They did me a HUGE solid. I called them out for a leaking spigot in the back. I was going to replace it myself but I couldn't get the water main to shut off. I tried every tool and thought I might break it. Instead, I called these guys. Guy shows up in a few hours, takes one look and asked why not just use the secondary shut off that was attached to the spigot in the front. Flipped lever, water off. I'm an idiot. He said not to worry about this one and didn't charge me for showing up. That right there is amazing customer service and the way should be done. Easily could have charged me anyway. I will definitely call them again if I need any plumbing needs!!!

I think they did a good job, was expensive 409 dollars they could of made it more uniform look, now I have one line smaller and one line larger. Nice Copper lines instead of galvanized nipple and steel flex lines on my tankless water heater, they didn't tell me if there was warranty on the work. All in all I feel better now knowing that I will not have to worry about any leaks. Thanks Ben Franklin Plumbing.

I dealt with them yesterday after I tried another company that could not solve the problem of the main sewers in my house, but Fernando and Tyler did their work very professionally and was able to clean the main drain in an impressive manner and today their official came to me and continued their work through the camera and I saw it is very clean and their prices are suitable and cheaper than other companies I am I thank him very much for perfecting their work and dealing with me. He thoroughly examined my plumbing system and installed a new recirculating pump on my water heater. Having your AC break down in Arizona is never a good thing. Even with that situation, Penguin Air and Chase made the best of it. Everything was explained in an understandable manner and I was given various options for repair, and payment options that fit my budget. Last night was rough with no air conditioning, and I was sitting in cool air before noon today. That said it all! Great job PA and Chase! I highly recommend!
