Carter came out and did his thing. Professional, on time and knowledgeable. Pricing was a little steep but you you don’t get good service and fast timing cheap I guess.

This was a great company. They were incredibly friendly on the phone and I was shocked how quickly they were able to come fix our faucet leak. Clayton was a class act and very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely hire them again for future jobs.

I had an exceptional experience with this company. Ramiro, Byanka and Kevin were all very respectful of my home. They were personable, friendly and very professional. They re-piped all the hot water lines in my attic and repaired drywall. I was told this could be up to a 3 day job but they got it done in 1 day. After the re-pipe and the drywall repair it looks just as it did the day we bought the home. You would never even know there was an issue. The texturing was perfect. I can't thank them enough. It was a very stressful road to travel with all the prior issues we had (not due to anything this company did) so sending the right people for this project was key to me. Ramiro, Byanka and Kevin I can't thank you enough! I would highly recommend them!

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

Jose and Levi came out to do a new install. These guys are great! Jose was lead on my new install and knew his stuff. He took the time to answer any questions I had and explain what he was doing. He was confident in his craft and made the project his. I felt like he was working on his own home. Levi was the other installer, and was likewise, an excellent example of how customer service should be done. Friendly and personable, happy to speak with me throughout the whole project. I was along side of them most of the project, and learned a lot about AC, their trade, and them personally. I would be happy to have them back in my home to work again. I recommend Jose and Levi to work on any project. Solid guys and great representatives of their company!

Really expensive. Had them swap out a toilet. I provided the toilet which came with it's own donut, so no extra parts were needed. It was about a 20 minute, straight forward job and the charge was over $300.00. The technician did a good job and was very professional. So a five for their worker and a 1 for the pricing.

Of course, the AC went out after business hours. We called at 7p, they got here at 11. The wait sucked, but it’s a big city with hot weather and they’re busy. He fixed the problem in about 10 minutes and went on his way. It was an electrical issues, which is common here evidently, and out of my husband’s scope of knowledge. Nathan and Penguin Air were life savers last night. Thank you!! ??

After the installation was completed, the installers took the time to explain how to use and maintain the Pure water system. They also made sure that everything was working properly before they left. I appreciated their attention to detail and their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I wish i would have purchased my AC unit through Donley. Donley was recommended to me by our moblie home park manager. I love Donley now because their technician and manager and secretary have provided me with incredible customer service and support and I am not even their customer. Lol.... Before I knew donley even existed, last week, i purchased a new AC unit through a different company and i have regretted it. I only had the ac unit a week and my living room was over 100 degrees and my original company said it was not thier units fault but the insulation in my home was the problem and they could not help me. But that was not accurate. So I contacted Donley and Donley could see that I was having a hard time with my original company, so Donley stepped up to help me to know what I should do in my circumstance because my original company was denying me the help I needed even though it was over 100 degrees in my home this week and my AC unit didn't have proper refridgerant. Thank God Donley backed me up. It motivated my company to actually take responsibility of the problem and care of thier own customer.... finally after this week of 100 degree weather in my living room finally my original company filled the refrigerant in their unit. I don't like my original company.......... I should have chosen Donley. :) I definitely recommend Donley because they are true experts...it took Donly technician only 10 minutes to find the problem on the unit. It took my original company over a week to find the same exact issue and attacking my homes insulation when it was really just their AC unit problem with the low refrigerant. Donley technician knew it was a refrigerant problem right away which proves theyare the better company... I wish I would have chose them first. Donleys level of expertise and experience makes them quality....and yes super customer service....and Donely is not even my company. Wish they were. Well for next time at least. Plumber performed an excellent job analysing and identifying the plumbing problem we were experiencing and then performing quality, meticulous work to resolve it. He was timely, courteous, informative, and diligent in his investigation of what turned out to be a strange problem caused by some work done by a prior homeowner. We received a consultation and quotation from him as well, but we preferred the procedure and strategy. We'll definitely contact him if we have any future plumbing issues.

The technicians replaced the 20 year old water valves and copper pipes under the guest bathroom sink. The new water valves and braided water lines have made a difference. The technicians Mo Morrison and his helper were very professional and completed the job very quickly. After inspecting the work they left the area very clean. Excellent Customer Service. Would recommend Day&Night for plumbing service.

When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.
