He fixed it, made some recommendations on how to move forward, provided me a clear and fair price, and even made a follow-up visit to finish things off once parts came in a few days later.I'd gladly recommend Matt to anyone. I call the big plumbing services, and wait an hour to be told they don't have appointments until 4-7 days later. Matt is transparent about his schedule, knowledgeable, communicative, and efficient.

I had an appointment, they called me at the time scheduled and told me it would be 2-3 hours longer. After waiting 2 hours, I called again and they said it'd be about another 2 hours, but they would call on their way. After waiting almost 2 more hours without a call, I called again, this time to cancel, I could not wait any longer. They did not offer an apology or to try to reschedule.

After trying to find a plumber for over a month, I was lucky enough to walk outside and see a Pure Plumbing truck at my neighbours. I called the number on the truck and within 2 hours after finishing my neighbours I now have my new faucet and a leaking toilet sorted. My technicians name was James, what a pleasure.
