I was rebuilding my master bathroom to put in a tub for my wife and the owner and his employees all worked so hard at making sure we got the tub she needed at a good price.They made sure it was insulated for her because she needed to take a hot bath with 6 lbs of epsom salts for her muscle pains, for at least 45 minutes and everything worked like a charm.
There is so much more I could say about there professionalism but I will say they are #1 on my go to list for anyone.

Easy to make a next day appointment. Fast competent service and good prices. Call them, they are polite, don't over sell and cure your AC woes.

CAUTION: Save yourself the money and headache & go with a different company! I called for a dust inspection and all the technician did was stay up on my roof and inspect my AC. Elmer Calderon didn't enter my home, or look at any of my ceiling vents to check for dust build up. He attempted to sell me a new condenser coil for $4500, and then tried to further it by telling me I need a new AC unit. I was quoted $1000 for duct cleaning service without even checking the ducting appropriately. I called them to get my refund for the tech coming out to inspect and I was met with slight push back at first, telling me they can see everything from the AC unit without entering the residence. I was ultimately refunded after a few calls and I ended up going with Stanley Steemer. This technician did in fact enter my home and check all of my ventilation both upstairs and downstairs to give me a much more reasonable quote compared to Penguin.

North Valley Mechanical came out and identified the issue immediately. The technician provided some tips on maintenance and care of our AC which I appreciated. I was pressed for time and stressed out because we had contractors arriving the next day to work inside the house. Thank you NVM!

This post is from Ed Forrester for Mario Valencia. AC system installed in summer of 2018, and kept house cool. In 2019, unit wasn't keeping house as cool but tech confirmed AC was performing within specification. Summer of 2020 Mario likewise confirmed that compressor and evaporator were all performing within specification but observed AC wasn't keeping house cool. He then went into attic, over 110 degrees outside, and determined that insulation needed upgrading and suggested other areas where heat load could be reduced. Three days later I asked to speak with Mario and told him why I suspected duct work was leaking. He then arranged with his supervision to come back to the house, that day, to verify my observation. Mario went back into attic and determined duct work had indeed separated. Throughout this whole ordeal, Mario was a true professional. He didn't ignore my story that the unit worked fine summer of 2018 and he worked diligently to find out why it wasn't working correctly now. Mario went the extra mile for my problem and I consider myself fortunate that he was assigned to our job. I also want to compliment the scheduling staff...they were extra helpful during this situation as well. Thank you Mario.

To say I'm an extremely difficult customer would be an understatement. Regardless, I expect perfection 10 times out of 10 - even though I know that is close to impossible. HOWEVER, when it comes to Gabe and his team, we're pretty darn close. They've installed new, they service my units twice a year, they've diagnosed, repaired, offered solutions to fixing problems rather than immediately reverting to spending additional monies, all while being first-rate in the field. I have recommended them to many, and I don't know of one new customer who isn't happy with them! That says a lot. Gabe has built his company on honesty, reliability, integrity, professionalism and respect. You can't ask for much more than that!!

Chase is amazing! I got several quotes when I needed AC replacement. Valley's Best quote was by far the best and their service has been amazing. HVAC system and water heater were replaced. Received many quotes, but no one other than Bob sat down to explain how the HVAC system works plus going over every detail of the warranty. Installation was next day. Highly recommend giving Sun Devil a chance to save you money.

The main house shut off valve was replaced and a broken whole house water filter was replaced. The technician was excellent. The problem we had was that we schedule this yesterday and when I called this morning to find out where the technician was, I was told that a work order had never been submitted. They did manage to get somebody out within another two hours, but this was the second time we have had scheduling mix ups with Day and Night.

From start to finish all that were involved were very personable and seemed to take pride in there work. Sam the owner is very transparent with exactly what they are going to do for you. The installers Josh, Juan, and David did a great job. They made sure to protect and respect my property while in site and made sure to clean everything up as if they were never there. Fantastic! I have an older home with an older a/c unit. I need a new unit but can't afford it right now. Well, it went out again and I have a family and just can't wait in the heat for a company to come out until usually the next day. It went out when it was about 110 degrees outside. So I looked at some reviews that said these guys came out quickly and I called.

This guy came out in about an hour! I couldn't believe it. They were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my unit is so old that they don't make a fan motor for it any more. And that's what I needed. So they made a new universal one work instead of telling me too bad, you need a new unit. Well, they basically found a way to make it work right, but it had a few issues and they had to come out several more times. THIS WAS NOT THEIR FAULT, they were trying to make it work with the dinosaur I own. I looked at it. Fans just don't fit this way any more. It's a totally different set up. I can't believe he even tried for us.

Every time he came out, he refused to take a payment, even though he deserved it. He even gave me new parts for free to make it work. He just kept saying he wants to keep my business forever. And he will! Any other company would have charged $69 every time they came out. And it would've been justified. This was a rebuild with old junk, not a normal repair. AND each time he came out with in 1-2 hours.

I just couldn't believe it. I haven't seen someone care so much about service and keeping up a good reputation in so long. I wish everyone was like that.

Scottsdale Air is an excellent HVAC supplier and is just as good at maintaining and repairing HVAC systems. I have worked with them on several occasions within the past year, and they have always been totally great to work with! They just installed a new heat pump on my roof and the total time to complete the work was less than four hours which included disconnecting and removing the existing unit! They have also done repairs for me, and I have a annual service agreement with them. Great service and also great people to work with. I have owned homes in 5 different states and thus worked with HVAC people all over the country, and there is no question they are the best I have encountered!

AZ Perfect Comfort is a great company, and I couldn't be happier with their services. They've been servicing my A/C for a couple of years, and when I finally needed a new unit, they replaced it at a very fair price with a great service contract included, and their employees were friendly, professional and on time.
