The service we received today was AMAZING! Our AC stopped working in the middle of this heat. We called the customer service line and the representative was kind and knowledgeable, he was able to send us an incredible technician to repair our AC. Big Thanks to Nathan White, he came to inspect our AC and automatically knew the issue. He provided us with lots of great information about our AC, the recommendations to ensure our AC is well maintained and then proceed to provide us with the cost breakdown. We are so grateful for their hard work and dedication to keeping us safe from this heat. Thank you Nathan for your support and we are looking forward to working with you all.

We have been a Hobaica Gold Plan member for some time now and are thankful for the HVAC maintenance reminders. Scott Koches was our technician and not only was he on time but he was very thorough in explaining what our unit needed. He was very courteous and polite and with service like that, why go anywhere else.

Had a large job of replacing all of the ducts and vents throughout the house. The crew showed up at 7am on a Friday morning and stayed until the job was finished at 8:30pm. My job manager stopped by at least twice during the day to make sure everything was going as planned.

Tonight was a HOT mess. But none of that matters now because we had the most incredible service and a cooling house again.

It’s Sunday 10:00 at night and our hvac system isn’t cooling. We got on the phone with desert diamond air and a tech gave us a call at 10:10pm says he’ll be there in 20mins. 10:30pm he gives me a call to let us know he arrived. Fixes the problem and is out the door at 10:55pm. I’ve not ever experienced professional, fast, easy and reliable service with any other air company in Arizona like we did tonight from DDA.

Our Professional Technician’s name was Cody. He was equipped, well trained, professional with amazing customer service. We could not thank him enough for the great work he did, the amazing customer service in such a incredible timely manner. He was focused and did such a awesome job!

Moises was a great Tech. My AC needed maintenance and he was able to come out the same day and took care of the issue. He was honest and said it only needed coolant. Other techs end up telling you it needs this it needs that and only want your $$$. Moises was very honest and did a great job. Highly recommended his services.

Gerard got back to us same-day of initial outreach, and sent Jesus and his colleague, who were were fantastic, knowledgeable, professional, and super fast. Moving into a my new house, the priority was to get the HVAC replaced as it was close to 20 years old. After researching multiple companies, I contacted Day & Night and boy am I glad I did! The free consultation was great, and Brian was knowledgeable, thorough and really explained our options. When we decided to go with Day & Night, scheduling was quick and the installation only took a day! Aaron and his installation crew were on time, on point and really got the job done right. My set up was a little difficult and they set me up the right way, The follow-up check in with Ronnie was another great service point. All in all it was the right company delivering the right system but their friendly and knowledgeable people made it a positive, easy and excellent experience. I will use them again and recommend without hesitation.

Our ac went out at my personal home and Frank was quick to respond. We literally had a new ac installed the next morning. Then a few days later my business ac went down and Frank assessed it quickly. great well organized team here and I am looking forward to working with them in the future. First ac company I ever met that actually cares about their customers and has reasonable prices.

I've used Just Air for three years. Any calls for service are quickly responded to. They perform an annual maintenance visit and I feel confident my AC will survive the brutal desert summer, and if it doesn't, I know Just Air will be here quickly to save us :-)
