After being disappointed with licensed electricians responding to my request for service, and claiming they performed issues of concern, I was fortunate enough to learn of a highly recommended company with a professional reputation for guaranteed satisfaction. PHOENIX ELECTRICIANS was contacted and responded to my home. I was immediately impressed with their knowledge and assessment of my problems. They resolved all my electrical needs at an acceptable cost. I am very satisfied with not only the repairs I needed, but also with the courtesy and professionalism of their employees doing the work.

Jeff in particular is an extremely courteous and responsive person as well as the people he sent to do the work at my house. Everyone was timely; everyone was professional; everyone took the time to explain the intricacies before, during, and after they completed the work. Jeff has followed through with all the necessary entities such as stucco repair, paint finishing and city inspector and arranged for the inspection. Can't say enough good about his meeting the needs of his customer--me and about his follow through with details. Thanks Jeff; I have referred you already.

Within hours if my first call, Penguin sent a technician out to look into our requests. Jimmy (technician) was incredibly professional, nice and respectful to the times we are living in right now (Covid) as he wore gloves and a mask while working. At the end I was given honest feedback with pictures of what had been completed. Penguin definitely met my high bar of customer service and Jimmy in particular went above and beyond!
