Best Commercial Cleaning Services in Phoenix AZ

We had Sledge Concrete resurface our front porch, walk-way and outside patio area. We were pleased with their professionalism, their quote was excellent and the young men who did the work were outstanding.
I recommend them without any reservation.

Ociel came by my home to look over the stucco we wanted. I guess because our home is super small and built in 1925 he prejudged and felt that providing a quote would not be beneficial to him or company. He promised to give me a quote in the evening and did not. I followed up with him couple days later and asked if he had the quote, and chose to not respond back. Not professional, not a great way to earn business. If he could not do it whether it be because of the house, neighborhood, or just cant do it! Then a simple message back of letting me know would have sufficed. What a waste of time and what a shame to ignore customers.

No one wants to have to repair their foundation so we were not looking forward to the whole process of bidding and construction. But I can say that we had a positive experience with Ram Jack. We almost went with another company, but Tim Mavis promised Ram Jack could provide quality work at a better value and he delivered on that promise. The crew on the job led by Javier were professional and courteous. So, I would recommend Ram Jack for anyone needing foundation repair in the Phoenix area.

Ben and Zoltan did an amazing job. They were very timely in their response, had a fair bid, and completed the job in the timeframe they committed to. They went above and beyond...a refreshing change in my experiences with contractors. Highly recommend them.

This company delivers great results. They always arrive on time, their workers are polite, and they do an excellent job. These guys are the best patio and brick paving contractors in Phoenix. They are reliable, top-quality, and cost-effective.

I've always had an excellent experience working with AZ polished concrete. they are very knowledgeable, provide top quality work and are excellent communicators.

RUN! They have you sign a contract BUT do not hold up their end of it. Take half of the quoted price and do not finish the work. They left a huge mess in my yard and refused to come back and clean it up. I had to hire 1-800-JUNK to come remove their mess! Miguel said he would pay for the removal, but then refused to pay after the junk was removed. Very disappointed in the companies work ethic. They now have my money for work that was not completed and then had to spend money to have their mess removed. STAY AWAY! See attached pictures.

I used Desert Coatings (DC) to do painted concrete flooring throughout our house back in August or September of 2017. The flooring consisted of a total of approximately 1,700 square feet of flooring. The house that this work was done at was a vacation house at the time, so I wasn’t there to supervise the work when it was done. Other work was being done at the house by another contractor at the same time. Overall, the final finished floor was okay, but there were some things I wasn’t happy about.

During their install process I received a call from my general contractor that the flooring installers had gotten cement material all over the newly painted doors and baseboards. I called DC and they gave me a $700 credit to have the doors and baseboards fixed and repainted. After the flooring job was done, I came out to the house and discovered that the workers had spilled concrete in various spots on my newly painted patio cool deck. I was able to power wash some of it away, but some still remains to this day.

In a bedroom some tile had to be removed and DC had to use a self-leveling concrete to even out the floor, as well as raise a portion to make it level with the rest of the room. When I was able to come out and look at the flooring, I noticed that this area was very wavy and had bumps in some spots. I called DC and they came out and applied another coat, which improved it, but the finish still wasn’t smooth flat in the end.

In the living room they had to fill the entire room with about 2-3 inches of concrete to fill the void left by removing the existing wood underlayment that was previously used to build up the floor. Where this new poured concrete met the existing concrete, a crack developed about 6-12 months later, which caused the paint to chip away. There were a couple other cracks that developed too. I called DC and they sent someone out to fix it. The repair consisted of them applying more paint over the cracked area. The repair ended up not being flush with the rest of the finish, and the color did not match the rest of the flooring. This crack is in a prominently noticeable area of the house too.

Fast forward to 2020-2021, the crack reappeared and the paint began to crack and chip away again. I didn’t call DC right away because I still was not living in the house full time yet. After moving in full time, the chipping away became worse from walking over the area. I called DC twice in August 2022 (8/25 & 8/29), both times reaching an answering service. They said they would pass the message along and someone would call me by the next day. No one called me back. After the second call I decided to start emailing them (9/1/22). The first email response I got was that Tom Allen (the owner) was out of state that week, so I waited about two weeks and emailed them again (9/14). I received an email back (9/16) stating that they were on vacation and would call me back when they returned. I waited a month and did not receive a response, so I emailed again (10/17/22) and received no response. I emailed a final time (10/27/22) and again no response.

In addition to the above there are a few spots here and there that I wasn’t happy with – under the kitchen island (uneven finish and sheen), a few wavy uneven spots here and there throughout the house. I didn’t write a review at the time, because I just figured I’d live with it as is, but now that I can’t get a response from them, or have them come out to do the repair, I’m writing a response now.

I do not recommend and would not use Desert Coatings again (I felt this way before the lack of response, but even more so now), especially if you’re looking for a high-end finish. I have since read other reviews where they do not respond to follow up calls for repairs when needed.

I would love to give this company 5 stars as they helped me in a time of need the same day I called them. They coated six showers in Epoxy. They did of course charge me for the rush service.

Why 1 star? The epoxy shower coating started pealing off the wall two days after installation. Here is where the story begins.

I called the owner a few days after we noticed the epoxy was already coming off. It took about 5 phone calls to reach him and he DID eventually come out and look at the problem. It took another two weeks to reach him again. He acknowledged we were still waiting on him to fix the epoxy. Two more weeks go by in which I called him and had co-workers call him (about 12 calls in total). We eventually got a call back from his associate who scheduled us on a Monday and Tuesday. The re-work required us to close our store completely. I was of course not happy about this, but did indeed stop taking reservations for these two days in order to get the work done.... can you guess what happens next?

Monday comes around and the company doesn't show up. We call the Owner of the company who says his guys will be there at 5pm... merely 7 hours past the scheduled time.... 5pm rolls around and no one shows up. We wait around for another 2 hours and no one.

Long story short this company never showed up and we are forced to hire another company to fix the poor workmanship of the first company. On top of that we are out two days worth of appointments..... STAY CLEAR!!!
