Cody & Son's did a great job fixing my plumbing problem. I trust them, they do good work, and I have signed up for their whole home MVP membership which is well worth it.

The Metro Flow Plumbing service was excellent and the servicemen were excellent. They worked to find time to repair my problem during a very busy and very cold day. I am grateful to have such a great plumbing company in my area.

I have used Tribeca a number of times over the last few years. Each time, Tribeca has fixed my problem the same day I called them, and their charges were extremely reasonable. I've been a homeowner for more than a few years, so I've used plumbers more than a few times, and Tribeca is the best I've ever found. I wouldn't use anyone else, and neither should you!!!!

Everything was fine and the guys always did a nice job and cleaned up as if they had never been there. Recently they have not called me back when I left 2 messages. Which I did not understand. I know they have been busy with repairs from the freeze however no one bothered to tell me that was the reason they would not call me back to discuss two jobs at my house which they already knew needed to be done.

I just wanted to share my experience with Reeves Family Plumbing! In the midst of 2021 Texas Snowmageddon, we unfortunately had a gas leak and our gas had to be shut off for safety. I frantically called over 2 dozen plumbing companies to help with our gas leak, but none were available. Understandably, all were booked from all the busted pipes in DFW.Reeves Family responded within 24 hours and was able to send a plumber the following day to assess the leak. Within 48 hours they had an excavation team and plumber at my house to start doing the work. Lori, the company’s point of contact was so responsive and was able to explain to me step by step on what needs to be completed. Trust me all, a gas leak is no joke! It was a process to say the least, with the city inspector, plumber, and gas company involved. Lori ensured me every step of the way. After the work was completed the plumber walked and inspected thoroughly that everything was working properly. I am happy to report that I now have hot water, heat (when temp drops), and a functional stove!P.S. I am not a spokesperson, an advertiser, promoter, or getting compensated for this. I am a nurse that just needed a hot shower in between my shifts. I was thoroughly impressed and thankful by the professionalism of this small business. Highly recommend!

Service tech, Nate, was professional, presented well, identified my issue almost instantly. Fixed it by pouring water into a drain pipe. In & out of my home within 20-25 minutes. Nate gets 5 Stars.Cost seemed unreasonably high for the amount of time & simplicity of the fix. $179. Tech is terrific, but I mistakenly believed price would be reasonable. Heads-up to others: Costs must be confmd—either by project or by the hour, prior to tech’s dispatch to do the job.

You never feel like you are being taken for a ride with them. They treat you like family and provide value for your money. I recommend their quality services to everyone seeking professional plumbers.

The gentleman that came out to fix our drain did so quickly, and tidied up after his work. He was courteous, and punctual. My only concern is that although he put on protective gear when I asked him to (face mask and gloves due to COVID-19 concerns), he removed the mask once he started work inside our home. I asked him to put it back on, which he promptly did; I would ask that Roto-Rooter explain to their techs that when entering someone's house they need to keep their masks on the entire time. I have a very high-risk elderly father that I care for, and this was a very big concern for me.

I had a great service from Slate Plumbling. Very responsive and professional. Highly recommended.

Dallas Plumbing Company was professional, responsive, and offered good customer service through their dispatch. If there were any hiccups throughout our interaction, they made sure to make up for it. Their technician, Anthony, came and was able to access our sewer lines to perform an in-camera inspection to detect a plumbing leak, which he did. This was something another plumbing company said they could not do without charging us $3800 to install access points. Anthony was able to get the job done and give us a detailed report with his recommendation so that we could provide the same to our insurance company for prompt resolution of the issue. I’d use them again.

I called Matt to fix a mess I made while replacing my garbage disposal myself. He fixed it, made some recommendations on how to move forward, provided me a clear and fair price, and even made a follow-up visit to finish things off once parts came in a few days later.I'd gladly recommend Matt to anyone. I call the big plumbing services, and wait an hour to be told they don't have appointments until 4-7 days later. Matt is transparent about his schedule, knowledgeable, communicative, and efficient.

Whenever a problem comes up and has to do with plumbing I always use AAA-Auger.

Our water heater was leaking pretty bad and it was already late in the evening and I was a bit frantic since my husband was at work. My husband sent me the information to call since he had seen that they responded at any time, 24/7. Jason answered right away and came straight to the house (even during a random and crazy thunderstorm). He was able to get everything solved that night and came back first thing in the morning to install a new water heater. He did all of the work and I didn’t have to feel stressed about picking a water heater or worrying about other things. He took care of everything.Very honest, professional, reliable, cares about customers and makes them the priority. I will definitely give this company a call if I need anything else!

Pascual Adame is so awesome! He will be completely honest with you of any issues you have furthermore he unclog my toilet and thought there was a broken pipe but it came to be just filthy pipes. Saved the day. I thank him so much for all the work he did in so little time.
