We used Jacuzzi Bath to replace and old bath tub/shower with a walk-in shower. Doing business with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was an enjoyable experience. They contacted us on a weekly basis to inform us of the timeline for installing. And much to our surprise the install date was moved up one week earlier than originally scheduled. The installers Fred and Pedro E. were on time, respectful of our home, cordial throughout the day, and completed the work as promised. We were very impressed with there workmanship as indicated by the final product. Finishing a job is not just a rubber stamp. They made sure the shower was perfectly lined up with our existing door jams, floor, and walls. Verbally they wanted to make sure that we were happy with the install. You could tell that they are proud of the products that they install and the company that they work for. Kuddos to Fred, Pedro E., Steve (sales rep), and Jacuzzi.

Recently, had a roof leak after roofer fixed the roof. The roofer was slow to send a water extraction crew (few days).

AM/PM was on-site in an hour, got everything wet removed, put dehumidifiers and fans in. In few days, it was like it did not happened.

I was not aware of any of these situations prior to Ryan’s telling me about them. I’m very grateful to Ryan as well as to Rosario for the work identified and resolved. Kitchen Tune-up of Litchfield Park is an awesome place to renovate your kitchen. This team is dedicated, extremely knowledgeable amd helpful. They listen to your needs and share a plan quickly that works. Starting with the owner Garth, sales professional Jon Grindle and the schedule coordinator Jennifer, this team is a super team and kept us informed of the progress of each activity. Jon understood our needs quickly and shared a plan with us within a day and then they scheduled our job much before the committed date. Owner Garth will call you to clarify any questions and even make suggestions to make things better. Jennifer kept sending scheduled activities that were all completed as communicated. We got new cabinets made and installed and got all cabinets throughout the home repainted and the workmanship is excellent. What impressed me is that we were not even home during all these and this team coordinated and completed the entire job with honesty and extreme quality.
We are very happy with the work and each if these 3 individuals.

Amazing service from the start, Nathan was extremely professional and very informative as of why my ac unit was not working. Was on time even asked before he arrived if we needed anything from the store due to our unit being off, who does that now and days. Nathan diagnosed the issue, quickly fixed it and we got our home ac working again. Very glad we finally found a reliable and honest HVAC company.

I had windows and a sliding glass door replaced. Crew came out and were professional and courteous. Mike replaced my slider, he did a great job. The product is awesome I can already feel a difference and the look of my home has improved tremendously.
