What a wonderful company! They communicate professionally, were prompt, and very willing to answer all customer questions. Brady went above and beyond to assure that my questions were answered and my roof serviced thoroughly. Clearly not in business simply to make a dollar, but truly want to make a positive difference for customers. It is no surprise that so many of my neighbors recommended Renco!

My experience with KY-KO's representative (Mr Jimenez) was very professional. He responded promptly & was very customer-oriented. He even went over and above his duty to help fixed my roof (a leak that was not repaired properly by another contractor) prior to the scheduled date. If not for Mr Jimenez, water would have leaked from the same area, as it rained a day after he fixed it. I would strongly recommend KO-KO for your roof repair as I had researched a few other contractors and KO-KO was my best choice.

Got an estimate in May from Ben. Proposal was accepted. Even was set up in some system called Buildertrend. However, despite a few emails, nobody from the company ever followed up for a repair date. Matches some of the comments I’m seeing about follow through. Disappointed. Would avoid going with these guys due to follow through. Apparently didn’t want the business.

Almeida Roofing is an excellent company. They came highly recommended from people we know who used them for their roof. They definitely lived up to the reputation that proceeded them. I was given a thorough, professional and free inspection immediately after request. An honest and straightforward estimate came from that. It covered all aspects of the job and was also economical. I subsequently accepted their quote and they went right to work. They completed the job on time and to my complete satisfaction. I have worked with Castile Roofing twice. Both times required me to provide oversight. When the incorrect color was installed, I had to call and they replaced the roof. When they left my bare roof uncovered during a rainstorm, I had to call for them to put up a tarp. When the interior of my house was damaged from the rain, I had to demand that they help.

They have now made efforts to get me squared away. The new roof looks good and hopefully every thing works out.

Multi Pro Roof Solutions was great! We worked with Brandon Fuller and he was responsive, attentive and worked hands on throughout the whole process. We have a beautiful new roof and skylights and it looks absolutely amazing! Happy to have it done just in time for Monsoon season!! The team finished the whole project in one day no less. They were professional and tarped all of our foliage and flower beds as well as the pool so it was easy clean-up! Couldn't have asked for a better team or experience. Owners are honest and easy to communicate with. Employees worked all day every day and were always on time and courteous. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day and I was then informed of the work to be completed the following day. I received everything that was contracted for and then some. The Tacheny crew arrived promptly and got to work tearing off our old roof, repaired a couple areas of water damaged OSB and then proceed to install our new roof. They got it done it one day!!! Yes, one day. Now there were alot of guys working and they all worked very cohesively. Our new roof is beautiful and protects us from the elements. The warranty is fantastic too. I would recommend them to anyone needing a total roof replacement and/or repair.
