Best Commercial Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

I texted Hector, the owner of Fences Del Sol, after seeing the excellent job that his company did when making a neighbor’s gate entry cut in concrete blocks to the adjacent park. He responded to me immediately and I had the pricing I needed to move forward for my own gate entrance within a couple of hours. He provided excellent communication and service. The block work was totally complete within 48 hours of the original text request. Awesome, professional and reasonable job!! Highly recommend him!

I am an engineer, and I know good craftsmanship. Fence Builders is THE place to go! Armando showed up right on time, did what he said he would do and the bill was exactly what was quoted over the phone. This was a big project for me; this fence really changed the look of my yard. It's perfect. We don't need to take down that old fence any more; this one looks better than the wood we had before.

DCS Industries did an amazing job installing my custom security door! I live alone so getting a security door installed was a must. I can now sleep peacefully knowing that my front door is protected and secured. I also love opening my front door while the security door is closed which provides security while allowing the fresh air to come in. Overall WONDERFUL service! The door came out exactly as I designed!

DCS did a great job with our pool fence. Unfortunately, they did not use a protective barrier when welding near the pool. Now we have metal flakes embedded in our plaster. When the owner came out to look at the damage he tried to place blame on the pool plaster company (we had the pool done 2 1/2 years ago with no mysterious dots) and the stated who knows what could have blown in the pool. I have lived here 6 years and have never had metal flakes blow into the pool. They refuse to make it right so now I am stuck paying to have my pool drained, treated and then filled again. If you have used DCS I urge you to keep an eye on your pool for possible damage but don't expect them to fix their mishaps. I will not be recommending DCS to anyone due to this incident. I am extremely displeased with the treatment I received from the owner and may pursue further action with the ROC.

I called needing supply parts & the guy didn't have what I needed in stock. However, he recommended a company that did. It's that type of mindset that it's ok to help even if it isn't you yourself selling the product that makes me think this company is decent.

Accurate Concrete and Fence poured a large concrete slab, erected new fence walls and fabricated and installed new iron gates. The work was done according to what the quote outlined. The quality of the work was excellent and the completed project greatly enhanced the appearance and value of our home. I definitely recommend this company for concrete and fencing work!

We had a fence installed around our pool two years ago. Recently the latch wouldn't close and I couldn't fix it myself. Called and the next day they were out and not only fixed it but gave a tutorial on how to make adjustments in case it happens again. Awesome service and on time! Thank you!

Horrible steel, fence was rusted orange powder even where there were no sprinklers hitting it.

Not sure what kind of powder coating they use but really regret using them as I had orange stains all over my deck from the rust

These is by far the worst company I have ever hired. The workmanship is great. the Scheduling sucks. They never show up on time and never do what they say the are going to. If you can handle the mismanagement the work I would hope will get done sooner or later. It has now been 3 weeks for a job that should have taken 3 days. My advice, Find another company.

High quality and very professional

I have contacted Tom numerous times. He has promised everytime to fix the following but never does. Tom put in a wrought iron and cinder block fence on top of a patio he contracted. 1) a 3 week project took 5 months. 2) the drainage in the cinder block over the patio is horribly inadequate. 3) there is no slope on the patio so it floods. 4) cap stones have fallen off due to lack of mortar. 5) when he removed the old cinder block he damage the boards of my house. Without repairing it supports for the fencing were put in over it. Only 1/2 inch between house and supports leaves no room to get fix it. House is open to bugs and lizards. 6). His wrought iron work was good.

We were referred by another business that had Fence Builders of Arizona do their wrought iron security fencing for their dog facility and were very happy. We contacted several fence companies and these guys were the best! Best ideas, best service and communication and the price was very fair. We love our fence and would recommend Fence builders to anyone.
