I used Tidy Casa for a detailed cleaning of a house from which I was moving. Let me just say that they were incredible! Showed up on time, extremely professional, excellent job (yes, excellent!) and very reasonably priced. I will continue to use them for any house cleaning services.

I was disappointed in the service. Paid for a one time deep cleaning and the housekeepers said they'd be there for 2.5 to 3 hours, but came home at the 2.5 hours and they were already gone. House was found with many lights left on and their used wet rags on my bookshelf. Noticed they didn't even touch a bedroom and my entry way. Paid for a deep cleaning of my baseboards and it was obvious some weren't touched. Bookshelves covered in dust, mirror and picture frames filthy. Called and the company was very nice and sent different housekeepers. They were great but it was super awkward pointing out all the missed areas. Found out the company doesn't include basic cleaning like vacuuming couches and wiping down doors as part of there standard cleaning. The second team did an excellent job but overall won't do this again for that price.

I have been using Wave House Cleaning since the week before I had cervical spine surgery 3 years ago. I was trying to get my house in order before my expected down time of several months (which turned into years). But Caesar came to the door, a bit surprised to see me in a hard neckbrace, but was ever so compassionate about my circumstances. And he always comes on time.

Over the following years I have used this agency many times and they hire good people, I trust and they have always done a great job. They have always come within the 1 hour window.

This week Caesar was back for a deep clean, and I still haven’t found ONE area that he neglected to clean. And when he left, the house smelled good from something he uses.

Everything is done online. And there is plenty of follow up and reminder about your appointment.

The team that cleans my home is WONDERFUL. They do a super job and I am extremely happy with them. My home glows after they leave. Choosing Maid Right was one of the smartest decisions I ever made in my life.

They removed a ring of mineral buildup from our toilets that not even the apartment complex people had been able to remove and neither had we regardless of what we did for the past 5 years!

The first time they came to clean they did ok. I decided to give them another chance. The second chance was a disaster. When I pointed to dust they didn’t even touch and sofas they didn’t vacuum, they said this is too much we map floor and leave. I was shocked. If you want to donate money, you can find a better place

Rhonda & Penny do an excellent job every time. They are very pleasant. I have had Rhonda since I started with Cleaning Authority and as long as she is employed with you I would like to have her. I like Penny also but I just haven’t known her that long. Keep up the good work ladies.

As a heavy duty truck repair facility, we have some vehicle come in with mud, tar, and other debris that gets left on our lot. From time to time, we have to clean up this stuff. We scheduled to have these folks sweep our lot a week in advance. We were excited they could get us in and did not need any additional advance notice more than one week. They person showed up a little late, but that happens given our location on the Gila Indian Reservation can be difficult to find if you have never been here before. The gentleman worked very hard while onsite and stayed on task. We appreciated the help given it was a coordinated effort to move all 100 vehicles offsite so the lot could be swept. He blew all misc debris to the center of our lot. I wished the sweeper had been able to pick up more of the loose gravel, but our lot looks a lot better with their help. Thanks for the hard work. We appreciate helping get everything cleaned up!

My wife and I had our house cleaned this week and let me tell it was the best cleaning we have ever had. From scheduling, to the follow up call right before they arrived and their cleaners were amazing. Their brand does represent them as perfectionist and I recommend them to anyone.

We have use Evelyns for years and found them professional, quick, thorough and overall incredibly dedicated. We have lived many places and used many housecleaning services. We have used Evelyn’s now through several houses in Phoenix and we love them. They communicate well, clean well, and compared to many other services imbue their teams with a great service culture. Their cost is utterly reasonable and was raised rarely. Highly recommend.

Our tile has never looked so good! Valley's Best did a fantastic job on our tile and grout. Scheduling was quick and easy, they were prompt, accommodating and thorough. We will definitely use their services again.

Avoid this company. I was charged more than double the price I was quoted, and they did not clean everything they were supposed to. It's been a battle to get ahold of anyone and they are constantly out of the office, or unavailable.

I am selling my house and reached out to this company to have them do a move-out cleaning service. My house is 1500sqft, 3 bed, 2 bath and was completely vacant. I provided this information to the company and they quoted the job would require 3 cleaners, and take about 3 hours for an estimated cost of $450. I agreed to the quoted price and scheduled the cleaning. When the team arrived, they had an additional cleaner with them, which I was not made aware of prior to their arrival. I didn't think this was a big deal and assumed the job would take less time. My house was by no means what you would consider a dirty house. It was recently renovated, and basically needed floors vacuumed, windows cleaned, surfaces wiped down, and bathrooms cleaned. Somehow, even with 4 people, it took them over 5 hours to clean the 1500sqft house and they charged me over $1000! For that price, I would have expected a top to bottom cleaning (which is what they said they would do), but they left all walls, baseboards, vents, inner cabinets, and the garage untouched. They also ruined the finish on our toilet seat with whatever cleaning products they used, and left grey residue on our kitchen counters from what I'm assuming were their dirty rags. My wife and I went back to the house after the team cleaned it to finish wiping down the missed surfaces. We simply used Clorox wipes and a duster to achieve what the professionals could not.
I reached out to the company afterward and let them know the situation. They offered me a $100 refund (bringing my cost to $916, still more than double what I was quoted). I explained that this was inadequate and requested an additional $300 refund ($616 total cost to me, still $166 more than the $450 quoted). The manager told me they would speak to the owner of the company about the matter. However, it's now been two weeks and they have still not given me a response. It's very difficult to get ahold of them, and when I do get through, they beat around the bush and offer excuses.
I will update this review If I hear back from them, but at this point, it seems like a lost cause.

Update: since posting this review, they have refunded the additional $300 I requested.
