They did a good job, but their time frame is slow. They had to postpone on me once, which I can understand to some degree. When I had two time frames (one for tree takedown and trimming, another for stump removal), the two they told me were not what their guys were on. Thankfully someone was home regardless. They really push the up-sell and when I refused the up-sell services, they still scheduled me for them anyways (for an additional $1000) and I had to refuse them again. When I did, they tried to come back at me saying the services I did have scheduled was going to be more for stump removal, which I was already quoted for. Lastly, the price is WAY too much compared to other service providers. For the work they did when it finally happened, they did do it well. However, with the rest of that experience, I will not be using them again. I had more work done many times over on the same property by another contractor. The work was just as good, happened weeks faster, and cost half as much.

There was a minor mishap on the last job at my house and this company made it right. Accidents happen… I’m glad the team at Chip Off The Old Block worked with me to find solutions instead of make excuses. Thanks.

Bill and his team have maintained our trees for years. They do an excellent job trimming/pruning and also make sure the area is cleaned up afterward. We have never had to pay for pricey, last minute monsoon related tree damage cleanup, as Treetime properly prunes preventatively. Prices are also reasonable, and service is courteous and prompt.

Rick and his crew do absolutely amazing work. They were very professional and detail oriented. Our trees have never looked better. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top notch tree services.

It took about 4-5 different landscaping companies before I found a reliable one. They ALWAYS show up when they say they will, they do a fabulous job, and make it super easy to schedule and pay. I have been more than happy with BJs landscaping and I'm sure my neighbors are happy that I'm no longer the ugly yard house :)

I had a 25 foot saguaro that had begun rotting without me realizing it. In leaving for work this morning, I found the cactus base cracked, and it leaning about 20 degrees toward the road. I was afraid of it imminently falling and causing harm. I called AZ Tree Trimming & Removal, and they had the cactus cut down and safely removed within a couple hours. Incredibly responsive and professional service at a fair price. A++

I have to admit to having let my backyard get totally out of control with invasive trees. I was forced to address the issue when the trees grew into the powerlines. Phoenix Tree Toppers gave me a very reasonable quote on cleaning up the entire yard and removal of a huge pine in the front. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend them.

The crew was outstanding. Arrived on time, in fact early, and did an unbelievable job trimming our tree, which was HUGE. Very fair pricing. and cleaned up everything like they were never here. Even blew out all the leaves from my front yard even though all the job was done in the backyard. I am extremely pleased with the service I got today from Tree Service Peoria. I'm looking ahead to them coming back in the spring to treat some of my other trees.

Very happy and satisfied with this company. I have a large Chinaberry tree in the front yard. It was getting a little out of control with branches near my home, the neighbors home, and into the street. They provided an estimate and did an amazing job cleaning up the tree. It looks great now. Also, there are no hidden fees. They charged me exactly the same amount as the estimate. If you have trees that need trimming, I would highly recommend Arbor Care!

What a pleasant surprise to have such a skilled and efficient crew remove a palm tree for me today. They did such a nice job of cleaning up and restoring the area that a neighbor walked through the spot where the tree had been and did not realize that it was missing until I mentioned it to him. I would definitely do business with Andy again.

I called based on reviews. Owner helpful, asked questions that I answered in text. Quoted 75.00 verbally in text. Asked me to send picture of what I thought was a date palm. Sent 2. Told it would not be 75. But 140. 00 for branch trim & clean up or 180.00 for that plus some skinning. I agreed. Said he would be here 3-4. He could not get here till 5. Said he would start. I was surprised because it was late . He acknowledged. I ask hI'm to be careful with 2 canna flower beds. It was about 5:30 till they were set up and started. The man trimming went very fast with little regard for where things fell. One large branch fell on my miniature navel orange. It was just jerked off. Some branches hit my house leaving streaks. Then there was a flood of heavy branches falling on my one canna bed covering the tall stalks (5 ft tall). Then one fell in the 2nd bed and I went out to complain. There was no concern at all. The young man, who is a very hard worker, conscientious and caring, said he would fix it. I explained it can not be fixed. The stalks were buried and broken. He moved some things to protect 2nd bed. I must add that cannas have all become infected with a deadly virus - even those few sold at major home supply stores. Most cannot be purchased at all any more. Mine were purchased before that time and are rare. The green stalks must die back so the rhizomes have energy to grow in the spring. One of the rarest was still green and broken off totally. I am sick about it. Needless to say it was getting dark and they were in a hurry. The yard shows it. It looks like a hurricane went thru. Nothing was put back, it is not cleaned well, and there is terrible damage to ground covers as well. They should not have done the work. Not enough time. I have alot of work to do all for 180.00. I think they wanted to be of service and are really nice people. Adage applies - haste makes waste and in this case all the effort of landscaping and maintaining my yard is ruined. Even one of the workers said it was beautiful. No more.

i called phoenix tree removal after the storm knocked over our tree. They came out and started the work and never came back to finish. this company is very unprofessional do not use

During a storm our Ocotillo cactus fell over. Urban Forest Tree Care came out within a day and braced it up and gave me care instructions. The men were great!! Very professional.
