We got a quote one day with Brad and were then able to schedule Matt and Tyler to come out two days later. The whole team was professional, communicative, on-time, and very knowledgeable. We are BIG fans of CPM. I've worked with this crew on several different projects, but the one that stands out is pest control for our home. We live by a desert preserve, and our backyard faces a beautiful undeveloped wash. We love it, but it is a never-ending fountain of scorpions and other nasty critters. Complete Pest Management stops all that stuff. We have their regular service because we need it and because it's a game-changer for our little family. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service

Arrived at our new home to find bees inside. Employees answered our frantic call on a weekend evening and provided immediate support. Our technician was professional and truly cared about us and the safety of the bees. He removed the hive and repaired our roof in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone!
