Impressive, well-organized team. Materials, labor team, and leader all arrived within minutes of each other on scheduled day. Communication was good. Site clean. Marco returned afterward to button things up, found a couple things to finalize, and did the work himself, preventing any need for scheduling another visit. Very satisfied with the attitude and quality of the work, and the warranty seems solid, so if any issues come up once the monsoon gets going, I'm sure they'll jump to address that too. The team seems to care that their work is seen as the best around.

Brown Roofing replaced our entire roof, including patio cover and detached garage cover due to wind damage. This entire project was seamless from beginning to end, and was the best experience we've had hiring contractors to perform work on our property. Great service! We just used Ky-Ko to do some repairs to our roof after a pretty bad storm. They were responsive on getting us a quote. Quote was reasonable (we received other quotes too), the crew turned up when they said they would and were quite efficient on getting the job done. Cleaned up the area when they were done. Thomas was a great crew chief as were everyone else I talked with.

Got an estimate in May from Ben. Proposal was accepted. Even was set up in some system called Buildertrend. However, despite a few emails, nobody from the company ever followed up for a repair date. Matches some of the comments I’m seeing about follow through. Disappointed. Would avoid going with these guys due to follow through. Apparently didn’t want the business.

We moved into a new home and with the monsoon season hitting us this summer there was a leak in our roof. From the first conversation with this company I knew they were extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They came out that same day and took care of us at an affordable rate and they guarantee their work. Other roofing companies were going to have us wait a week out and with the storms rolling in that was unacceptable. I would highly recommend Castile Roofing and would have no problem calling them again should we need them!!

We noticed a leak when it rained in December and William came out on NYE to determine the cause and provide an estimate. He had the work scheduled the same week we requested which was, luckily, just in time for the week of rain in January.  William is affordable, professional, and provides quality work.  I've referred him to several friends and they all agree!

I hate getting home repairs done, so was REALLY not looking forward to replacing my roof. I am so thankful I selected Phoenix Roofing And Remodeling because Mike made the whole process seamless and easy. The team was so quick and did a great job! I really, really appreciated that Mike followed through and did everything on time without me having to place any calls or write emails, which is my biggest pain point in having work done. I am a General contractor here in Phoenix for over 38 years, I have worked with Star Roofing for the past few years. They Are very Professional & Reliable.

I've had nothing but the best experience with Vertex Roofing from start to finish. I was interested in getting my house re-roofed with a metal roof so I submitted a request through Home Advisor as well as called several roofing companies in the area. Shortly after submitting a request, I got a friendly yet professional call from Vertex who helped answer questions and set up an appointment for an estimate. I was very impressed with Alex from Vertex who came out to walk the property and discuss the details of size/cost, etc. He gave a thorough presentation of the product and answered a ton of questions I had. I was highly impressed. After our initial appointment, I decided to have other roofing companies come provide their estimates for a comparison. I was quickly faced with impatience, unprofessionalism, and incorrect quotes/estimates from every other company that came out. After some time and thought, I decided to hire Vertex to take on the job. Alex helped work through some modifications to the initial contract and was always quick to respond to questions, etc. Fast forward 6 months to install time, I got to coordinate installation with Jim who was very responsive and informative. On the first day of install, I got to meet the foreman Robert and his crew who were super friendly and personable. I could immediately sense their level of professionalism and etiquette. They were careful to protect all of the equipment (AC unit, pool, deck, heater, etc.) prior to getting up on the roof. After delivering the roofing material, I noticed that the metal panels were not the agreed upon size on the contract agreement. I mentioned it to Robert and he immediately reached out to Jim. Jim personally called me to sincerely apologize for his error on ordering the wrong size panel.
I truly respected his honesty and his determination to make it right. He did everything he could and somehow worked his magic. He made some calls and was able to expedite delivery of the correct material the next day! The crew worked quickly but thoroughly. Each day I came home from work, Robert and the crew would give me brief updates and were happy to take a look at some problem areas such as a rotted fascia board I noticed. Robert took this on and made the repair promptly. When the job was complete, Robert gave me a quick tour up on the roof and chatted about maintenance advice, etc. The crew cleaned everything very thoroughly including any loose nails or screws that fell. Overall, I was highly impressed with Vertex and the beautiful new roof that I have. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them in the future!

I had previously tried to get my roof redone through insurance and my company did not want to pay. Reimagine and Andres Not only Were able to get my roof covered under Insurance but also my detached Garage roof. Andres was there every step of the way meeting with Adjusters and inspectors, and showing up with the crew and making sure everything was done correctly.
