Hayes was great. Very responsive and provided updates when tech was headed to our home. Tech was great as well. He resolved our plumbing issue and it was not as easy as it should have been. He was patient, persistent and friendly and resolved the issue. Very affordable and would highly recommend.

Drain was seriously clogged. The technician came out checked out the drain system, took his time and properly clean out the drain. He then double checked that the system was draining properly.Very thorough and professional. Nice long warranty too.

He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. He did free estimate but he missed the full details. Don’t get fool by free ofcourse our mistakes we ending up paying high price for just turning on the switch on the back of our fridge so that we will get water from reverse osmosis. When he do the estimate he didn’t check the back if there is a line for reverse osmosis in our fridge. So he just keep going back and forth in the house and just turn on the switch on the back tarrrrraaaaa…… instant money. I will never ever use them again so pricey no wonder they want to do it right away before I call different company to do it. If only my husband listen to me and find a different one who is professional who is there on know how to estimate the job.

Jeff has serviced our AC/heater over the last year or so. He has amazing knowledge regarding air conditioning and heating. Two other companies came to service our high efficiency unit but could not work on it as they were completely unfamiliar with it. One of the two actually informed me that I should contact another company, one that knows something about this system. Desert Diamond has always been professional, courteous and honest. I wold recommend them to anyone who needed AC service.

Long story short, our a/c unit that was 32 years old went out on us in the AZ summer. We then tried to work with home warranty without any luck. 7 days with no air and it was 90+ degrees comfortably in the house lol. Day 5 we called A&M mechanical spoke with Amy and within 2 days we where having a brand new unit installed!!!! Amy & Mark answered all of our crazy questions, got us financed, and that was it. They did such a great job we highly recommend A&M for any HVAC needs! They really went above and beyond, Thank you so much ? So glad we found them!

From beginning to end, Day & Night was nothing short of fantastic. Our salesperson Brian explained the process and answered all of our questions. Michael and Juan came out a few days later to install our new A/C unit. They were both timely and professional. They also answered all of our questions and addressed any issues.

Usually I do not write reviews but I chose to write one for this company even though I did not use their service. I was in need for 5T heat pump replacement. I called numerous vendors in valley for best price. Out of all vendors I had one of the best quote from Frank. Frank was very professional and provided me with many options with different price bases. His quotes were very good. I just could not use them as our schedule had a little conflict and Franks was very flexible to make it work for me but I did not have much flexibility on my end. I would recommend this company based on Frank's honesty and professionalism.
