John came to our home and was very understanding of our concerns. He inspected our home and explained in detail about our termite problem. We set up appointment and Michael came out and completed the treatment in 3 1/2 hrs. He did a wonderful job. You would never of known he was here. Everything was back to normal and cleaned up.THANKS BILL'S PEST AND TERMITE COMPANY!!!!

Started off good at first. But once the program is in place and paid for it goes downhill, after your contract ends they leave the live traps and bait stations behind, and if anything gets caught its on you to remove them. Even if you ask them to come out, they will charge you for an 'inspection' and then they will refuse to remove the previous traps without paying for a new trap contract. Then they ignore all contact attempts to remedy.Information on weekly inspection reports is incomplete, Most of mine reported that they didn't even check the bait stations.Would not recommend.

Tyler serviced our property. He was very clear and thorough with his explanation of everything. He went above and beyond to treat all of the concerns we had. He was very mindful of how he worked. Despite the heat he took his time spraying around the house. I by mistake left the front door open and Tyler was kind enough to shut it since I had already left. Dylan was the tech that treated my home. First, he asked about any specific problem areas and he targeted those areas and surrounding areas. I noticed that he always went above and beyond. When I mentioned having ants, he had a solution in mind and explained to me what would happen and how long it would take.
