Urban Desert is always on-time and let me know they are on the way about 20 minutes before they arrive. Tony our service technician is easy to work with. I can let him do his thing and go back to work. Since having the bi-monthly service, I have not seen any bugs!!!!

I think they took to long to come back and check for bed bugs so I can have the paperwork for the nurse to come back

Western Exterminator provided a bug spray technician named Michael Rogers almost a year ago, to prevent any roaches, etc. from being in my home & my guest house rental. Michael is professional and knowledgeable. and he has kept both places pest free. He schedules appoints in dvance with me, & arrives on time. .

Julie has done an excellent job for us. She is the best and one of the main reasons that I would never switch exterminator companies.

We are BIG fans of CPM. I've worked with this crew on several different projects, but the one that stands out is pest control for our home. We live by a desert preserve, and our backyard faces a beautiful undeveloped wash. We love it, but it is a never-ending fountain of scorpions and other nasty critters. Complete Pest Management stops all that stuff. We have their regular service because we need it and because it's a game-changer for our little family. Highly recommended.

We have been using contractors for a year and a half out in Wittmann. TJ is amazing, he always sends me a quick text to let me know we are on the schedule and let's me know when he's on the way to our house. He always asks if we've had any unwanted guests and goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of. We are very happy we can live in the desert and not worry about pests in our home. We highly recommend contractors and especially TJ!

I had a service agreement that renewed in June 2017 from when I purchased home 2015.
I've called this company out NUMEROUS times. The people that show up are generally polite, however they all speak either in Double Talked or in Circles to justify their inadequacies in service results. Call center is goofy and their inter office communications seem also be inadequate.
I will be using a another provider that has much better reviews. I hope I get better results, cuz they can't be any worse.

The customer service via phone with pest service representative - specifically speaking with Marcus - was superb. He answered my questions right away, helped my scheduling issues, and was very friendly and kind. Kudos!
