Best A C System Inspection in Phoenix AZ

Anthony Mata with A.P.E.S. was great as he came by our home this afternoon to repair a leak in our hall bathroom toilet. Communication with this company overall has been wonderful everytime we've needed to use their services. Anthony was so nice, timely, knowledgeable and got the issue resolved quickly and efficiently. Very friendly to work with. Highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues. We have a South Scottsdale rental that has had a few quirks come with the territory over the past few years and we've always been impressed w the quality of this company and their staff. I've worked with 5-7 HVAC companies in the Phoenix area in the past 12 years, and I'm most happy with Hobaica Services. Travis Vonau did a great job with fixing our AC unit! I kinda freaked out Tuesday night when the AC went down, called Hobaica Wednesday morning, they were here in a few hours and fixed the problem. They even had to secure a special part to finish the job and came back the next day to fully finish the work.

Furthermore, I don't typically trust a lot of contractors doing general maintenance on the house as there pricing seems questionable. I completely trusted Travis with his consultative approach and ended up signing up for a yearly membership.

Finally, I couldn't believe their communication. Typically, I feel like I need to follow up with contractors to make sure they are truly coming when they say. Hobaica sends a text, the tech calls and I got an email. When the job was done, they sent an email right away with a breakdown of the invoice and pictures of the work that was done.

I was truly impressed with Hobaica and will definitely be using them again for any HVAC and plumbing work in the future.

When I moved in my house the a/c wasn't working. It was over 90° inside. I noticed the company's name in the system Day & Night. I called spoke to Erin she was professional, great customer service skill. She got me a tech to come out to my house that same day. Greg was the technicians name. He was great. Professional, nice and explained what was happening and what needed to happen to get the a/c working. It was a good experience and would refer anyone to use Day& Night. They're awesome.

I was having issues with my thermostat not working. James called me and walked me through the wiring of my thermostat and I found the incorrect wire. This saved me a service call. This is the second time I have used Just Air. They are professional and responsive!

Incredible company! Thankful for them sending a technician out on a Sunday same-day service call! Temperature was rising through the night and I assumed I wouldn't be able to find anyone to come over the opening weekend of NFL Season Sunday. They had a technician available within a few hours to make sure I had my a/c fixed and comfortable! Amazing service!

My A/C broke down. I called Fidelity Home Warranty and they sent a rush service request to Lee Collins Air Conditioning. I got a text saying that Lee Collins would call within 3 hours to schedule and appointment. It never happened and I had to call the company myself. When I called, the person who answered did not even sound like he knew there was a request sent out to his company. He did not give me a reason and just told me he will call back from 10am - 12pm the next day. Lee Collins Air Conditioning never called.

Update: Parker and Sons had not responded to my insurance despite multiple calls and emails. I was informed on 3/8 that Parker and Sons would follow up and not forget about the claim. To date they have not reached out or followed up. Another reason why I would not recommend them.Parker and Sons reconnected my garbage disposal and other plumbing under my kitchen sink after having new counters installed. The technician told me the garbage disposal wouldn't fit and I had to buy a slimmer version. What? They weren't redoing the plumbing, just reconnecting the old stuff. After some conversation I did purchase a new disposal and the plumber finished the job the following week. However he didn't connect one of the pipes correctly and I had a huge flood in my kitchen. Parker and Sons called out a restoration company to remediate the water damage. I was told to submit the claim to my insurance if I wanted the kitchen fixed faster, which I did. What I learned is that they were taking advantage of an elderly, naive woman. I should not have put the claim in. They will not reimburse me for the deductible or my insurance company for their expenses. We have been in subrogation for almost a year now. I would never use their services again, nor recommend to a friend.In the picture you can see a pipe in the back that doesn't have a cap installed. That is where all the water came out from.
