As a commercial plumbing engineer, I highly recommend Tribeca. My wife and I were very happy with their services. Our shower valve stem on an old shower failed open Sunday evening right as the hardware stores were closing. Unable to turn off our shower, I shut the water off to our house and we called a few emergency plumbers who might have the correct shower valve stem so we could turn our shower off and get our hot water back. Of all the businesses we called, Tribeca was the most helpful and knowledgeable. Jay took the time and effort on his Sunday evening to confirm which valve we needed before showing up without being able to help us. Although he did not have the specific stem, he was on site first thing in the morning with the right parts and had the issue taken care of quickly. I highly recommend this company for major plumbing repair work. They are on time, professional, hard-working, and drama-free (which is not the case with all plumbers!). They replaced our main sewer line out to the street, as well as 4 ft of excavation under the house, and the 3-1-1 flagging and City inspection were included in the process. Even though we are in the middle of a pandemic and it rained in the middle of our job, Josh and his team didn't miss a beat! They completed everything professionally and on time. We would definitely use them again for future work.
