointment window. Appointment window, its not a window its a guesstimate that they don't give two cents about. You are at their mercy.

I could not have been more pleased! He did work on both the house I was selling as well as the one I bought. He showed up on time, was very professional, did excellent work and repaired the problems. His prices were lower than I expected them to have to pay for the work he did. He made no attempt to sell me anything I didn’t need. I felt that he was honest and dependable. I recommend him highly and will DEFINITELY be calling him the next time I need a plumber!!

Scott was great. I attempted to wire a smart thermostat myself and blew my units transformer in the process. He was able to get out the same day I called and replace the transformer. He also recommended that I replace some old wiring connecting the unit to the thermostat because I was experiencing power lose at the thermostat. I did just that and BOOM, everything powered up as it should. Great experience, thank you Scott!
