Jacob and Nikki showed up to my home on time to fix a leak I had with my RO faucet. I noticed a leak under the sink and Jacob diagnosed the problem and told me I had two options to fix it. One was a bit less expensive than the other - but he couldn't be certain I wouldn't have the issue down the road. The other one was a bit more, but would fix the issue permanently. I chose the permanent fix. He explained the process, was clean and professional and it was reasonably priced. After filing a home warranty for a failed air conditioning system I was contacted by Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning. The entire process was effortless as it combined an online warranty claim, a quick and polite phone call from Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning, which resulted in a new condenser motor installed by technician Elmer. Our condensing unit is 25 years old and we were concerned that it might be time to replace it. Overall the process was a pleasure and I am glad the Elmer was the service tech. Elmer was professional and polite. Luckily he had the correct size condenser fan motor on his truck. The only downside was that he had to cut down the motor shaft-which just took him more time (in the hot sun) to complete that task, but no gripes from us for that! Thanks for the hard work Elmer! He also had to replace a capacitor for said fan. I don't know if it was luck but our brand air conditioner, Trane, happened to be the same brand that Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning sells, installs and services. Maybe that was why he had the correct fan motor and capacitor on his truck? Either way we're happy to have our air conditioning system up and running again. I have used Sun Devil Heating and Cooling twice for two rooftop Package units. I had a 4 ton unit installed on the main portion of my home in 2013 that still runs great and I just had a new 2 1/2 ton rooftop package unit installed on the addition portion of my home. I was lucky enough to get Alex, the same tech that did the first unit again today, 5 years later. He and his partner again, did a great job! SunDevil is a great company to work with and they have fair pricing for the work done. A/C pricing these days are all over the place and it's hard to get a realistic price. Everyone wants to sell some kind of maintenance deal with the unit and or stick it where the sun don't shine price wise... SunDevil was exactly half the price of one of the 5 estimates I got. I am glad to see there are still some honest and fair A/C companies out there and SunDevil Heating and Cooling is one of them... Thanks guys!

Quite satisfied with the service provided from the sales person, customer service representative, to the plumber who was dispatched. I had a water conditioning unit installed and the work was impressive. The plumber had his mask on, shoe covering, and left the work space neat. I have a request to do some electrical work and I look forward to it.

Miles inspected the unit, cleaned it, serviced it and explained aspects of the unit to me, which was entirely welcome!

I have used Cactus Mechanical in the Phoenix Area and to my surprise was willing to do our install in Flag.
I can not say enough about the professionalism of this company. In todays world of supply shortages and help issues they performed stellar! They advised us on where to install the compressor for minimal visual impact as well as noise restrictions imposed by the HOA. That were here when they said they would and completed very quickly.

We had a new a/c installed by them about 6 months ago and I can’t say enough great things about them. It was a super honest, non-pressure sales process, the install was top notch and their follow-up has been thorough.I got quotes from 3 companies, Day and Night was about $300 higher than the lowest quote I got. I went with them because of their team. They thoroughly explained all options and how install would go, even the install team was customer oriented.Since having the unit installed, we’ve had a leak in our bedroom. The roofing people I’ve had out have all commented on how well the a/c is installed and what a good job they did on the roof. The leak was really a fluke. Day and Night then organized a roofing company to come out and is fixing the issue. All without hassling them. Their team is very prompt and friendly. I recommend Day and Night to everyone I come across!

When it gets cold, not MidWest/Northwestern cold, just 30 degrees, it gives up the ghost & we have to use space heaters.
They're still rude & sloppy, & I'm not a liar.
- Right after installation I would have given JustAir 5 stars for my full HVAC system replacement, since the A/C & heat both seemed to work and they cleaned up after themselves in the living space of my house before they left, & the cost of the installation was very reasonable & was an upgrade to my existing system.
- That dropped to 4 stars that night when I tried to watch TV in the house & discovered the cable was out on all my indoor TVs (with cables running through attic), vs. the working TV on my back porch (not through attic).
- That dropped to 3 stars when I went up into the attic to investigate the failure, discovering debris left strewn about & displaced insulation throughout the attic.
- That dropped to 2 stars when they returned to address my customer satisfaction issues but denied any possibility of their responsibility for knocking out the cable or displacing insulation, & refused to go in attic to investigate either issue & saying I was trying to blame them for all the problems in my attic (even though they're the only ones other than me that have been up there in at least 2 years), then stomped off yelling that I'm the type of customer that could never be satisfied & drove away.
-That should have dropped to 1 star the very next day after a service call by Cox cable co., during which the technician identified a broken pin in the incoming cable & traumatized outgoing cable from the splitter directly adjacent to the air handler they installed, which leads to the opposite side of house controlling all 3 malfunctioning TVs.
- I kept it at 2 stars, because I know that finding & solving that problem was beyond JustAir's capability, but the evidence of the damage & the timeliness of the house-wide malfunction confirms that JustAir caused the problem.
- I wasn't trying to get anything free or at a discount, I just wanted my life back to the way it was before JustAir came into my house.

UPDATE: The owner of JustAir was the rude one. He understated everything in his response. There were 2 long lengths of PVC still containing stagnant water from the old system, and the bag of trash is what I gathered myself strewn all throughout the attic picking up sheet metal, zip ties, wiring, insulation scraps, 2x4s with nails sticking out, etc. (per pic.). I have accused them of breaking my cable, and Cox cable co. verified that they did. Yes, stuff happens, but they should take responsibility for it instead of using denial as their 1st line of defense and default customer service.

I interviewed 5 HVAC companies prior to selecting Scottsdale Air Heating and Cooling to replace our 2 units with new Trane units.
The installation crew were very professional (neat/tidy) A pleasant experience and would highly recommend this firm for your heating and cooling issues. My brother also used Scottsdale Air to replace his unit and experienced the same service we did. Our new Trance units are fantastic! Call Scottsdale Air - you won't be disappointed.

How could you go wrong with anything Disney! It was the first weekend of the Christmas holiday season. Christmas music was playing people are in good moods lots of things to do lots of eateries! You went to Splitsville the bowling alley had lots of fun it was about $24 per person for 1 hour and include your shoes.

I've used Benefit Air multiple times. They replaced 2 AC units for me, fixed 2 and helped my clients with inspections to ensure their system would be working when they purchased it. Paul Howard has been a huge help in guiding me through everything I needed. He shows up on time and explains everything I need to know about my unit so I can make an educated decision. I have only had good experiences with them and will be using them again in the future

I am so grateful for the fantastic service that I received from all employees at ACE - from Marcus in management, Skylar the technician, and Abel and Eddie for installation, everyone's professionalism and attention to detail was top-notch and far exceeded my experience with other companies. My A/C did not go out; rather, I chose to replace my 30+ year old unit in January as a proactive measure, fully expecting it break next summer. I received a same-day appointment offer, and Marcus and Skylar talked with me in my home for an hour and half about pricing, product quality, service, and answered every question I had. They threw in perks to the estimate, and they both kept bringing our conversation back to what my family's needs were for the unit.
