Jared was great! He was very knowledgeable about the issue with my water heater and was very professional. The company gave me a courtesy call prior to his arrival, which helped with my dogs. Their prices for replacing, installing and hauling away the old one was reasonable and highly recommend Hays Plumbing & Drain.

When I needed to have new fixtures installed in 3 of my bathrooms I did not hesitate to call Penguin Air as I had previous contact with them and they always gave outstanding service.Josh Moore was the tech that appeared exactly on time today to do the necessary installation. He was polite, friendly and explained in full what was necessary to complete the job. I was amazed at how quickly he finished all 3 of them with new fixtures. Each time that I have dealt with Penguin Air, I am so pleased especially for their dependability, promptness, neatness & pleasant, friendly attitudes. I recommend them highly & will continue to be a very satisfied customer.

Jeff has serviced our AC/heater over the last year or so. He has amazing knowledge regarding air conditioning and heating. Two other companies came to service our high efficiency unit but could not work on it as they were completely unfamiliar with it. One of the two actually informed me that I should contact another company, one that knows something about this system. Desert Diamond has always been professional, courteous and honest. I wold recommend them to anyone who needed AC service.

Fantastic experience with Adam from Goettl. He is the kind of professional you feel confident having in your home and working on your plumbing issue. Adam was friendly, knowledgeable and there were no surprises on the cost. Great responsive service from start to finish. I recommend Goettl based on this experience.

Mike the tech arrived with incomplete safety protection.
He never gave me a clear diagnostic. This is through home warranty, Mike left without fixing my a/c he said he was making a report right away, when I called home warranty company 3 hours later they had no report.
I am sitting in a home with over 100 degrees outside.

I spoke with Amy on the phone who was extremely knowledgeable about AC systems. She walked me through the entire process for a home that I was getting ready to sell. Prompt and on time service from the service tech Brad who was very thorough and made sure to do things the right way not the easy way. Absolute pleasure working with A & M Mechanical as a whole. Family Owned. Smaller office - friendly voices. The techs are paid by the hour not commissions - that helped knowing I wasn't being recommended unnecessary repairs. Me and a few of my neighbors have signed up for their yearly service agreement. Great folks!

Leah was very nice and helped to set an appointment up quickly. Patrick was on time, friendly and very neat. Unfortunately, I was told I needed a new AC.
(1984 unit died) Patrick got all his information into the office and I soon received a emailed estimate.
Leah once again Leah set up an appointment. Mat and Ethan arrived on time and did a great job. Both were very professional. I was especially grateful for Mat's great clean up job. You would never know that someone had been working there.

The dismantling of our old A/C and installation of the new roof top A/C went perfectly and couldn’t have been better. Everyone was exactly on time and so organized. The job was completed much earlier than expected. The crew was great and Juan was terrific,, so professional and knowledgeable.

Service Tech, Leo, arrived ahead of schedule, presented in a professional manner, identifying himself and clarifying the purpose of our call for service. He then gathered the appropriate tools and I led him to where he could access the system to check it out.
Now, in my 6+ decades on the planet, I've been in various types of service businesses, where customer service is of utmost importance. I also happen to know a thing, or two about Air-Conditioning and HVAC, but am not now licensed to service them. Because of these facts, some might say I am Tough when it comes to 'vetting' service techs. (I have invited more than one to leave)
I simply expect a service Tech to Know what they're doing, and to be Professional about their doing it. Leo and AzPerfectComfort.com exceeded expectations.
