Worked with Chris. He came up with multiple ideas and designs for the backyard. It was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. I will be using them again for my next project.

He made my entire family comfortable, and happier than we thought we could be. My backyard is everything to me, and Chad made it everything to him in the process. He went above and beyond to make every dream I had a vision and reality. I trusted him every step of the way and feel beyond blessed to have had the chance to hire him to give me everything and MORE that I asked for. I highly recommend this company. Property Management hired them and just one guy showed up after Mondays storm. When he saw the tree he said he quoted too little and needed to negotiate a new estimate. Even though they initially underestimated the job, Mike was great, He never was the issue. He got hurt and took care of himself like he should. He called me the next day apologizing profusely that he was yelled at due to the initial review. Apparently the person he reported himself sick to was on leave and manager called me later that they figured out that was the reason. As stated Mike was not the issue. HR dropped the ball. Mike really took responsibility. He came across like a professional. That aside they released a 3 man crew after and it took them 6 hours after the work Mike had put in last Tuesday. The job is mostly done and Michael is getting stump killer on it as promised. The only issue left is that they didn't go into my neighbors yard to haul the branches, but tried to pull them over the brick wall, she did allow them into her yard from her house. All the cinder blocks are still missing, I'll address that with property management as the neighbors side is still a mess.
Which we noticed later in the evening. Management asked if I would update the review. All actual laborers have been great.
Miscommunication happens, but always value your employees. Your employees are you business and they can go somewhere else, just like customers.

Sal and his crew were great. Very flexible to come out and look at the work when it was convenient, talked through options, wrote up an estimate on the spot. Came to do the work two days later, found that one of the items was less involved than originally thought. Was up front about it and adjusted the estimate. Took pictures of parts that were changed to document the work, reset the irrigation timers to the correct settings for the season, left the site clean and as if it was untouched. I scheduled more work for the future.

Tried to setup regular bi-weekly maintenance starting with a clean up and while the first visit was great, he never returned for the bi-weekly maintenance and after finally responding to messages they attempted to increase the price. No thanks, we'll find someone that WANTS customers.

We had some low voltage lighting installed in our yard. Big Nick's did a really good job. It wasn't just the installation that went smoothly but they also took the time to explain things to us and keep us informed during the installation. I genuinely loved working with their staff. They were so kind and went out of their way to make things easy for us. I am so happy with the end result. I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know.

I asked Luis to pretty much re-landscape my parents' backyard. All my parents had in the back was just dirt, weeds, and a citrus tree planted by my grandpa. Luis and his team came in and did an excellent job transforming the backyard to a much more attractive place for our family to hang out. My dad especially loves the putting green that was added... and the little bench between the citrus tree and the putting green is a perfect little shady spot to relax while putting around. Did I mention that Luis and his team was able to get the job done in one day! The timing was perfect! They completed the job before my parents returned home from the hospital. Needless to say it was a great surprise for them. Luis is a great guy with great teams working with him. I would highly recommend Landscaping Authority for your landscaping needs. I look forward to working with them again! We've used Ivan just recently and it's been the worst experience dealing with a landscaper. Weeds where cut with a weed wacker and the bush in front of my home wasn't even shaped properly. When I asked him to addess it, he said he would but a week went by and I never heard from him. Don't waste your time with this company.

We have been working with Victors for at least 2 years. At first, the service was good. But as time dragged on issues kept cropping up, and they didn't seem to really care. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing at this place. We issued directions for them to please stop running their trimmer against the wall knocking off paint (easy to do), but they continued to do it. Besides the normal stuff of cut cables from trimming (this is simply not paying attention and going too fast), the issues with the Office staff were constant. They would not get back to us. We told them we wanted only our front lawn reseeded (like last year), and they end up doing the whole lawn, and charged us double anyways for their mistake. They changed the controllers to flood the lawn for the reseed to germinate, but never bothered to come back out and change them back after the lawn was germinated and it was obvious - nothing proactive. So, I had to ask them to do it. After two weeks, they still had not done it. I had to ask again. Another week goes by and they guy never shows up. Finally the 4th week they fix it, but put the blame on me (yeah right...). Then, because they never came for 3 weeks, they charged me for lawn mowing (which they didn't do) that they could not do because the lawn was wet because of the timer issue, which I had already requested 2 weeks earlier for them to fix. The won't even acknowledge the letter I sent with the 3 emails between me and office staff of the aforementioned battle and requesting they waive the $65.00 lawn mowing charge because of their inability to fix their own makings. I have no idea how to change the timers they installed. They bill themselves as full-service...yeah right.

The lawn work is good, but the constant battles with screwups by the office has just made me say enough is enough. I suggest you find another company.

Sergio's guys did a back yard clean up including trimming 3 citrus trees. They showed up on time, made my out-of-control trees look beautiful, left the yard spotless, and even skimmed out the leaves that fell into the pool. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided and wish I had found them a long time ago.

After checking with different companies i decided to have my 1400 + sf paver project done by Luis and his crew. I was not disappointed. They did a great-high quality job within a very reasonable cost and in a short period of time. I am Very happy with my upgraded backyard. Highly recommended.

The best company for stone landscaping is Desert Sunview Landscaping LLC. They provide great service in the hot desert environment. They did great landscaping in front of my house. They followed through on the project. Very attentive until the job was finished. Highly recommended.

Poor communication skills

This was the first time my family and I have had to go through this very stressful situation. AZ Environmental Contracting was transparent in every step. Their attention to detail and understanding of our unique needs made this situation as pleasant as it could be. We thank AZEC for walking us through this project. I hope you never have to go through this, but if you do. This should be the only number you call.

Very disapointed.
