Best Shower Repair in Dallas TX

I had to have the folks come out again and look at a faucet. They had worked on it six weeks previous but came out and fixed it at no charge. These folks are the very top shelf of the plumbing industry!

Tribeca Plumbing saved the day. During the winter storm two water lines burst in my kitchen spraying water everywhere. I got Tribeca's contact from a neighbor and called after a day of no water. Even though they were busy with emergencies all over town they answered the phone promptly, wrote up my order and showed up the next morning. They were gracious, professional, efficient, neat and repaired the burst lines perfectly. They cleaned up the mess, turned on the water main and checked the other faucets. I have never been more thankful and satisfied with a professional service. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs. They are fantastic!

These plumbers are very organized. They arrived at the specified time and said the issue was due to sediment buildup and it wasn't a big deal. The crew was well equipped and they flushed the pipe and informed me when the work was done. It was amazing.

Everyone is very respectful and professional. However, the price was way out of line. I'm disappointed that their pricing model is so predatory, one man's opinion.

Matthew is amazing! He knows his job very well and likes his job also. It definitely shows in his work ethic and knowledge of the situation. We had 2 other estimates that quoted over $5000 said we had root damage. Matthew showed me via camera that there was a piece of tile that the floor company got in the line when they replaced our floors. Matthew got the tile removed and now we can use our bathroom again.Thank you Jesus! The job was completed for $345, what a relief. Thank you Workman Plumbing for being honest!

We believed, called them, and as a result ended up getting taken advantage off. Behold the true!Mr. Rooter has succumb to business practices which are greed driven, as results of poor business/ company integrity, overly priced services, deceiving up-selling tactics, and no direct ownership of responsibility for their owned' actions. (don't have to take my word for it, read all of the bad reviews posted. Ironically, all are complaining of the very same elements and management doesn't seem to be taking ownership and appropriate actions to make right as a result of these practices. When the very exact same elements are repeating, with no corrections, means this must be corporate / mgmt driven). Behold the true!!Our experience is as such -- very clear and direct problems. 1) very slow draining in some bathroom showers/ tub and sink. 2) water leak around hall toilet floor (downstairs).We were very clear & concise'd to directly pinpoint the exact problems. But, as with others, in their mannered trained practices, we were charged for very expensive procedures which were not necessary to pinpoint problematic causes. Yes, we also were charged for unnecessarily camera scoping of our whole house plumbing and under slab mapping (supposedly even to the curb), not even needed to pinpoint exact cause of slow draining which was hair clogs at the immediate draining points (all above gnd). Quick fix, run their snake line (only minutes req'd) at the showers, tub and sink to remove all the hair clogs and wallah - problem fixed. Yet, we were charged the sum of - $760.85 + $136.93 + $286.00 dollars to simply identify and remove excess hair causing slow draining. Oh My Glob !!! -- ridiculous!!! It should not ever cost $1100.00+ dollars to have your tub/ shower & sink drains unclogged of hair!! They even removed one under sink trap to send camera under slab with added charges to remove drain trap and replace it, wasn't even needed nor required!Re: hall toilet leak - To simplify problem- after removal of the toilet, it was identified that the floor flange was broken and a cracked pvc extender into main sewer pipe. Both simple pieces to remove and replace. The parts themselves are inexpensive (at home depot or Lowes, under $150 for both/ with 4 concrete molly bolts and pvc glue if required). Replacement should easily be completed in a couple of hrs.Charged cost --$2197.98 + 219.64 for a repair that should only cost approximately $600 - $800. Don't believe me, call one of the major plumbing Co's around the metro and ask them approx cost for this fix. You'll be surprised. Aside from the $2197.98 charges for repair, they charged to remove and replace the toilet itself - $219.64 (you'd think that it would be inclusive in the cost already). Seriously!!! (oh yeah and did their spill re: sewer water moisture under flooring and walls).The initial cost of this repair is crazy ridiculous! To top this, after paying them $3600.00, due to poor workmanship, it failed and leaked again. Imagine! They did return and repaired again, been 2 days, we'll see. After mentioning to supervisor that this work could have been done for much less cost, he replied, yeah by a handyman, but not a professional. Wait, let me understand, you're the so called professional and yet couldn't fix this right the first time, at these prices!!!In closing, We found our experience was totally opposite of their so-called advertised integrity.Yes, they were very nice and smiled all the time, but who wouldn't when they know the $$$$ they're receiving on departure. I would also.Mgm't - U need to make right on this !

Called for water heater issues, from the start they were much more interested in selling a new one rather than working thru issues. Having the mfg. of the water heater on the line was not helpful in getting this company to be responsive. The techs sent out seemed way in over their heads for this simple task. Wasted a lot of money, and left needing to hire another company to fix their mess and issues caused. Not sure how they got Angi certified. Would not recommend.
