Arizona Fire and Water were the first responders during my recent kitchen flood. Everyone who came to address the damage and see to repairs were great. Mario and Dave (and the others) were punctual, polite, friendly, efficient, respectful. The kitchen is back to its original state and I'm so happy and grateful to Mario and Dave and AZ Fire and Water.

No one ever wants to have to deal with water damage. However when you have a responsive and professional team like 1800 water damage it makes things easier. As a property management company we have utilized Tom, Alicia and their team several times. They communicated, they avoided removing more materials than necessary. I highly recommend them

Hired Service Master for a clean up after a flood in our kitchen in January 2022. Extensive repairs were needed. They started out to do the deconstruction required, but as time went on they failed to continue the work required. They did not return phone calls to me, or my insurance company. After several weeks of no activity we fired them and hired a different company. The new company completed the job quickly and did a superb job. Never heard back from Service Master. I would never hire them again. I have talked to others in our area that had the same experience with them.

There aren't enough words to describe how pleased I am with Paul Davis Restoration. I would like to recognize and personally thank David Youman for overseeing the project, and guiding his expert staff. In particular Mario Garcia who did most of the inside work, and his assistant Simon. The renovations were skillfully crafted, and it all came out beautifully. It was a complex project, and everyone was very kind, communicative and professional every step of the way. They made a difficult situation much easier for me to bear. Frank was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was available around the clock and answered all my questions with detail. He sent someone out the next day and he was also very helpful. Showed and explained everything he was doing to check for moisture and mold. Thankfully none was detected. I appreciated the honesty, specially when a different company had already been here a day prior stating we would need walls torn down etc. I knew something was off and decided to call NextGen for a 2nd opinion, I'm so glad I did! Awesome and friendly dude. He was very courteous and professional. Responds quickly to texts and communicate effectively throughout our mold removal process. Despite some unforeseen delays because of asbestos testing he was able to complete our project in a timely manner. Great prices, great dude 10/10 would use again.
