We set up an appointment to clear a clogged drain. Our technician arrived promptly, politely and professionally. They quickly evaluated the issue, and in the process identified and warned us of upcoming issues without trying to sell us services. After blasting the clog back to whatever hell it came from, they added a coupon on to our service, pet the dog, and skedaddled. Outstanding.

Gerardo and the team that came out were amazing! We love the work they did and everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable! I actually received this company name from a friend who wanted to use them but couldn't due to warranty restrictions on his existing unit. I would certainly use them again and would not hesitate passing the company contact info to anyone who was looking to connect with an amazing company! Exceptional work ! We installed a new AC unit, all new duct work, an additional intake with all new vents and relocation of several vents which required drywall work. They even provided a drywall guy as part of the service!

Called Four Seasons for an estimate after another AC service quoted for a major repair. Four Seasons offered a free second opinion. On the visit, Chris from Four Seasons went up to the attic and said nothing major appeared out of order, and still offered to do a minor adjustment free of charge. I am used to high pressure sales tactics. This was a pleasant surprise. This is how you build customer trust. He did say there is a chance I may need a repair in the future and offered to send me an estimate. Great service. I'll definitely call if I need AC service in the future.

We have used another company for the last 11 years. Our old units needed replacing. We thought S&G was more knowledgeable with a fairer price so we decided to use them. We had a fantastic experience with SG they installed my new air conditioners/heaters. Just Air is a company with integrity. I'm so pleased I chose Just Air to resolve my a/c problem. To begin with, Danielle worked with me to schedule and reschedule an appt. I had to cancel 2 appt. and she was professional and happy to accomodate my needs. James Mattingly arrived in a timely fashion. He was polite, respectful (wore booties over his shoes) and knowledgable. I had called with a problem of my return not cycling off. Within minutes he realized I had inadvertently hith the fan button which told my unit to run 24/7. It was my mistake, he resolved it and waived the service charge. I have never experienced THAT courtesy fromany other company. They obviously aren't out to rip the customer off.
I will definitely be using this company in the future!

I really love AZ Perfect Comfort, they have the best service compares to some other companies. Our AC had issue on the Labor day weekend, I called them on early in the morning on the Labor Day (at 7AM) and James arrived after 1 hour and fixed all the issue within 15 mins and explained to me all the details. I highly recommend to use them if you have any AC related issue.

When my AC went out on one of the hottest AZ summers Lincoln Air was able to come out the same day! They had my AC fixed and working in no time! Professional customer service with a smile, even in the heat! I highly recommend this company!!

Tech was very polite and knowledgeable company pricing is outrageous it seem like the technician was almost embarrassed to tell me what they wanted to charge. Not his fault Wayover priced company $900 to replace a blower motor in a mini split.This afternoon the service manager reached out to me and offered me a deal that I could not resist!!above and beyond thanks guys you really do care! I called in and spoke to Joanna who was friendly and helped me. Joanna was able to schedule to have someone come out and within an hour they sent someone. They let me know when they were on their way and even showed up before the time I was quoted. I had repairman John who was on time. John was professional and respectful. He listened to my concerns and got right to work. He was very helpful at letting me know what was going on as he was working on things. The service from John and the Comfort One was top notch!
