Justin was great! We had three other plumbing companies come out to try to figure out where a sewer smell was coming from and they never were able to figure it out. Justin came out and figured out what the issue was in a matter of minutes and had the repair done and under a half an hour. Destry was also great. He figured out an issue with our washer. I highly recommend this company.

I was referred to North Valley Mechanical by two different people who had used this company for years for various services. I was very pleased with the sales rep Jim Reed who came out the next day and gave me a quote in under an hour. He has been in the business a long time and knows his products well. NVM does not use any of that high pressure sales tactics used by many others.A recommendation by a satisfied customer tells me everything I needed to know. Don't waste your valuable time with those other OVER priced high pressure AC companies that churn out those dumb downed radio commercials and hand out cheap China made junk. North Valley Mechanical did an excellent job installing the American Standard AC unit. The service personnel were very polite, professional and did a great job on cleaning up everything after the install. My new AC unit looks and works awesome!

He even referred a program which might be able to help me with my major repair . He also got my unit running until I can afford the much needed part . Excellent response time and outstanding customer service. We have used them several times and each experience has been great! Our home is on the market and our thermostat went out. Yes this is a fairly easy fix but when you're working around multiple schedules and the first 100 degree day it's great to know you can count on them to get you back up and running and at very fair prices!
