We've been working with Bill's for nearly 10 year's now. Every since the call to them 10 year's ago until our most recent call they've been taking care of our properties perfectly. We work with a network of investors who own several properties throughout Maricopa County and Bill's takes care of all their needs too. No nonsense, Professional and they deliver on their promise. They helped us time and time again wiping out termites. Enjoy the ladles answering the phone at the office, the people sent out to inspect and treat are all Pro's. So I reviewed these guys previously on Yelp. Since then I have had them come out and do my new house before I moved in. Brad definitely takes his time to make sure any concern areas are taken care of. He takes notice about what is happening and finds any trouble spots so they can be handled right there. The one corner of my house had a ton of crickets and other bugs just hanging out so Brad called me over and showed me, then made sure he sprayed there a little heavier. I will include my initial Yelp review as reference.** Initial Review **So I called Urban Desert Pest Control because we had been seeing too many scorpions in the house. I have 2 kids under 5 years old and needed to protect them. I called the number and left a voice mail. Brad called me back within an hour and we discussed my problem and how he could take care of it. His wife setup the appointment and Brad showed on time. He was very thorough with his treatment and told me once it dried, there would be no issues. The deciding factor was he told me he used the same treatment at his house and he has more kids than I do. If he felt safe using it around his family, I felt safe using it around mine.After he left, it took about 2 hours to dry completely and since that day I haven't seen one scorpion inside or out. And I have only seen a few dead bugs so I'm going to say he came through with his promise. And if I do see anything living, he will come back out for 60 days and retreat.The best part is there is no contract so you can call him out every 60 days, every 6 months or every 2 years depending on your needs. I will use him again.

Got an appointment right away. Extremely friendly and they educated me on what I can do to keep ants away. They were flexible for my particular situation. I highly recommend them. They’ve earned a customer for life.

Josh does a great job, unfortunately the office personnel gave us one time window (11-1) and Josh a different timeframe (3-5). So, we sat here all day waiting.

I live in one of the old estate lots of Arcadia, and we have roof rats! Tyler came out and made some recommendations, set some traps and I have not had a problem since. Great work guys! Highly recommend.

EcoForce was so professional and friendly he did a thorough inspection we actually had the competition out here yesterday and they did not do half the things that Brad did today he didn't just go and look at the mattress and Visually see things he went and tore backs the bedding and actually found things that he was looking for compared to the other company he then proceeded into my daughter's room where we found the little hitchhikers out he pulled back the carpet all the way and when I mean all the way he tore it back all the way he didn't find any bedbugs at all but as a precautionary we went ahead and did a spray just in case there was something still around that maybe we could have missed I have medical problems I did lay down bed bug powder and kind of made a mess in the room what did Brad was so nice enough that he grabbed my vacuum cleaner for me and vacuumed it up. before he left he did a thorough inspection in my other daughter's room, thank God nothing more. I I'm so glad that I called and not have another company come out and I have a good feeling knowing that if we happen to see anything else that there's a warranty and that warranty will be covered. They were outstanding. I had a major pigeon problem due to solar panels and the pigeons in an alcove. I know I had a large amount of pigeon waste on my roof and I was prepare for it to be all over my yard when they power washed the roof, but they did such a great job of catching it all that there is barely any waste in the rocks. They spent 6 hours on my roof cleaning, putting up wire around the solar panels, putting wire around the alcoves.

They were professional, fair priced, and just really nice. I recommend them and can’t say enough nice things about them.

Both Nick and Carlos have been out to my house to help control the bees. I live across the street from the desert and have been battling bees and wasps for awhile. Once I found The Beekeeper, I have reclaimed my pool and backyard. The guys were very nice, knowledgable, and professional.

Bulwark is awesome. We switched to another company when we moved, simply because we were continuing the service that the previous owner had been using. We switched back after a few months. Wow, what a difference! For the first time, the daddy longlegs are under control, and there are no more ants at the kitchen sink. Corey Abbas most recently visited the house, and he, along withthe entire team of technicians is consistently prompt, thorough, professional, and friendly. I am a customer for life!

No one loves too get bed bugs but we have encountered them twice. This place is family owned and operated so they can afford too give magnificent prices u won’t find cheap i high recommend this company I would give 10 stars if I could very friendly company

I cannot say enough about David from Responsible Pest Control. When we moved into our house, we had a significant scorpion problem (in drawers, dropping out of bathroom fan grates, and in every room). When we called, and David came out, he told us he would make it his goal to get rid of this infestation.

It took some work, and he responded every time we called, and even followed up! Totally unexpected. We haven't seen a single scorpion, or other pest, since he took over.

Justin came by our house today to do their monthly spraying. Arizona Pest Prevention really knows how customer service is supposed to be. Everyone I have met at this company is very friendly and are passionate about what they do. No longer do I have to worry about what is living underneath my grill as I turn on the propane tank.
