Best Commercial Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

I walked in to see if they could beat a price. Guy got so offended he threw his hands up and said “we’re just done here” and walked away. Haha talk about business etiquette I could not stop laughing while telling the story to my colleagues at Homesmart.

One of the better experiences I had when finding remodeling contractors. John was very involved and remarkable commitment to quality service. The rustic floor that I was aiming for, John knocked out of the park. The investment was worth it and makes my whole interior have that high-end feel/look.

These guys showed up on time and they were very polite. It was a good choice going with Alan's Flooring. Loved the instalers so nice thank you for great product and excellent customer service and my tiles look great.

They have done many jobs over the years for me and my family! They are awesome to work with!!

As part of a major remodel of our home in Sun City West, we replaced 1,400 square feet of tile and carpet flooring with beautiful engineered hardwood purchased from Arizona Hardwood Floor Supply. Throughout the purchasing process, Sales Manager Tim was very easy to work with, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He was always responsive to our questions or concerns and provided excellent advice. Ratko did an outstanding job installing the floor and baseboards, and they look gorgeous. We highly recommend this business.

They installed laminate flooring throughout the house. Did an excellent job, showed up when they promised they would, and cleaned up after the work. Everybody was courteous and pleasant to deal with. Great company.

My Residential flooring contractor was very meticulous and made sure the job was done correctly. He took the time to ensure that the floor was level and properly fitted, and that all the edges were flawless. I'm quite happy with the outcome because the final product was exactly what I desired.

Cardinal delivered the good product as they advertised they would do. I was very disappointed with the thick layer of grinding dust left inside my garage after the grinding part of the job was completed. It is still a huge mess. I was also disappointed that nobody from Cardinal followed up after the job was finished to give their work a “Quality Control” check out. Not a good business practice after charging me over $8,000 for their work to not have the Project Manager check on the finished product. All they have asked for is a “five star rating” which this job does not rate for its overall package. Did a poor job of putting up the yellow strip material to keep cars off the driveway until the product had cured. I think 3 stars is actually generous. The finished product is great but Cardinal production did not meet the expectations the Sales guy promised me.

Would not recommend at all. Botched unprofessional job. 0/10.

Beautiful job and fast as well

Had different typed, which a lot of them don't.

Desert Floor Coatings did a horrible job installing metallic epoxy flooring for my medical clinic. They screwed up the preparation and refused to fix it. They screwed up the finish so bad it cannot be repaired. There are holes in the finish from tools, bubbles everywhere and they refuse to clean up the mess they made on door jams, trims and wall. Justin and Tom are liars and unprofessional. The only thing worse than the quality of their work is their lack of professionalism and integrity. Don't waste your money!
