Everything about using Gilbert’s Painting for painting the exterior of my rental house was easy. They went over to give me a bid without me having to be there. I was sent everything via email to review & sign. I called with a few questions which were answered quickly. Then it was all scheduled at my convenience. I was called the weekend before the job was to start & actually they couldn’t start that Monday due to a shortage of crew. Monday came & I got a call that they would be able to resume the next day which was awesome! Everyone on the crew was very friendly & they were able to complete everything in 2 days. House looks 100% better after not being painted for 20 years!

Eduardo's company has painted two houses for us now (we somehow timed our purchases, so that we've had to paint twice - eek) and he has done a FANTASTIC job!!! Everything looks great and has lasted. You can't beat the quality and the price! We went back to him this go around because he did such a great job. He is also great with communication and making sure it all looks the way you want it to. Roofing and carpentry crews were first class. Interior painter got the job done quickly and expertly. Very clean. Carpentry was fantastic. The finish work on and under my screen porch were works of art. My house trim and window casings look great.

I highly recommend this company in case you are looking to paint your home. They came to paint our house last weekend and they did an amazing job!!! They were professional and surprisingly affordable. The workers were very friendly and the best thing is that they are family oriented. They really took the time to make sure everything was perfect and we really liked that. I would definitely hire them again if I need anything else painted. We used Improovy to paint the ceiling of our condo before we put it on the market and they did a great job. Super responsive and took care of everything. Seems to be a great solution for any move-in or move-out home painting as they were quick to accommodate our timetable and were able to provide a competitive quote via phone call, which was very convenient. There were a few items that we needed to fix after the job but their team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our project and bring it to a great compulsion. Overall a great experience with the Improovy team - highly recommend.

I had a vacant house that I needed painting to be performed. The issue I have is related to the overall quality of the contractors, and inspection done by the foreman. My overall experience with this company has been one of absolute disappointment.

The painters removed light fixtures, light bulbs, smoke detectors, removing curtains, doors were painted in a way that they are now stuck and unable to move as expected, and left debris on the back patio and throughout the house. I am finding this out after the fact from my property management company.

It’s honestly unprofessional, and I’m now almost out ~$500.00 to get someone to come to my house to clean it up and remove and reinstall items. I had to repeatedly ask for pictures through emails, and when receiving them there were only a few sent over from the painting company that didn’t provide us with a clear view of the work done. I actually had to hire a handyman to come out to my home to take photos, and they sent over albums of photos related to the painting done. This was what I expected from the company that I hired to paint my house while it was vacant, even after repeatedly asking for more photos.

I did not bring up all my complaints with the company itself as I feel it’s a waste of my time, and how can I trust them at this point. I will not be using this company again due to this.

If you use this company in the future, I recommend being there to oversee them rather than them working unattended.
