Very professional and down to earth guys. Arrived on time or even early. The company is great at communicating when they will arrive and who is arriving. Very thorough and did a great job fixing our problem.

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

Hot water heater went out on 4:00 on Friday afternoon. They were able to come out by 5:30 on a Friday and get it replaced. Great customer service

I booked very quickly online, but it took several attempts for someone to actually come out to do the work. We were cancelled on last minute multiple times.Once someone actually came out to do the repair, they weren’t fully equipped and able to actually perform the work they claimed they would perform. Some of the work was done okay, but there were a couple spots that were done extremely poorly, yet we were still charged for it. The repair man that we received is not worth the $129/hr we were charged. The false advertising is not appreciated. I’d you can’t do a job simply state that you’re not able to do it and save us both our time, energy, and money.

The technician today David S was extremely courteous and took care of my needs each and every one. I was impressed so I joined the yearly maintenance program from now on I will call Xtreme air services and anything to do with heat and air I will definitely request David as my tech!! Thanks

Alberto is A very hard worker. I had a tub to shower conversion and could not be more pleased. I will totally recommend him to Friends and Family. I will also be using him again.
