We like our windows; Greg Johnson was good to work with and Kenny the installer was great as well. We had a little issue with the screens (regular screen and high transparency screen). Greg worked out the issue. There is a small difference between the regular screen and high transparency screen. I'm not sure if it's worth paying for the high transparency screen but we love our windows.

We’ve had our windows for a couple of weeks now and immediately noticed the difference in the house after the installation was complete. Our gas bill dropped about 50-60% since the installation! The salesman was awesome, the installer did great work, and the exterior of our home looks so much better! We will be using LEI again for some additional windows and doors and we will recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

I can't in good conscience give a five star review. The reason I say this is because their customer service is questionable. I sent an email in March inquiring about some issues I had with the install they did. I followed up about weeks later via email and didn't hear anything from till I called them late June early July. I forwarded the pictures to their customer service email around 2 July. Here we are Aug 8th and still no response. For what I paid for the 7 windows I got, I would think they would be Johnny on the spot when it comes to customer service.

*Prior to finishing the install, they had the window sill encased with the aluminum covering as seen on the sides of the windows, however once finished the covering was gone. Also as seen in one of the pictures they left a gap in the bottom on the side of the window.

Called and scheduled an appointment, they showed up were extremely professional and did a great job. I have commercial insurance as a contractor so I had to pay out right the cost was a great surprise for the better. They are very affordable and will be using them again .

In the late part of 2011 I decided to replace three windows in the front of my home. I secured three bids including Renewal by Andersen because of its reputation of being one of the premier window manufacturers. I was impressed by the sales representative by his professional approach, his knowledge and his product. I was especially impressed by the fact that no stucco or paint damage would result from the window replacements ( the other two bidders did not offer the same guarantee). The windows were installed in January, 2012 and met all my expectations. The job was completed in one day by a crew of three. They were thorough and cleaned up the inside and ouside prior to departing. I am very satisfied by the appearance and functionality of the new windows and will definitely use Renewal by Andersen when I am ready to replace my remaining windows.
