Best Air Conditioner in Phoenix AZ

My house sustained damage from the storms that popped thru Az in March of this year.i went thru my insurance company and called a couple of referrals that they had sent me..none of them worked.i was talking to a buddy at work and he saidyou need to call Ken Hawk.he explained why,so I made the call.it was the easiest call to make..his entire staff was amazing.he put my mind at ease when it came to all the repairs(which included having an entire tile roof redone.the prices were great ! A/C went out over the weekend. George from Air Control showed up early to set appointment on Monday morning. The fix was quick and reasonably priced. Professional. Prompt. Courteous. Reasonable. He's our guy!

B3 was sent out as the first contractor on an AC home warranty claim. They thoroughly assessed the issue and notified us that we most likely had a Freon leak, but would need to come back the next day to do some tests. Tim came out the second day and gave it to me straight. We had a leak in the coil and the costs of repair would be substantial considering the age and type of unit we had. The home warranty tried to delay everything and made our experience a nightmare, but Tim was in constant contact with me the entire time. After deciding to take a payout from the home warranty to buy a new unit, B3 was the easy choice. We were able to get a great deal on a new 16 seer 3.5 ton Train unit and the install took just over 4 hours. So far everything has worked perfectly and the home cools exponentially faster compared to the old unit. Couldn’t be happier with our decision. Tim is the guy you want to speak to and will make you confident in your buying choice.

Mike and his Builders Express Handyman employees have done lots of work on our house over the years: installing vinyl replacement windows, complete Master Bathroom remodel, installing sky lights, etc. I have never once regretted having them do this work! So reliable, honest and a pleasure to work with.
