Ociel, Gilbert and their entire team did an amazing job giving our 41 year old home a much needed makeover. Ociel and Gilbert were very responsive and patient to all of my many questions. They were extremely professional, courteous and friendly. They showed up early on the first day and prepped out house first to protect the windows, side walk, patio, doors etc. from overspray. They then worked tirelessly every day until the project was done. Then on the last day, The owner came back to do a thorough walkthrough to make sure the house was done completely to our satisfaction. We are so glad we hired a company that takes such pride in their work and are so dedicated to do an excellent job for the customer. I would give them 10 stars if I could! I love it when a company has the integrity to tell me the issue that I called about is most likely NOT an issue, and offers guidance on how to appropriately address the concern. Ryan took the time to answer my questions, and tell me what kind of symptoms he would normally see if I had a (significant) foundation issue. He also advised me on what future analysis his company could provide if the root cause of my issue is not solved. Often, the best customer service is pointing the customer in the right direction. After the project was finished, the job site was cleaned up. They went through everything and answered any questions we had about lighting and maintenance. It was pleasant, and I would recommend it my neighbors.

My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

Amazing experience

Desert Floor Coatings did a horrible job installing metallic epoxy flooring for my medical clinic. They screwed up the preparation and refused to fix it. They screwed up the finish so bad it cannot be repaired. There are holes in the finish from tools, bubbles everywhere and they refuse to clean up the mess they made on door jams, trims and wall. Justin and Tom are liars and unprofessional. The only thing worse than the quality of their work is their lack of professionalism and integrity. Don't waste your money!
