I have used Reeves since 2006 not for only for plumbing work, but also for gas work. The estimate Reeves quoted for hooking up my new gas dryer a few years ago seemed reasonable (same price as Lowes quoted), but since I had parts from the old dryer, the Reeves tech charged me less than the minimum rate for a service call; it took him just a few minutes to complete the work.

We called Public Service Plumbers yesterday because we had a clogged shower and kitchen sink. They unclogged the shower and while unclogging the kitchen sink, they broke a pipe. Water began coming out of the wall into the living room floor and all over the kitchen floor. The plumber said the pipe was old and it was not his fault. We called their office and spoke to the project manager but he was not helpful and sided with the plumber without looking at the pipe first. He said they could send someone to fix it for $800 - $900. Since then two different professionals have come look at the pipe and they both said the drain snake the plumber used was too big and the pipe had not broken if they had used the proper equipment. Now I'm out more than $1000, and it looks like I have water damage on my floors.

I called for help a couple of times and Tom Sheffield came out and took care of the problem quick and did a great job. He is such a great and honest person and doesn’t give you the run around. If you want the job done right and you don’t want to be over charged for everything contact Sheffield Plumbing in Oak Cliff, they will definitely get your toilet/pipes or whatever your problem they will fix it and will get it working again.

I am so thankful I found the website and phone number for AAA Auger in Dallas! I highly recommend them! I was needing to find a really good and thorough plumber that would not give up and could get this sewer line clear again, because I had already paid 2 other plumbers that couldn't get it done, sadly. This was rental property with tenants with only one bathroom and that makes life very difficult when nothing works in your bathroom! This needed to get fixed fast! This company sent out Frederick and he is our HERO! He worked so hard to get this done and he is a wonderful, caring gentleman! The technician determined the defect, obtained the parts needed and fixed our faucet to correct the restricted water flow.He also checked the tankless water heater for visible signs of issues.He was very professional and thorough. We highly recommend the service and would use again.

BEWARE!!! Howard is an unethical plumber that never fixed a water heater that he was paid in advance over $600 to fix, that should have costs $50 in parts plus labor. Howard was not knowledgeable of hot water heaters or the electrical components required for installation. Howard sold me a stolen water heater that he knew would not work in my home and left with the money and stopped answering his phone. He also lied about how much he was owed for a reimbursement of parts that were never used because of the incorrect water heater that he brought. Howard is unprofessional as he does not arrive on time. We would agree to meet at 4:30 and each time he would arrive at my home after 9pm and always have an excuse as to why he was late. Howard comes off as a sincere person however it is all a scam to make you comfortable with him. I advise anyone to avoid doing business with him. I will be taking legal action against Howard and 3rd generation plumbing pros.
