Efrian, Matt, Ryan, Justin, Louie and team were very responsive and engaged during our extremely difficult plumping project (sewer pipe replacement). The dynamic duo of Matt and Efrain (with QA oversight from Justin - thank you!) took a great deal of time to educate us on the intricacies of the project. It was a challenging project with many curveballs being thrown at the team by our nearly 65 year old pipes. The Penguin team, Efrain and Ryan were onsite everyday, addressed each instance handily and kept us informed at every step.The company who provided a 2nd option, which the Penguin team encouraged me to seek (this approach truly built my confidence and appreciation of their professionalism), agreed with Penguin’s assessment and recommended replacement.If you are lucky enough to have Efrain and the other gentlemen I mention from the Penguin team in this review work on your plumbing project, be confident that your project will be completed effectively and efficiently! Efrain even followed up with me after the plumping portion was completed to see if the floor tile work was underway. Another nice touch that shows how much Penguin cares.While this is the first review I’ve written for the work Penguin has completed for us, it’s not the first time or the last time Penguin has done great work for us. In the 10-11 years since Penguin has been the the Valley, we have bought two AC units (the first one we bought directly from Will one of the co-founders), two hot water heaters (different houses) and just a couple days ago, the day after the plumbing project was completed, all of our fire alarms replaced, a couple of electric outlets updated with GFI and a bathroom fan motor replaced - thank you to Camas and his partner who were awesome too!

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

We have used Hobaica for A/C check-up service and repair for years, but we’ve only recently needed to use their plumbing services. Over the past few months, we have needed plumbing work done in both our kitchen and one of our bathrooms. Travis V has been excellent to work with on both. We now ask for him by name. Luckily, last weekend, we found he was also able to do an A/C service call along with our plumbing request. Excellent attitude. Excellent work. Throughout the years, we’ve never felt pressured to get anything unnecessary for our home. For well over 10 years, we’ve never been disappointed.

Dustin and Travis made the perfect customer service duo. They were so friendly and polite. When they hit snags they went with the flow and never placed blame on anyone. They kept reassuring me that they would make everything perfect. They cleaned up even better than they found it. And, even the dogs found them delightful. Cannot say enough good things about Dustin and Travis!

Both Matt and Travis were a pleasure to deal with and were very informative in providing information regarding the repairs needed. They were respectful of my house and covered their shoes whenever they entered. I was disappointed that Travis didn’t have time to take me off roading or for a walk on the beach.

AZ Perfect Comfort is a great company, and I couldn't be happier with their services. They've been servicing my A/C for a couple of years, and when I finally needed a new unit, they replaced it at a very fair price with a great service contract included, and their employees were friendly, professional and on time.

Micah Miguel was a Great guy that helped us with our main water pipe leak/burst repair into the late hours of the night. We sure appreciated him coming out.Only bad review is how costly it was?? way too high in our humble opinion

Excellent expertise and service. Daniel came out to diagnose flow issues and a dying 5-Ton package unit. From the professionalism and conversation I had with him and going through options, we opted to utilize Preferred over 8+ other vendors we received quotes from. As someone who spent time in the trades, the company you pick is more important than the equipment or cost.

We opted to go with Preferred over other lower offers due to the experience. Daniel worked with us on 10 different simulations for the issues in our house, and then when the unit died during a heatwave he quickly pivoted and was able to get our house in AZ up and running with a unit. The workmanship was outstanding, and I felt extremely secure in entering into such a large purchase with Preferred.

We look forward to working with them from here on other modifications to the house. Would highly recommend to anyone, you can't beat honest and high caliber professionalism.

Ryan was very honest and informative on the service call at my house. Not only were they quick to respond and arrive, but he also explained everything very thoroughly and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot!). He fixed the problem during the service call and helped make the process very easy and as cost effective as possible. I would highly recommend Comfort Experts for any air conditioning questions and needs!

They were very professional and nice. They told me everything they were going to do and then after told me everything they seen. They did not pressure me into a service that was not needed like some of the other places. I will definitely use them again.

AriZona HVAC is a first-rate company. I was pointed to them after reading several positive reviews. I called the owner and had terrific communication from and with him. His installation crew communicated well and were on time. All installation of our new AC system were completed quickly and cleanly. The technician even took the time to explain the thermostat to one of our tenants. I'm thoroughly pleased with my choice to work with AriZona. Their amazing reviews are well-earned.

We had an AC unit go out last week. I touched base with them on Thumbtack. The office was back to me in minutes. They gave me a bid and honestly I wasn’t too sure because it was significantly lower than some of the others. I asked a ton of questions. The owner was patient and offered to do the install in less than 48 hours.
They showed up perfectly on time....did a great job!!! The were professional and left the area spotless all while charging me less than any other company.
I don’t normally write these, but these guys and the owner deserve a great review.
