Great experience. We had a dead circuit but no obvious cause. Called Simple Electric based on great Yelp and Google reviews and had the same excellent service. Electrician was on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired a bad outlet that had caused the trouble. He explained all charges ahead of doing the work and the price was very fair. Would highly recommend.

We had a good experience with OR Electric I called other places and no one was answering me and came across OZ to install all my security cameras I was having trouble with the electric wires he knew his stuff and his job was neat thank you OZ.

TiO was sent out as a contractor for a large ADT job at my home. Pedro Madril was the electrician that arrived - on time. This was exceptionally important as he was needed to work in tandem with ADT. Pedro's drywall cuts were surgical and I ended up needing to do zero repairs; which is extremely rare and appreciated. He also left each area he worked cleaner than before he started. Thank you for your professionalism.

I received a few email reminders of my appointment. Thank you. Rose Marie (sp?) called to say Derek was on his way. Derek was very professional and explained every step of his troubleshooting and what the problem was. He was very knowledgeable about working on manufactured homes and didn't seem to mind my asking several questions about them. (I'm a first time homeowner and bought the property with no history of it or manufactured homes in general. He was extremely patient and persistent finding the source of the problem. If it was me, after the third unsuccessful test locating the problem, I would have told the owner Buy a new home. (Joke) He double checked that all outlets and covers were back in place and cleaned up after himself. He did not try to up sell me but did suggest a few upgrades, some I could do myself, that should be done to avoid future problems. I connected with 24hr Valleywide Electric through my warranty company. I was told by an AC technician that we needed to upgrade the breaker in our fuse box box it was only rated for 40 amps and needed to be rated for 60 amps. After talking with Valleywide electric, he was able to help me discover that the electrical upgrade was not needed and the AC technician was trying to upsell me -- the sticker on the AC itself said it needed a minimum of 29 amps and a maximum of 45 at the breaker meaning 60 amps the AC tech recommended would have been too much. I appreciate Valleywide Electric's honesty and integrity. I understand the he could have probably come out, changed the breaker and I would have been none the wiser to the fact that I didn't actually need the service, but instead, he was honest and helpful. I definitely recommend this business to anyone.

Tom and Daniel were dispatched to my house to fix a leak. THEY WERE EXCEPTIONAL! Service was excellent. I had called another company early in the day and was told the technician refused to go underneath my house to fix the leak. These guys did not have a problem! Can not say enough!
