Chris M. came out to help me when the alarm went off on our tankless water heater. He didn’t see a problem outright but was able to recommend closing a valve which solved the problem. I am a member so there wasn’t a charge for the visit. I’m so pleased with the service and I plan to have Chris back out in the spring to flush and service the tankless water heaters. Milestone is organized and on time!

After the first AC company come and replaced my entire unit. There several things they messed up. I called Walker and Air twice now and both times they were able to fix the issue quickly! Brian Rooker was my technician and he did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend!

Baker Brothers was vey responsive and professional is scheduling and communicating. Their service technician Jonathan was polite, helpful and very efficient. Helped me understand the issue and the solution. Very satisfied with the entire process.

My experience with Fixer was great. Scheduling was very easy and my fixer arrived on time. He was easy to work with and got the job done in well under an hour, so he completed another project for me! I’d highly recommend the service.

Todd was very professional. It was hot, but he did not slow down. He didn't try to pressure sell us into anything, or tell us 100 things were wrong that weren't. I worked in HVAC for 9 years. I wish I had techs like him when I was dispatching. I honestly would prefer him every time because of his honesty, professionalism, and the fact that he took time to explain things, and answer questions that my husband and I had.
