This review is late in coming...In September 2014 Joe and Daryl (Yogi and Booboo) came out to replace our water heater (1988 Montgomery Ward). Living in a mobile home, with limited space for a water heater, Joe had to get a small water heater. He also assisted with getting a water restoration team out to assist with the water damage that happened. Their positive attitude made a stressful situation manageable. Due to the water damage to the water heater closet the water heater was placed in the driveway next to the home. This would allow us time to have the repairs completed due to the water damage.Yogi returned in December to install the water heater into the water heater closet. After informing him of the issues with the water restoration company, Joe ensured that our concerns with the water restoration company were relayed to the George Brazil management team. Joe’s extra effort to ensure we were happy is greatly appreciated. I had them come out to quote a garbage disposal replacement and a leaky toilet, probably a wax ring replacement. Just for the toilet alone was quoted at $1500.00 well over $600 for the disposal. Unbelievable! Watch out, I just saw the reply, there was no mention of any emergency disconnect valves...none. possible flange. Possible wax ring and maybe the valve stop. $1500 still unbelievable and unacceptable.

Water heater flush. The only thing that went wrong they sent me the bio and photo of one person and a different guy showed up.

Brian and Ian were on time, professional and took care of all our small projects in a timely manner. I would use them again.
