Yesterday I called Milestone Electric for a few electrical issues, and they were able to work me in the on the same day. They sent out Jon McGee and Bryan Kersey. Jon was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my questions and gave me several options to choose from. Bryan did a great job helping Jon and vacuumed up on his way out. We have used Milestone in the past and have plans for an upcoming project for Jon in a few months. Keep up the good work guys!

We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Jesse Delatorre and the gentleman that came with him were very professional. My husband attempted to fix our clogged sink but because he was not able to fix the problem. I called Baker Brothers plumbing. I was very hesitant because I have never used a plumber company before but they truly acceeded my expectations. I got a txt saying they would be here at 9 and they were here earlier. Very punctual, very professional, and very knowledgeable. They communicated everything that they were going to do and walked me through everything they had did. They were quick and did not leave a mess. In 102° weather and with a new unit Xtreme installed 4-5 months ago I was hearing a whining noise and seeing vibration.After a few days of hearing this, I called and explained my concerns around 9:30 am.Information taken. With the incredible heatwave and customers call for repairs and replacement, I thought it would be several days to have a technician come to my house.I was told they would have their tech scheduled for same day, in the afternoon.I was pleased when they did my Trane installation.Today I am very impressed with the concern expressed to me. The technician found loose connectors, checked everything inside and outside. Made ajustments and measured pressures on everything.Outstanding customer service and response and corrective measures done.This company is really responsive and explanatory in what they sell and service.Their service tech's all know what they're doing.A complete and full recommendation!They really do what they say they will do.Am a very pleased and happy customer.
