Not impressed. Service guy smelled so bad of cigarettes and seemed to have no patience. He didnt install the new "flapper" good. The chain was too long and would get caught under flapper and toilet would run unless you adjusted it.

I have been using Parker and Sons for my HVAC preventative maintenance through their monthly plan (which I recommend), and they have kept a slightly older system running smoothly for over 3 years now. Recently, during his inspection, one of their techs was doing a VERY thorough job and noticed a couple of issues including a fan motor that leaking oil and wasn't likely to last too much longer. I had a look myself and it was old and rusty as heck, so I was glad he caught it before it brought the whole system down (and cost me a LOT more money).Throughout the entire process (and each time they have serviced my HVAC), they were timely, professional, friendly and really good about communication. If you book with them, ask for Daniel Tyus. After he took care of me last time (described above), I am asking for him from now on!

Technician Adam Garza came to assist with a failed shower valve & cartridge system at a home I’ve just purchased, and he was stellar during his visit. Arrived same day within an hour (it was late evening as well), and provided amazing service both during our phone call and on-site. Chris and Chad came out on a Saturday morning to locate the leak in our water main going from the street to our home. Then Chris and Kaleb dug down and made the necessary repair. I appreciated the excellent communication (and pictures) during the process. Highly recommend!

Hello, my name is Joanna. I had a technician come to my home on 2/24/22 to evaluate my issue I was having with my kitchen sink. The technian, Carl Lee, after glancing (literally glancing, didn't touch a thing under my sink) and questioning the problem, did not attempt or begin any simple solutions. He said that the issue was going to need extensive work done, much more work and money than I anticipated. Unfortunately, it couldn't be done yesterday on 2/24/22 so, the tech had to reschedule. I wasn't to satisfied with the results. NOTHING WAS TOUCHED!? So, made arrangements for a technician to come out on 2/25/22 to evaluate the problem and hopefully resolve it!His name is Jose Guevara. What a difference! When he arrived at my home he introduced himself and advised me what he was going to be doing. Jose, entered my home by putting shoe covers! Thankful that he respected our home. The other charge I was given prior, from the other tech was outrageous.?I explained to Jose the issue and he was very thorough on what he was going to do to resolve it! He explained it may not work but, that he would possibly have to do the other technique if this didn't work! (Which was to go off the roof) Well, it did!! Hooray for Jose!! So, happy for his knowledge and experience in his field. Thank you again, Jose ! Would definitely request him if ever needed this company again!!

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.

I called you last night because a pipe broke at my house. They arrived at 8:00 today. M. and they did the job very professionally for a very good price. I would definitely use them again and 100% recommend them to my friends and family.
