I was already a happy customer of Urban Desert Pest Control for normal pest control services, but today I expanded to Termite treatment. When we purchased our home it came with a termite warranty from another company that left me seriously underwhelmed. Matt and Tino came out this morning and put my mind at ease with the 5 star service that is standard with Urban Desert. Punctual, Informative, Thorough, Affordable - I couldn’t ask for more! Thank you Urban Desert!

Incompetent, unable to understand scheduling requests. 3 consecutive times miss scheduled my appointments, then refused to cancel my contract. Threatened to soak me for a cancellation fee. I hope the pad PR they will receive is worth the $200

Fromm's Pest Control has exceptional customer service. I switched from one of the big corporate companies and wont switch back. Nick and his team are great, on time and make sure all your needs are met!

I have had bed bugs more than once. The first experience my land lord paid some other company for treatment and it was a nightmare. They came 3 times over the course of 45 days or so and completely disrupted our life.

The second time in a new place I paid az heat pest myself. When I found bedbugs I was horrified because of my previous experience. I got my home ready for treatment again and az heat pest came out and treated with both spray and heat. We left our home to them and got a hotel for the night. We came home the next day bug free. I already knew the routine from past experience so I didn't have many questions but they were still ready to take the time to answer questions and ease concerns anyways.

I now do monthly visits with Richard. It's a breeze, I get a reminder the day before and morning of everytime. He's always on time and takes the time to hear what's been going on during the month to know what actions to take so we remain pest free from ants, crickets, scorpions, etc. On top of that it makes we worry much less knowing my monthly service is a warranty that covers the cost of bed bug treatment in the future if they ever come back. With how quick and easy they got rid of bed bugs the first time I feel much better when i travel, go to the movies, etc as well. I never want to bring home bed bugs again but it's nice knowing az heat pest services will have my back if it happens.

I used the service to keep all pest down. The agent Justin that is assigned to my area, is always on time, works with me on the scheduling ,because my spouse works at nite and sleep during the day. And he is always willing to try and work around his schedule. He makes sure he explains what he have seen around the house and if it might be a problem or he went ahead and took care of it. I had a problem with pigeons nesting under eves of my roof, Watchdog came out and evicted the pigeons and installed barriers so they can't take up residence again, then they cleaned up the nests and the mess on my roof. All in all a job well done.

Been with them for a while now and it’s like I never even been with them it is horrible! I call them they say they are gonna fix the problem but nope but they are on collecting your money as soon as they fix this I will give a better review

My experience was horrible when working with the office reps. They withheld information which resulted in me spending more money. I would never recommend this business to anyone. The field guys were all awesome and had excellent customer service.

I have used Complete Pest Management for a year now and couldn't be happier with the service they have provided. I have called them a couple of times between services and they responded very quickly and took care of my concerns.

We get treatment for scorpions and crickets mostly, as our house backs up to a preserve and scorpions are plentiful here. We have used Critter Tech for approximately 8 or 9 years now. They are extremely reliable, responsive, and most importantly thorough. Our technician, Jesse, comes every month, always on time and it’s nice to have the same person come every time, as he’s familiar with our issues and our property. They send reminder texts for our appointments, are very fair in their price structure, and we have been very happy with our service for years. I don’t give my business to people who haven’t done a good job, so the fact that we’ve been with them for so long when there are many pest control choices, says these guys are excellent. Highly recommended!

Bug Science was absolutely amazing! He was right on time, and really explained what he was doing. He took his time, didn't rush. I would highly recommend Bug Science for all of your pest control needs.

As an out of state colleague of EcoForce, I would define them as very helpful, professional, and trust worthy. I personally use EcoForce heaters myself and they are great. They are a great alternative to the overpriced Quest, Temp-Air, or similar systems. Catch you guys at the next conference!
