No warranty on Inspection, there are other service which can give 1 year warranty. Which is better in terms of peace of mind. Better look for other option.

About 5 times the price of any other pest control company. I didn't choose them. My old pest guy sold his company to them. Very shady, claimed they had multiple guys at my location for 4 hours and they cleaned the floor drains, look at the camera and that is not what happend.
