Pink plumbing has always done a great job at my rental property whenever I need a good plumber. The one time they needed to return to finish a job they were extremely fair and didn’t even charge me for the additional visit. I’ll always use them for my plumbing needs.

We feel so completely satisfied with our service today! Jerry came out late last week to quote us so we could compare a few companies. The previous company quoted us thousands more without even stepping foot in our house. Jerry diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote that seemed very reasonable so we booked him on the spot. We could tell he was an honest person at the time and it rang true. That is a hard quality to come by these days. Jerry showed true professionalism in his work. He also figured out, very quickly, what the cause of our leaking pipe was and will also correct that issue. Craig was the Rep who installed my new water heater and replaced my old one. He was great and professional. Answered all my questions and stayed till he made sure that the water was heating well. My experience was great from start to end.

Kalon was absolutely wonderful. We just moved to Phoenix and typically used to having to wait for mediocre service at top prices. I was extremely pleased that Deer Valley quickly took my call this morning and had Kalon at my house in just a few hours. He was super knowledgeable, walked me thru everything, showed me prices before any work was committed. Excellent service at a good solid cost! Nicely done. Thank you

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. Mike was my technician and he was excellent!

They have 4-hour windows to show up. Scheduled first time, window was 12-4. At 3:45 I had to reschedule because I had to get back to work. 2nd time, window was 8-12. At 11:50 I called and was told sorry about your wait ma'am. He'll be there as soon as he can. While on this call I get a call from their dispatch saying he will be there in an hour to an hour and a half. So I wasted EIGTH hours for a plumber to not show up and no call at any point to let me know he was running late! Had I not cancelled, it would have been 9-9.5 hours! That's a full day of work I would have lost, NOT including the time it would have taken to do the actual work. I don't know in what world they live in to think this is remotely ok. I asked how they were going to make it right and the supervisor said all I can do is say I'm sorry and he'll be there as soon as he can. Good luck with having them show up on time and give a care if they don't. 0/5 would tell anyone to use these people. 5/5 would tell anyone who mentions plumbing about this story with Pruitts and guaranteed they won't use them. Would you?
